Taebo House, oh how I wished I tried you sooner! I've been to many boba places throughout Viridian/Arlington area and I must say Taebo House is ranked amongst my top favorites. The interior decor is so cute and so pink, staff is always friendly, and they are always fast with the drinks. Here's how I know it's a good quality place: not all boba shops got yakult or soda options. I've been to many places that have the classics: milk tea, thai tea, etc. But to find a good fruity tea + yakult or soda option + actually tastes great is hard to come by, but Taebo House got it all. I've brought my stepfather here and he's NOT a boba/fruity drinks kind of guy, but through enough convincing I had him try the Sakura Strawberry. He's never had foam before but he loved it! He ordered it again the second time we came here. They've also started a stamp card, which is something I don't see with other boba places either. I'm definitely coming back. Always serve refreshing beverages, with a nice variety between fresh effervescent drinks and No Asian flavors; Mochi donuts are fire too. no wasted time in service-- they make orders as quickly as possible and always show hospitality. Taebo replaced the previous location for P'tit Maison so the decor remains the same on the inside. The drinks appear to be very similar however we were pleased with the flavor of the coffees here compared to the previous shop. The prices are a bit high but it was a good drink so we may pop in once in awhile if we're in the area! read more

While running errands I came across this tea and boba shop in Arlington. They have a great selection of teas, coffees, and hand-crafted sodas as well as mochi donuts. I opted for a soda with 0 sugar (sparkling water, pea flower & lemon juice - the barista was kind enough to omit the grapefruit juice for me), and I just couldn't resist picking up some mochi donuts (I selected the Matcha, Churro, and Strawberry Cheesecake flavors. They also offer a Crème Brûlée and Cookies and Cream flavor). Nice, clean shop. Great quality of ingredients. It's a bit out of my way, but I'll make the drive to come back and try some of their teas and coffee options. Definitely worth the visit! read more

Will stop going here as I experienced a reduced amount of my sea salt foam in half; the drink doesn't taste right anymore. I thought it was just a day of insistence but it's already of my third time going back after the i noticed the change. I'm a regular here - I hate to say for my wallet's sake but I stop by at least twice a week for a drink and oftentimes their mochi donuts. I've never been disappointed by their desserts, but I have noticed a change in their drinks. Keep in mind that their Brown sugar creme brulee boba is $7.5 (tax not included). Just for one drink. They don't toast the creme brulee like they used to, which is sad, but it's still nice to have some flavorful milk foam at the top. I also get their Iced chocolate with boba from time to time. Recently, though, I've noticed that one of their newer hires does not fill the cup all the way. There will be roughly 3/4 of an inch of milk foam- sometimes more- and about 1/2 an inch to 3/4 an inch of space from the top. So a lot of the drink is missing. She's started putting the classic press on film (which is opaque in this particular shop) instead of a lid like they used to, so it becomes harder to see how little you're getting. I feel like I'm not getting my money's worth, and it's sad because this used to be my favorite place to stop by before a long shift at work. For anyone looking for another variation of the creme brulee boba, I have found that Feng Cha does one with a cheese foam at the top. They use a similar lid to what Taebo House used to- it allows you to sip or stick your straw in, which is convenient. I hope I can time when i stop by to when their usual employee is there. She's kind and often fills the cup entirely without leaving excess space at the top. read more

Fantastic! My husband and I love milk tea and boba tea. I discovered Taebo had opened up around the corner from us and I decided to drop by and try. I'm glad I did! I got the black sugar crème brûlée milk tea for him and I let the employee there pick mine and they suggested the rose milk tea. I loved it! It was sweet, refreshing, and a really unique flavor.
