Overall very nice. We tried several items with drinks and the total was around $30.00 also both of us were more than full. Tipping is not necessary as this is more self serve and clean up. However, tips are always appreciated. The Guacamole was plain until I added onions, cilantro, etc. From the self serve toppings bar. The tea was a bit watered down and hopefully this was a one off mistake. They have some items that are not available anywhere else that I know of, so give them a try and see for yourself. read more

I'm not sure how they have a 4+ star rating. This place is disgusting. Reminds me of a microwaveable burrito. You're better off going to chipotle. Four years ago, we moved from Southern California and its' excellent Mexican food options. For the first 3+ years, we lived in Austin and HATED Tex-Mex - it is not 'authentic' Mexican food! Several months ago we moved to Lynn Haven and finally tried this place a couple of weeks ago. OH MAN!!! If you like your Mexican food like what you can get in Mexico (or in Southern California), then you will LOVE this place! They have most of the dishes you miss - Street Tacos, unsauced Burritos, Fish Tacos, and a Carne Asada plate! Plus they have all of the styles of meat - Carne Asada, Carnitas, Pastor, and Pollo Asado! And do not forget they have a salsa bar! The first time I ate here, I was so happy, I almost cried. The portions are huge, too! Plus they have many kinds of beer, including a couple on tap. And the service is very quick, as you would expect for your favorite hole-in-the-wall joint back home. It was good and affordable. The carne asada was flavor ale and had a nice crisp on some of the bites. It was drowned in quest sauce and topped with guacamole. My wife and I are from San Diego and they have off the chain Mexican food. Here in Panama they have none that's even close. My wife brought me home Carne asada plate I was not looking forward to ribeye steak weak no heat salsa stuff you get around here. OMG they had real Carne Asada my mind was blown. Hot salsa omg it's hot HOT!!! But they are smart and have different heat levels not just mild take note Peppers. Guacamole is fresh not some store bought tasting stuff. Chips where like we where use to I told my wife no way they are from here to close to home, they are from Long Beach so they do know good Mexican food. I cant be more happy as a cook it saddens me I cant even get Flat meat or Flap meat... aka Carne Asada. Cheers guys keep it up I am going to be a regular for sure! Highly recommend. read more

Since moving from SoCal, my wife and I have been having a hard time finding any taco places that make food that feels authentically mexican. I happened to try Tacos Way because of an employee recommendation, and I have to say that everything I've had there is incredible. Plenty of choices of food and beer, but the Carnitas street tacos and elote (street corn) are my favorites. The service is always fast, and I've never met an employee there that wasn't pleasant. The interior is a nice pleasant environment, with a bar, plenty of seating, and great music played while you enjoy your food. I can't recommend this place enough, my only criticism is it's too far from my house to regularly visit. read more

Oh my! I was turned on to this place by my neighbor, and boy I'm glad I went. They hit the marks for atmosphere, service and food quality & taste. It was our first time visiting so we ordered a lot to see what we liked, and ended up loving everything. I really only ever use yelp to read other reviews but never write any myself. The experience I had at TacosWay is well deserving of my first review. I dined in on a Monday night, it wasn't too busy and it was our first time there so I had our server guide us through the menu. They are super knowledgeable and answered all my questions without skipping a beat. Everything we ended up ordering was something he recommended to us and he definitely knew what he was talking about. The atmosphere, food, and especially the cocktails are enough for a 5 star review on their own but the service really took it to the next level. We'll be back time and time again! read more

The carne asada fries are my favorite appetizer then it is a toss up between the burrito, quesadilla, or Nachos Way. More times than not it's the nachos. Quesadillas are amazing with lots of cheese. Burrito has a great flavor there is a little bar of toppings so you can customize as you wish. Staff is always friendly and attentive. Super clean and simple. Try this place out! read more

This place has such amazing food! Their Asada Fries are not greasy at all, and the fries are so crunchy in the outside and light as air on the inside! It's served with carne asada and guac and their cheese sauce. Their homemade tortillas are on point. Probably the best place to get tacos in Panama City. The tacos are priced at a more than reasonnable price, as well as the amount of meat you get on your taco is more than what other taco places around here offer.
