I would honestly recommend shopping elsewhere rather than coming to the Ben Bridge in Brea because of the terrible employee working there by the name of Linda. I had an experience with her that was extremely disappointing. I came in with a Rolex that I had purchased from this location and simply wanted to ask about having it cleaned, but Lynda's attitude was dismissive and made me feel like I was bothering her for even asking. Instead of trying to help or explain my options in a professional and friendly way, she seemed completely uninterested in assisting me and essentially told me to go through Rolex directly. I understand that policies change and that a store may no longer be able to service certain brands, but there is absolutely no reason for a customer to be treated poorly when asking a simple question. The experience left such a bad impression that I would not return to a Ben Bridge. I never ended up buying it from Ben Bridge, but regardless, Benny was always extremely helpful and never rushed me or gave any negative vibes when I wanted to try different watches on. I was also between two sizes on a watch I was deciding 39mm and 41mm since my wrist is right in the middle sizing wise. He provided honest, transparent information to help ease my decision. Additionally, he helped me with my watch strap adjustment when I came close to closing time because he knew I needed it for the next morning. The manager told me they don't have 3000 in cash and it would be a check sent to me in 10-30 days. I asked if that was noted on the receipt. Yes it's on your receipt laughing... of course their receipt says nothing like that at all. In fact it says Refunded in the same tender." This week I purchased my first Rolex watch from Ben Bridge. I was very pleased with the customer service that I was provided from start to finish. Before going in the store I read some of the bad reviews on here and to be honest, it almost drove me away but after going inside the store it was an extremely pleasant experience. I am updating this review after dealing with Victor at the brea location. The first time I was disregarded after I sought after to purchase a Rolex skydweller. I was told unless I knew the owner of Ben Bridge their wasn't a chance they could help me. After re approaching the store weeks later I was helped by Victor. I told him I was a cash buyer and was ready to purchase and he took me very seriously. I assume being located in a mall they get a lot of window shoppers. You never know who is on their day off in shorts and a shirt ready to throw down 20k. This is where the store could improve. Victor was pleasant in his dealings and very professional. I really enjoyed my experience with him. Unfortunately the watch I am looking for can't be produced at the moment but he is on the hunt. Should this store follow through. I purchased my Tag Heuer Connected Modular 45 watch at Ben Bridge, I am happy with most of the process, they were great. There was only one available company-wide and they ordered it for me to FedExed from Hawaii where it was located, rather than the weeks it would take to order it from Tag. Hiccups I had, were there were some reports online of some of the watches have defects, and when the watch I had to order arrived, I asked them to check for defects, and they told me no, that I would have to come inspect it for myself. Go straight to Edis for what you need. He is the best. I made the mistake of going to the Ben Bridge in South Coast Mall to purchase our wedding bands and a ring for my Maid of Honor. The customer service was horrible. After purchasing two custom rings I waited over a month and a half to get the first ring when they said it would take 2-3 weeks max. When it was late they kept saying a few days instead of honestly saying a month more. When I received one ring I found out that they never sent out the info needed on my band then blamed the delay on the vendor, A Jaffe. I was floored especially after how much I spent. This isn't a fast food place where you expect this lack of professionalism to do your job. I still needed to get my wedding band custom fit. I was very hesitant to even take it to another Ben Bridge after what I saw as far as employee's on the first round but decided to give it a shot since I needed my band to match and was pressed for time. Eids and Heidi were amazing. I explained to Edis my situation and he immediately apologized for his sister store and took care of everything. He got my custom ring created even after I made a few changes and called me with EVERY update with clear answers and transparency so there were no surprises. He did it in half the time the other place "quoted" and used the same vendor A Jaffe who was on point. I am very happy and because of Edis I have all the rings I need for the wedding and am in love with how the custom order came out. I will come back to this Ben Bridge again. read more

Last week I came here to repair my broken necklace chain. Out of most jewelry shops in Brea Mall, I found this place to be the cheapest (the other place offered $42, $52, and $80.. for a repair..?!). I did not get his name, but he offered $25 and I let them fix my necklace. They gave me a call within a week for me to pick it up. The necklace was fixed, but in my eyes, it seemed like my gold necklace turned into a silver...? I do see the shine of gold under the light, but with bare eyes, it seems to be showing more shades of silver than gold... He said it's because they clean it to make it look like brand new, but when I first received this necklace from my friend, it was a bright golden color. So I'm not sure. I felt a little iffy, but I decided to trust their words since they are the one expert in jewelry, not me. I hope they didn't rip me off just because I was just a student. read more

My husband has wanted to gift me a wrap/enhancer to my wedding ring (solitaire) for such a long time now. I am verrrrry particular and never found what I was looking for and learned a couple of years ago we would need to have it custom made. Again, my husband brought it up and we went to this Ben Bridge location- on the first visit we spoke to one person and I left knowing what I already knew- it needed to be custom made. We returned, and this time we were met by Leann, she was AMAZING. On that visit my husband purchased me a gold bracelet for my birthday and since I had such a good feeling about Leann, I brought up that I was looking for a custom ring. She assured me she would help me find what I was looking for. She called a couple weeks later when she secured the loose diamonds from a show/event they had. We returned and loved them and created the order, after leaving I realized I had forgotten to ask if they were certified! They were not and Leann stopped to no end to find a way to make it work. She went back and forth with corporate and searched their verified diamond inventory for certified diamonds that matched what I had already chosen AND also gave me the option to send the original ones I selected off to a GIA lab to have them certified! We returned to the store again, compared and made our choice. From beginning to end, Leann worked her tail off to answer my 1,000,000 requests and questions. She never once made us feel like it was too much trouble and assured me I would leave with MY ring. Our satisfaction always remained her number one goal. I cannot wait to finally have my ring complete. I recommend Ben Bridge of Brea and Leann! Everyone there is very kind. Called in to ask what was going on. They told me they'd call me on a certain date for an update, nothing. I had to constantly call in after constantly being lied to and ignored. The only reason I giving Ben Bridge a review to begin with is because of Edis Florimon. My fiancé bought me my engagement ring from Ben Bridge and every couple of months we go to have my ring cleaned. However, out of the many times we have been here, we have never been treated as kindly as Edis did with us today. We went in to have my ring professionally cleaned/restored and he was so welcoming, informative, helpful, and extremely kind. He even examined my ring under a microscope (which no one has ever done before) to give me the best advice of how to care for my ring as best as a I can.
