I went to the Good Feet Store last month after a last ditch effort. I had seen a sports medicine…read moredoctor (two different ones for two separate opinions) after I had started having severe pain in my right foot and could only tolerate walking on it on the outside of my foot. Both doctors, with X-rays, confirmed that I had arthritis with bone spurs and maybe therapy would help. The first doctor talked me into a cortisone shot. It didn't do a thing (I completely regret it) I finally booked an appt with the GFS and went the first of August. After a 2 hour appt with Brice to find the best fit for me, I walked out with a 3-part system. I followed it to a tee. I missed exercising and I wanted to do it again so I was determined to get my foot back, plus my hip had started hurting so I had started walking completely different now. I looked funny walking, and hated it. Anyway (gosh I sound like an influencer, i promise I'm not), I did all the exercises I was supposed to do but I found that the arches weren't enough for me. I needed more. Don't get me wrong, they helped a great deal, but it wasn't the perfect fit for my issue. I had a 1 month follow up today. I saw Milan (Brice wasn't there). He remeasured my foot and it had made a difference, but I told him my concern. I know I frustrated the heck out of him but he listened and after 45 minutes of trying different arches, I came home with some new ones to try. I walked Sam's Club for an hour in them after I left and they felt great. I am so happy. It may be expensive but it's worth the investment by far! It's a lifetime guarantee and sometimes it's not just your feet that need alignment but it's other areas, like your knees or hips. Thank you GFS!

Brian at DPPT quickly realized that it was my QL giving me issues and over the course of a couple months he helped to alleviate all the pain and tightness I was experiencing in my lower back. When I dislocated my shoulder while snowboarding in Colorado a few weeks ago, it was a no-brainer to contact Direct Performance for my physical therapy once my Doctor gave me the OK to begin. I'm currently working with Brian twice a week and I find the range of motion in my shoulder increasing at a rapid pace. Thank you Direct Performance!

Brian Maher came highly recommended and I started therapy a couple weeks after surgery. In the course of a couple months, I went from non-weight bearing to being able to do just about anything! As excited as I was to be finished with therapy, I really appreciated the one on one, custom treatments I received! I had never broken a bone before, but Brian was so helpful in curing all of my doubts and encouraging me to take each step. He was great about knowing my limits, but pushing me enough to try my hardest. Although I only worked with Brian, everyone else there was very friendly and professional! The facility was also very clean and organized! With the practice being located inside of Onelife, it was very convenient to get in and out in a timely manner! I would highly recommend Brian and Direct Performance to anyone in need of a little or a lot of physical therapy!

I'd like to start by saying that while I haven't visited the physical building, I was referred here…read moreby my doctor to work with a dietitian to help me lose weight and improve my health. This isn't something I ever would have considered earlier in my life--not for any particular reason, I just wouldn't have done it. However, for the past four months, I have been working with Dennis Bueso, MA, RD (Clinical/Sports Dietitian), and the experience has been nothing like I expected. Being very overweight, I anticipated someone taking charge of the conversation and lecturing me on what I 'better' start doing. I think TV gave me a twisted idea of how these things go. Thankfully, it hasn't been like that at all. Our conversations are excellent and open. Mr. Bueso is incredibly 'chill' and immediately sets you at ease; it feels like a normal, back-and-forth conversation between two people. He is great at following up and is just a genuinely easy person to talk to. Since starting, I've seen amazing results. For those who know what A1C is, mine had been double what it should be for over five years. In just four months, I've brought it down to exactly where it's supposed to be. I give myself credit for controlling my diet, but Dennis has been instrumental in helping me understand what to watch and work on. In addition to the blood work, I've lost over 30 pounds in that same timeframe. I definitely want to give props and thanks to Mr. Bueso. If your doctor has recommended a dietitian, just do it. I worried about how it would go, but those worries were unnecessary. It has been a great experience. We only get one shot at life; I may have started this battle late, but I'm determined to battle to the end. Thank you if you read all my ramblings. :) Thank you again Dennis. Tim

They also give you exercises that you can do at home. I went for the dry needling, but found out my insurance doesn't cover it, but you have the option to pay out of pocket. The room is wide open so it will be several other patients getting worked on at the same time. They do have some private rooms. You're given several exercises to build your strength back up in whatever area you have issues with, and they also incorporate some massage, and heating pads into your treatment. It's about an hour visit, and you're in and out. Wear something comfy. I have used them in the past as well and think its a nice office to use for your therapeutic needs. Check them out!!

Anyone with any common sense wouldn't leave a good review on this rehabilitation center because you're telling a bold face lie!!! Soon as you pull into the parking lot you can smell this place. It's a shame and they need to get those people out of there and destroy the entire building. The nurses stay with attitude about DOING THEIR JOB. It's ridiculous. Every room I went in was dirty, I wouldn't let a dog enter this place. The residents were dirty, wheelchairs & etc!! The front door has been broke all week, you have to go through the back and that's not safe. If you are reading this I hope you can find it in your heart to pray for the residents here!
