Something seems different about this place. We came here regularly and today it seemed a little off. I was thrilled that they changed their days of operation to Tuesday and Wednesday closed as they used to be Monday Tuesday which were my days off work. Aguachiles were good, but packed quite haphazardly as I could see a puddle of liquid in the bottom of my bag before even leaving the restaurant.. My kids' mom usually loves the Al Pastor tacos here, but today was very unhappy with them stating that the little meat she got was fatty and they were overloaded with mostly pineapple as filling. Only one small piece of lime for the plate. My son's steak burrito was very small compared to the price point. My daughter did like her elote en vaso even though they didn't have the right sized lid for the cups they serve it in, which made it cumbersome to get home. Aguas frescas (Sandia) were still good. Overall price point to quality wasn't great today. read more

Second time in a week eating here. SAME GREAT SERVICE! Got the menudo and tripes tacos while the wife had steak tacos and we also tried the ceviche. Everything was soo good and fresh. Really sad it took us two years to find this gem. Will certainly be back again and again and again. read more

Traveling through town and found this place on yelp. They did not disappoint!! We had a plate of Carnitas tacos and ceviche Tostados. Even though I love Mexican food, I do not like the spice, and since they make the ceviche to order, I could eliminate the jalapeños. I wish they had a restaurant this good in my town! read more

Drove through here on our way to Los Alamos area to camp. Wanted some food before we hit camp. Found this place on Yelp. After 2 wrong turns and 3 U-turns, we found it. Awesome place! Delicious. So glad we found it. Pull into the driveway of Pizza Hut and keep going to the back area. Oh, and the mango shakes are amazing!!!! read more

I'm bummed that we didn't make it to this place on our way from OK to Colorado this time. We've been twice before and loved it: planned to make it a tradition, but we didn't get the timing right this trip. I had the green enchiladas both times and couldn't get enough. Actually, several of us had those once or both times: I think they were our overall favorites. On our first visit, the hubs got red, which were good, but I really liked the green better. He got tacos the second time, which were really good. My brother tried the tortas and thought they were delicious. We were able to feed the kids well, too, but I can't remember what we ordered for them. I'd love to try the ceviche tacos, but the siren song of the green enchiladas may be too much. 4 stars because I think the portions were a tad bit small for the price. Maybe it's just me, though: I think I'm used to the big portion sizes of the South...and the low cost of living. We were a group of 6 adults and 6 kids on both of our visits, but had no trouble being warmly welcomed and served. Super service. The kids even enjoyed the goose that roamed around in back of the restaurant. The bathroom was clean and roomy to be a nice pit stop for a traveling group. read more

Best tacos I've had in new Mexico. Good service and food came quick the horchata was excellent too. Took the family to eat at pizza hut and were asked to sit at a dirty table. The manager grumbled when I asked if someone could clean it. I am so glad we walked out and went next door. Excellent experience. read more

Our second visit proved to be just as pleasing as two weeks ago on the first visit. I had the green enchalada and it was just delicious. She had the Tostadas Ceveice and loved them. The wait staff was very helpful and I asked if his sisters dessert shop was open. Yes, and so we went there for a taste of old Mexico sweets after lunch. Very nice server but the portions of food were very small. I like Fajitas and this was the smallest portion that I have ever received of my many visits to other Mexican restaurants. I also tried their Margarita and was very disappointed. It tasted like a strawberry slush with no or very little tequila - and I'm a huge Margarita fan. Will not be stopping here again. read more

It's hard to find, turn in at the Pizza Hut. The service is wonderful, very attentive staff. I always get the ceviche, its delicious. Fish tacos and carnitas tacos are some of my other favorites. Enjoy! read more

I had been a good customer as we would go eat there frequently. I had left my daughters diaper bag behind on our last visit and when I called they tell me they had thrown it in the trash. This diaper bag had a bracelet of sentimental value to me that we had made for my baby. I tried to figure out how to get it back even to go to the landfill and search for it but the owner was very shallow and told me he had no time to be wasting with me. Didnt want to tell me what company picks up the trash, if they just threw it by itself or if they threw it in a trash bag. I'm very heartbroken and emotional about the way that I was treated just because I had faith that there are good people unfortunately the owner was the worst. read more
