Came here for the unlimited tacos and drinks brunch which seemed like a great deal! I tried 4 different tacos which I'll review in the order that I liked most: My favorite, surprisingly, was the Breakfast Taco! The chorizo was great and it wasnt too much egg. There was a nice tang to the sauce in this one too. Second, I loved the Al Pastor. It had a lot of meat and a perfect spice to it too! And the pineapple made it juicy. Third, I didn't expect to love the Sweet Potato taco but it was actually really nice and creamy. Lastly, the Chicken Shawarma which was just fine. It wasn't bad, just a bit lacking in flavor. For drinks, I had the frozen margarita which was smooth and delicious, and I actually felt something from it! The mimosas were fine, felt kinda watery to me.

Place was very nice and vibe was great with good music for bottomless brunch. Our server Jennifer was great and her service is why I gave this place 3 starts instead of 2 or 1. Food was barely ok and not even average, had the unlimited brunch tacos for 90 minutes and the shrimp tacos were the only good tacos, followed by the Brussel sprouts tacos and pork. Other than that, chicken was dry and had NO flavor and asked for sauces which you can see in the pictures. FYI if you want really good tacos, go to "Los tacos 1" we decided to go there after and it's was better.

Surprisingly never wrote a review for taco vision as this not the first time I have dined here. I came here with a group of some of my best girlies for a cinco de mayo brunch and the place was giving with music and people! We were served attentively, food and drinks kept on coming, the drinks were too strong but left with a nice buzz and the taco were delish. My fav eerie the Brussels sprouts and pastor! Delish. My friends never been and they were very much impressed and stated they would definitely come again!

Unlimited Tacos & Margaritas need I say more ?! The Margaritas here are so good and I honestly was hesitant the first time trying. This is my third visit and they keep getting better ! I love that they have now added a shrimp taco to the unlimited options. Chefs kiss. If you don't eat meat or seafood they have Brussel sprouts and sweet potato which are also good! We all have diff preferences to our drinks but i think you get more than you pay for its a great deal and live DJ on Saturdays. The service was excellent as well. We barely waited for another round of tacos or drinks. The server was very attentive. Check them out !

TacoVision is a lively spot with delicious cocktails, tasty margaritas, beer on draft, and a menu that delivers from starters to the mains--burritos, quesadillas, and, of course, tacos. The vibrant ambiance, complete with music that will have you swaying in your seat, makes the vibes absolutely on point. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. We tried the chicken nachos, carne asada tacos, and shrimp burrito, and everything was excellent. Highly recommend dining here! Tip: Don't miss Taco Tuesdays for great deals.

The place has nice vibes and good music, even the service provided by Jessica was exceptional. We did bottomless brunch and the drinks we just not that good. But i guess that's expected with the price. The chicken tocos have no taste. Shrimp is edible and sweet potatoes shockingly was good. I would go back for the vibe more than the food/drinks.

This is the kind of place you'd visit when you're interested in fluffing up your Instagram with visually appealing but not necessarily palate-pleasing tacos. It's probably ideal for catching up with friends cause it has a cool vibe, though not necessarily for a memorable meal. The bottomless brunch seems enticing upon the first look but the options are pretty limited. Service was actually great and my waiter was awesome.

Tried many of the taco selections for Taco Tuesday, and was very happy with most of them. You're not really saving that much on Taco Tuesday's though since most tacos are $8 for two on regular days minus certain meats like steak and shrimp. It was nice to get to try the different tacos and they were all seasoned very well, definitely recommend the chicken shawarma, shrimp and cod tacos. The carne asada and pork ones were a little bit dry... for two of us, we got 4 tacos to share (8 total) and chips with guac. If you come early dinner hours (5-6pm) on a Tuesday, reservations are not required since it's not busy at all. Moreover, our food was served within 5 mins of ordering which was incredibly fast. Definitely recommend!

Friendly, fast, charming vibe. Pineapple salsa packs the heat with a bit of sweet. Tacos on point

This was actually in my list to go and visit and it just happen to be right after my first 10K run. Honestly the food was good. Could have been slightly better due to your unlimited taco options. I did like that they had the bottomless. I would say give them a try no matter what

A true gem in Midtown! Interior ambiance is beautiful, I can't wait for their upstairs patio to open during the spring. We arrived after work for happy hour- which ends at 7pm but serves all night on their lower level- and received the best service. The food is delicious and Francisco made sure that we were taken care of the entire night. The staff/bartenders are truly amazing, best margaritas!! We can't wait to go back! Recommend 10000/10.

Is there a specific set of Drinks that are included in the bottomless brunch? if so what are they? Thanks

    yes

    Is this place stroller friendly?

Not really. Really reduced space. Came on a Saturday and just about every table was close to one another.

What type of music do they play?

    Pop music / Disco

    Do they allow dogs?

    Yes!

Does this restaurant serve pitchers or just single drinks?

The restaurant served single drinks, but were incredibly ready to serve another one when we were low. I did not need to wait at all to get another drink. This was one of the better places that I have visited when it comes to bottomless

What time does brunch start and end?

Is there enough seating upstairs to accommodate a party of 8-10 people for dinner?

Oh, yes, but they will have to put the tables together, they don't have a permanent big table setup for big groups

    Can children be there?

Yes! The downstairs is more fast/casual counter service and the top is more than just a bar.

What are their gluten free options?

Except for the farro which is in the grain bowl the entire menu is gluten free. You might be wondering how the fried cod and oyster are gluten free, they use rice flour.

