We also picked up a muffin each time we visited and the owner bakes a solid muffin. They were super moist and flavorful and had a great crumb. Next we ordered a cold brew (also a good test of the quality of the coffee and diversity of the shop) and this was one of the better cold brews I have gotten at a small coffee shop. Alot of coffee shops struggle with cold brew but Red Light did a great job. Other drinks and foods are available but their main focus is on the more basic coffee drinks (real coffee drinks - not Starbucks coffee drinks).
