I hired this company last summer to clean up the yard, it had been several years since anything had been done to it. They had been recommended by fellow neighbors so I hired them, without getting other quotes. I really don't know if I was quoted fairly, but they did do a great job. Now the issue came later that fall when I needed fence repairs, I walked the back yard with Cornelius and explained what I was looking for, he gave me a verbal quote. I thought it seemed fair and hired them. It was a few back and forth emails to confirm when they would be out to fix the fence, but eventually they arrived. The issue was he only did half the work we discussed and wanted the payment. Since I wasn't provided a written quote, it was my word against theirs! I totally believe this company scammed me out of $3500.00 for a "two section fence repair!" Not even a new fence! If you do business with them, get everything in writing! read more

Had a relatively small landscape project two years ago and asked Tadeo/Sons to provide a quote. Upon arrival, their agent provided an initial estimate of $850. When the crew arrived to do the work, they saw me, an elderly person living in an upscale neighborhood, and immediately increased their estimate 300% to $2500. This business does fairly good work. The problem I have with them, is they don't give you invoices for their work and they are likely to work for you for a short term and then ghost you. I've tried calling them several times to find out when they would be returning but they never would return my call and they stopped servicing or lawn. Not sure what is going on, but I definitely got the message and left them alone. There are a whole lot of other businesses that treat their customers right. Be for warned , they will not keep in contact with you!! You will be ignored after awhile of service with them if they agree to accept your business. No way to do business! read more

Juan and his son was on the job immediately after my quote and was able to finish the work in 3 days. They did a wonderful job in removing a very old tree stump that was huge removed plants and regrade the burm. Then put in a cement curbing around the whole house flower beds. It came out so nice that my neighbors stopped by in my driveway to tell me that they were admiring the work that I had done. We did not realize that their was a sprinkler line where the rebar was driven in for the cement form. But Juan came back the next day to repair the damage and the sprinkler system is working well. He is very conscientious with the quality of his work and was very impressed with his dedication to see the job well done. Juan came out to give a bid on monthly maintenance as well as some big landscaping projects for next spring. We told him that we were looking for someone long term as our previous company we had for 17 years. He said that is most of their clientele, long timers while preceding to tell me they had 150 clients and started showing me their online reviews (the ones they have posted on their website). I said we had one more bid coming and that we would let him know by the days end. True to our word we contacted them leaving a message that we wanted to hire them. Sent a follow up text message as well and never heard from them. I know for sure they received the text message as it indicated "read' on my phone. As I mentioned previously, this company completely ignored my calls to inquire about when they're going to come and clean up the massive mess (oil stains) they left on the street. This week I called them from a private number and, what a surprise, they picked up! Their excuse was, "I'm really busy but I'm going to come this week," so I again reminded him that he's been saying that for the past 5 or so weeks now and that I want him to commit to an exact day and time. I reminded him that I'm a customer who has ALREADY paid him and that he needs to FINISH our job. He repeatedly said that he's busy before eventually agreeing to come on Saturday. We chose this company because it was recommended to us however, I will not recommend this company to no one! And the person who recommended them to us said they will no longer use they're services as well. They quoted us $900 to remove all the grass and dirt and when they got to the house, they cut the grass and that was all. then told us thats what they quoted for $900! So we ended up give up $500 Which was way too much just for cut grass. Unbelievable and I will never use this company again! read more

We called Juan and he immediately agreed to come and fix it. Because he is so busy it took him a few days to get back to us...however he came today and did just what we wanted and actually added a stair at the bottom that wasn't part of the original plan.
