This place was completely different. It had a warm, personal feel that immediately made me comfortable. Before visiting, I sent photos of the Rolex I wanted to sell and received a very fair quote. I expected that once I arrived and they inspected the watch, the offer might be lowered. To my surprise, there were no games or last-minute negotiations. My watch was in good condition, and they honored the price they had quoted me beforehand. The entire process was simple, transparent, and efficient. They inspected the watch, completed the transaction, and handed me a check right there on the spot. There was no complicated process and no waiting several days to get paid. What impressed me most was the combination of a fair price, professionalism, and genuinely friendly service. I walked in wearing my Omega Seamaster, looking to try on a few Overseas models. A Chinese sales lady came over to greet me. Because of my smaller wrist size, she also suggested the 34mm. When I asked if that specific reference carried the Geneva Seal, she said yes. It made me realize she was either blatantly lying just to make a sale, or she completely lacks basic knowledge of the Vacheron catalog. Throughout the entire process, she didn't highlight a single complication detail. Instead, she treated me with a bizarre, condescending attitude, bringing up the price of every single watch before I even asked. She repeatedly emphasized the costs as if she assumed I couldn't afford them. At one point, she even condescendingly remarked that these watches "aren't expensive" and bragged that she has sold million dollar pieces before. I'm not sure why her sales history matters to my experience, but her attitude was incredibly classless. The real kicker happened when my buddy walked over and sat down with us. He happened to be wearing a Nautilus. Suddenly, she was offering us the 222 in full gold to try on... and funny enough, she didn't mention the price to him once. When we were leaving, I asked for her business card. She literally refused to give it to me and just said to "come back when I decide." It is embarrassing that a prestigious brand like Vacheron Constantin allows someone with such a cheap, elitist, and judgmental attitude to represent them.

Since my work requires a watch with high magnetic resistance, Omega provides excellent options for most of model with METAS (magnetic resistance up to 15k gauss , at which standard MRI machines are designed with 1.5 Tesla. I'm very satisfied with Alan's knowledge about the brand's long history established even before other watch brand in 1848. I've been checking out at least 10 different styles . I walked in with my daughter, excited to show her why I like Omega over all other brands. I couldn't help but notice that no one acknowledged us. My daughter and I walk around as I'm telling her some of the history of some of the different watches. We made our way through the entire store, still no one acknowledged us. After about 15 minutes, I turn to look for someone to inquire about a ring, and Kian is standing there with a scowl on his face; think judgment personified. I mention to Kian, "I do have some questions, in case you were going to ask." He smirks and responds "What are they?" I ask about rings and he takes three to four steps and says, "They don't really have much, this is what they have," while showing me women's rings. I emphasize I'm looking for men's rings and he walks me over to the seamaster ring which is a woman's ring. Kian then tells me I should go to the website and find a piece I like and reach out to him so he can see if he can locate it for me. I mention to Kian I'd reached out six weeks prior and no one ever responded to my inquiry. I asked if this was the norm and he scoffs, "That one just fell through the cracks, but let me give you my card. Go back on the website and find one you like and reach out to me." I took Kian's card and walked over and saw a Constellation ring. As I was going to turn to ask to see it, a family walked in and they were promptly greeted, welcomed, and offered assistance; a far cry from the experience I had. The treatment offered by Kian was abysmal. Kian's smug attitude is off putting and a detriment to not only Omega but the customer service industry as a whole. If going to this store, avoid Kian at all costs.