This location is convenient to Grand Central, Bryant Park, & Times Square. I was excited to find them after a getting off the Metro North. Unfortunately, the two times that I've eaten there hasn't been great, compared to their other locations in NoHo & Union Square. I'm not sure if the more touristy ambiance & customers makes a difference. First visit got the Pork Adobada Taco ($5-ish). It's similar to Al Pastor (even served with a few pieces of pineapple) but spicy. It's pork marinated in an adobo sauce made from dried red chiles (like guajillo or ancho), vinegar, garlic, and spices. The corn tortilla was very fresh & good but the pork was SO spicy. Some kind of chili oil was drizzled on, in, within, at the bottom. It comes with a sort of green crema. I barely finished - thought it was a joke or something. The second visit I got the Adobada (requested Zero spice) & a Chicken taco. The pork meat was delicious & reminded me of the first time I had Los Tacos No. 1. The chicken seemed like dark meat & was either over-marinated, slightly undercooked, or on its way out? resulting in weird mushy, slightly liver-like consistency. I even picked through the pieces to check for pinkness...the meat was just dark with little flavor. It came with a dollop of guacamole that didn't have much flavor. The corn tortillas also seemed slightly mealy/mushy & underdone. They weren't airy & slightly puffed as usual. I'll probably go back because their location and cost is convenient. But have to make sure the pork has No Spice & not sure how to ask for "done" tortillas. There's always a line at Los Tacos but it moves fast. The condiments & radishes, limes are always fresh. The staff is always pleasant & work quickly customizing your taco, wiping down the All White! hightops & refilling napkins. Don't think there's a restroom FYI.

We had our usual list of spots in Midtown East, but this time we wanted something a little different. We ultimately landed on Mexican, however even then there were several spots to chose from. One of my colleagues found CdM, and since we had nothing to lose we decided to check it out. In terms of physical space at CdM, there is very little; this is actually a walk-up spot hence it is solely a takeout restaurant. The menu is pretty straightforward - lots of Mexican staples with a good variety to choose from. The burrito bowl looked good so I decided to go with that - I was given choice of protein (I chose pastor) and types of beans (I chose black). The bowl was really good - all the ingredients tasted fresh and they were generous with the portion. They added sour cream to the top of the bowl and it came with a side of salsa verde which I thought was a nice touch. We also ordered some bags of tortilla chips to share - these were my favorite kind as they were semi-thick and super crunchy. Overall, I had a solid experience at Cinco de Mayo. It definitely hit the Mexican craving spot and I would have no qualms returning for another meal.

I had this place bookmarked for a while. Finally came for my birthday dinner. It was a rainy…read moreevening and I was hoping there'd be umbrella sleeves offered. I didn't see any but saw buckets for umbrellas. I opted not to leave it there since I didn't wanna forget or risk someone taking it. I took it upstairs with me. My friend had arrived and was seated. Apparently, they do offer sleeves because she got one. But the 3 people who were at the hostess booth failed to offer me one. The beautiful ambiance will get your attention immediately. It is a stunning space. The tableware was gorgeous as well. We waited for our last friend to arrive who was almost half an hour late before ordering (we thought she'd arrive sooner). Our server, Matias was gracious about it the whole time. What we ordered: Drinks: Passionfruit Margaritas & Mojito - we were happy with them. Tlayudas, Guacamole y Salsas - this was really good and a great option for the table to share. The homemade chips alone were excellent. Liked all the different dips. Guac could've used some cilantro and more acid/spice. Tán Ceviche - I loved this. Super fresh and great flavor. Could use a touch of acid. My entree was the Shrimp & Crab Enchiladas - This was pretty good. The sauce could've used some spice and some acid to cut through the richness. My friend ordered the Yellow Corn Soup as part of her meal and she did not like it. She said it was too sweet which I thought was strange. I tried a spoonful and I agreed with her. It needed a savory note and again, acid would've done wonders. Also, the crab was a bit fishy in this. She enjoyed her tamal though. I tried a touch of the sauce and it was delish. My other friend had the Quesabirria which she was also happy with. To sum up: Ambiance: 5/5 The space is undoubtedly gorgeous. Food: 4/5 Beautiful presentation on everything but each dish lacks an element or two to make it a home run. Staff: Wait staff 5/5. Downstairs staff (greeters/hostess) 4/5. Needs to be more on point like offering customers sleeves for umbrellas or pointing out the buckets to put them in. At some point through our entrees a group of 3 women were doing a 10-minute photo shoot by the stairway where our table was. Absolutely inappropriate behavior and a manager should've stopped it. Camera flashes all up in our faces while we're eating wasn't cool. Overall, still a great elevated Mexican cuisine option. The slight tweaks would make this a 5 star place for me. I'd return to try more things.

If you are someone who is looking at an aesthetic place, this is a top contender. Unfortunately, I would say this place is better looking than the food is good. The food was fine, appetizers were all fresh but lacked any real depth in flavor. I wasn't too thrilled with the bone marrow I had either (but the tortillas come in the cutest basket). Personally, if it wasn't for the drinks and the space, I cant say this place is worth it - you're not coming here for the food. Another little complaint I have is the women's restroom on the second floor - right by the door is a floor to ceiling mirror which I understand was included to make the space seem bigger, but my friends and I agreed that it is a little misleading - I kept wanting to walk into it thinking there was more space there and not wall. I would recommend maybe putting a decal on it to clearly show its mirror.
