Cutting the cake with a real samurai sword might have been the icing on the cake, of course only after defeating the Jedi master in a light saber battle in the dark! Top notch!! Well...I realized quickly I wasn't as fit as I thought. But what impressed me the most was a sense of community. I'm proud to say that, in 2026, I've earned my 2nd degree black belt and in the best shape of my life. I couldn't have done it without the excellent instructors and those who helped me along the way. There was nothing easy about getting to this point and that's the best part of it. 360 will work you hard but you'll come away with a sense of accomplishment and confidence. If you're looking for fitness, useful self defense skills and maybe meet some really good people, 360 is very much worth checking out.

Went for the first of those two sessions last night. Josh our instructor for the evening was really great! He was patient and explained everything as we went along.
