My new go to spot close to home! I love both the tacos and crunchwrap. Meat is flavorful. Also, obsessed with their grilled onion and jalapeno that they provide with your order. Their strawberry agua fresca is delicious!! There is parking available in the lot and can get packed if busy, but never had a problem finding one. They accept credit card.

Found this place through a friend. So glad they shared this spot cause it's right down the street and the tacos are so good. I tried the Al pastor and and carne asada. Both are good but the Al pastor is kinda oily. The first time we tried it, I think the tortillas were home made. We got it again a few days later but the tortillas were regular store bought. Definitely changed up the flavor. Wish it was consistent. Def my go to spot though at the moment for tacos.

Wanted to like it so bad. it was eatable... vampiro shell was overcooked. My friend and I ordered and they put everything on one plate. Lastly the horchata had way too much cinnamon. Super rough! the meat and guacamole was good!

This was a very solid spot for tacos in the Bay Area. It's hard to find a really good taco spot but coming here was a great choice. We ended up getting a lot of items such as the Birria Taco Pizza, carne asada crunchwrap, birria tacos, as well as some lengua/tripa tacos. This was a hell of a good place. The birria taco pizza was a new one for me; but it was so good. Pair that with their consumme and it was phenomenal. I thought the soup was flavored so well. The tacos were also so good too. Good crunch and good quality meat. I love lengua and they got the crisp on it just right. They have a lot of other items on their menu too The crunchwrap was also delicious too. They definitely did not skimp out on the meat and there was so much bite to it. I ate it with all the salsa they have and with the charred jalapeno for that extra kick. It was super spicy too and I loved it. I was hesitant to come because this place was pretty far from me, but I felt like I made the right choice to stop by at this place in Oakland.

First time trying this place and definitely impressed. Love this spot I'll be coming back here for sure.

my bff has been ranting about this place for quite some time now so happy I got a chance to check em out few weeks ago with her. I had quite the appetite so I ordered the crunchwrap along with 2 birria tacos with cheese. The birria here is DEF one of the best I've had in the bay so far! the quality tasting meat and consume?!!! LAWWWWDDDD. I dipped everything in it matter of fact I poured the consume over everything this round LOL. Now lets gets into this crunchwrapp. It was filled and stuffed with so much meat and toppings! they did not skimp out 1 bit at all! I also poured the remaining of my consume into this thang to give it an extra kick. Side disclaimer: they are on a church parking lot. Someone form the church has been talking to everyone in line to not park there and eat but he is literally doing the same thing and eating in his car. Not to sure what is going on but you need to find st parking or someone from the church will force you out of there. Service is fast as they can be. They have a big line so it took a decent amount of time. but well worth the wait. They have plastic table and chairs for their customer to eat and bounce out! DEF a fan and cant wait to come back for the pizza!

This is for the San Jose location. I tried the Quesataco Asada & Chorizo taco. It was AMAZING. Everything complemented each other hella good from the handmade tortillas to the scoop of guacamole and char flavor of the Carne asada FIREEEEEEE. The chorizo was some of the best chorizo I've tried you can tell it's all home made definitely would recommend Service was good, There was a long line but it went by pretty quick so I can't complain The San Jose location is inside a small parking lot used for like a " mini micro food hall " But I've gone 2 times already and got parking so that was a plus ! I also tried the " papa loca " on the 2nd try but it lacked flavor. It needed a bit of salt and just didn't hit the same as the tacos so that's where the Minus start comes from but other than that definitely check it out

I was in the area and am a huge fan of Tacos Mi Reynita's San Lorenzo location, so decided to stop by their Oakland one after a concert since they were open late! The difference in ambiance definitely stood out - the truck here seems to be a little more formal since there's security, and various picnic tables to sit and eat. I'd give it a 3.5 but will round up! We ordered ~10 tacos and got a mix of pastor and lengua. The al pastor was honestly a little underwhelming and dry... I'm wondering if it's because we came a little closer to closing time and got the last bits of the machine? No idea. The lengua though I was a huge fan of! It was well marinated and wasn't too chewy. The tortillas also didn't fare amazingly well in the takeout box after a ~20 minute drive. Parking is limited, there were maybe 2 spots in the lot with the security guard. But there's more street parking available, so we didn't find it to be a hassle.

