JACKSON: Brie's new favorite thing to do is visit food trucks! Most food trucks, depending on the property, are dog friendly as they are outside. We are happy we found Tacos y Alitas where they have a semi-permanent home location on County Line Road. Dogs are allowed on the property and there are a few tables to eat at (once the pandemic passes.) We ordered at the truck, but you can order online at their website ( https://www.tacosyalitas.com/ ) or give them a call to have it ready for pickup. Tacos, wings (alitas), burritos, quesadillas...yum, yum, yum!!! The food was very good and they are accommodating to allergies. So happy to find another place we can bring Brie! read more

I order from here at least 4 times a month, because it's so close to work, either food delivery or I pick up. I always get the 3 taco special and side of rice. I NEED A BIGGER container of the rice and salsa verde, for my tacos. The carnitas tacos are my favorite, and I love the rice and salsa verde mixed together, which I scoop with my taco. Sorry, but it's how I grew up eating my grandmother's food. If you have driven buy this taco truck, do yourself a favor, pull in, order some fantastic home cooking and enjoy. **I moved to NJ, 8 yrs ago...it's been pretty much a miracle to find passable Mexican food here in NJ, believe me, I've driven the distance and settled on mediocre. I have eaten here before but not in a long while. I had tried the wings and didn't like them. The tacos are great though! The best tacos in Jackson for sure. Today, I ordered the pollo asado and carnitas tacos. I love that they have several options of shells too. It's pricier than say Taco Bell but the quality is far superior. The ingredients are fresh and the meat is well seasoned. I highly recommend trying the tacos or burritos here. read more

Was in the area and needed a quick bite... just something to kill the pain. I've passed by this truck quite a few times, so I figured this was the perfect time to stop for a taco! There were a few other people there, including a couple waiting for their order, so I was worried I'd be waiting 10 minutes just for a single taco..... BUT my order was taken and served quickly! My experience was not great. On the restaurant's part, I ordered & was charged for guacamole that was not put in the bag. I would not recommend as take-out order as food needs to be re-heated, at which point tacos were soggy & completely fell apart. I guess fresh is best! read more

This was my second time here. The first time, I got the wings... and they were breaded and just not for me and my wife. Others on here are raving about them, but they were just not something I personally would get again. BUT IF YOU GO HERE, THE TACOS ARE OUT OF THIS WORLD AND VERY REASONABLY PRICED. And the service is quick. This place is a winner, I just don't like breaded wings, need to be traditional for me. We had 1 of every taco and there were no disappointments. Also, I love hot sauce, their mild is... pretty not mild. I can't imagine the heat from there spicy sauce. read more

This place is amazing!! I took some friends here a few weeks ago, one of them being Argentinian found their food to be incredible! I really like their tacos! And the wings aren't bad either. I had the garlic parmesan ones and they were pretty tasty. But the item that was my favorite was the chorizo quesadilla...goodness gracious!! That thang was scrumptious!! We go there often. I can't get enough of the garlic Parmesan wings, the absolutely amazing cheese quesadillas (which are made with a special cheese) and the delicious churro's.
