For Christmas I received a Tag Heuer smart watch from this store an it has been the bain of my existence. The first watch kept dropping an would not stay synced with my iPhone. After 2 hours in the Dallas Northpark store and switching to a new watch I was on my way again. It has been less than a month and this stupid watch does not record physical activity, does not sync messages, you can't respond to messages. It is such a ridiculous waste of $2,000. I have the watch back to the person that gave it it to me for Christmas and told them to use it or do what they could with it that I no longer wanted to be hassle with it. If they could go exchange it for something they'd like or try to use the crappy thing themselves. I apologized and feel bad but I feel worse every time I see the stupid watch not working. read more

I came into the boutique looking forward to getting my Tag Heuer watch resized to fit my wrist after loosing a bit of weight. I kindly asked the staff if they would be able to resize the watch, but then they said they would only service it if it was still under warranty. I explained that it was probably no longer under warranty. The store was completely empty as they were all just sitting around at their desk. They did not even have the courtesy to resize a watch. I sent a watch for estimate, very very disappointed with the fact the 1st agent on the phone told me a different scenario from the 2nd agent I talked to when I was ready to provide my CC info, under the impression that they will charge the whole service amounting to almost $800 AFTER the service was completed. I called again to provide my cc info, and I was told that I WILL HAVE TO PAY UPFRONT for a service before they start working on the watch. Almost $800!!! So now I'm super upset about the way this is being handled, the lady was not very helpful at all. They have a friendly staff and welcome everyone who enters (cant say that about omega or IWC next door to them). They will actually let you try on all the watches, and no need for an appointment. This is how luxury watch buying should be. The Vacheron Constantin across the way keeps its doors shut, same with the A. Lange & Söhne and IWC. The only way high end watch brands will survive is if they inspire the next generation to ASPIRE. How do you convince people to buy a 10k+ watch if you won't openly welcome them in your store? Best experience I've ever had as a watch enthusiast, and when I start making bank I will buy from this location. I encourage others to do the same. read more

Just run away from this store! Worst possible experience ever!!! I really wonder who hired this store manager. His rude, has no knowledge of his services and products, and knows nothing about the job and his responsibilities either. Interestingly when I contacted the Tag Heuer office, they mentioned they received several reports about the behavior and the way they do the business. The store team tells you any lies just to make the sales. After they got money they change everything. They don't accept returns even though they cleared during the sales process that they will do. They offer you every wrong info about the watch to conduct the sales and when you figure it out they won't accept the return and deny everything they said and offered during the sales process!!! I advise everyone just to run away from this store. Surprisingly this store is struggling financially only because of bad management and poor quality services by the staff and now after see it myself I can understand it why they're struggling! It's a shame such things are happening in such a brand's store. read more

My wife and I visited this store to have a battery replaced on our TAG diamond watch today. The associate informed us that it would be a 16 week wait for a battery change. As a retired executive of 30 years in the Luxury watch industry I can tell you that this is an unacceptable level of service for a entry level luxury brand.