A few people in line ahead of me when arrived. My friend and I had looked at the menu and photos on Yelp ahead of time and honestly it didn't help. There were so many delicious looking items. Person at the window took my order, was super clear and precise. It took a bit of time to get our order. There were probably 6 orders ahead of ours, and it took maybe 10 minutes? It felt longer because it was cold outside lol thankfully there are tables. It wasn't loud, patrons are decently quiet. Just normal East Oakland traffic sounds. Everything I ordered was delicious. The asada and birria tacos, and the sope. Will definitely be returning to try other items. Especially the burrito. That looked real good.

This is now one of my favorite spots for Mexican food! It's located in a parking lot, so kind of weird. You have to either find parking on the street or in the lot across the street. Every time I have come here, it's been super busy. You order up by the truck and have to pick it up once your number is called. There is seating, but it is fairly limited. Also note that this is outside and open to the elements, so keep the weather in mind when coming here! We ordered a few different types of tacos and a quesadilla. They were very well-filled and delicious. Probably some of the better tacos I've had in a while! The thing that really made it for me is the salsa bar though!! There is a huge assortment of sauces to choose from to enhance your meal, and it's self-serve so you can get how much or how little you need. I ended up trying all of the salsa options. Do not sleep on the salsa bar! This is a spot that I would go out of my way to go to, it was that good. I do want to come back to try their other offerings, including the quesabirria!

We were lucky to order and get seated right away, coz the line was soon out of the door! The service is friendly and courteous and the staff goes out of their way to ensure you're enjoying their food. These guys made the Michelin Bib Gourmand list in 2021 and 2025 and once you eat their food, you can see why. We got a steak burrito and a chorizo quesadilla which is more like a large taco. They have a bunch of dishes from Mexico City that you don't typically see in typical Mexican restaurants. The burrito was served with pickled vegetables and the quesadilla came with limes and cucumber slices on the side. They have two amazing salsas both of which are good. The salsa verde was my favorite - spicy, garlicky and on the money!! That itself should be bottled and sold! We will be back with friends!

I liked the amount of fattiness and juices the carnitas one had. It really melts away in your mouth. The pieces of lengua were much bigger than the ones I typically get at other taco places, didn't stand out too much for me. The carne asada one was pretty well seasoned! The other plate of tacos include lengua, carne asada, carnitas, chorizo, and cabeza For drinks, we both got the guavayaba agua frescas, quite refreshing and not artificial :) Lastly, we ordered a plate of churros for dessert. Piping hot!! Nicely coated with sugar and filled with a crème (forgot what it was exactly). It got a little bit too sweet near the end for me, but it was a good dessert!

Not a lot of taco spots are open late at 10p but I saw that PNT was open. My family and I pulled into the driveway and were confused because it looked and sounded like a bar. There were a few people standing outside and I asked if this was a bar or restaurant and the gentleman said it's a restaurant. We walk in and got some stares because it was late and we had kids. Didn't matter to us. Everything on the menu sounded delish and they had al day breakfast items. We ended up going with the following: 1. Chicken sandwich- 10/10 my teen loved this. It was a crispy thinly sliced chicken breast with all the fixings, and pressed to perfection. 2. Chicken Caesar salad - 10/10 the lettuce was Romain, tossed in Caesar dressing and parm, with grilled chicken filet. 3. 4 tacos de asada - 10/10 yummy chopped steak, seasoned and grilled to perfection. I'm not sure if the evening chef cooks better or maybe we were starving, but the food was great! Ambience at the time was pretty loud but I figure it's because people hanging out in the bar area. Definitely will be back.

NOT WORTH MY $44 !…read more I got these food items: Asada tacos- 1/2 of the taco meat was just big oily chunks of fat, I spat it out immediately. Rest of it was tolerable to chew. Tortilla was dry and oily. Al Pastor tacos- bland meat with a lingering dry pepper aftertaste that makes the meat taste old. Took one bite and was immediately repulsed. Chips and dip (guac and salsa)- chips are oily and hard to chew. Guac was bland, no garlic or cut tomato. Salsa was a viscous sludge in a small tub, had the same pepper taste as the Al Pastor. Horchata drink- too much cinnamon and saw multiple lidded to go cups of this already made in the fridge behind the register, no expiration dates on them. ALSO PLEASE UPDATE THE PRICES ON YOUR MENU, I was charged $11.95 for the chips and dip but the menu says "house chips and guac $9.50" ... how is salsa $2.45? Only positive thing I would mention is that the free tiny salsa, slice of lime, sliced radish, and pickled jalapeño and carrot was nice of them. Wish the pickled veggies didn't drip vinegar all over the bag (it was wrapped in tin foil). Never been here before and never coming back again.
