The store in nice but the entire mall is not dog friendly so we changed our store to Beverly Hills so we can take our tiny dog with us. Too bad the stores lose business because of an outdated policy. read more

I've always been a fan of Panerai since the mid 2000's and bought a few through the years at the local AD. Some reason I decided to step in this boutique earlier this year and that's when I met Adam. I hate to say it, because there's a lot of great customer service/ sales people out there, but Adam takes it to the next level. I came in looking for the Luminor E Steel in which they didn't have at the time, but he surprised me with a PAM01314. I was pretty stunned by the white dial and ended up purchasing it. Few months later I decided to stop by to say hi and well that's when I saw the new Submersible E Steel. I originally wanted the blue dial, but my wife talked me into getting the grey ( PAM01288 ) in which Adam agreed and gave me some great ideas for extra rubber straps that would match it. The end result was amazing. I just can't stop staring at it! Lol Adam is just great to work with. Doesn't pressure you to buy and will carry a great conversation with you. I have been enjoying & collecting high end watches for more than 20 years but I always stuck to the same manufactures which made for a boring collection. I discovered Panerai in 2018 and have been wearing their Submersible since. Recently I picked up a 44mm Luminor in a trade, a PAM01316, what a beautiful watch. I noticed that Panerai manufactures a similar watch, a PAM01123 in a smaller size (38mm)and wanted to find this for my wife. I had been waiting for bracelet links to arrive from Panerai, I ordered these from Adam. Adam advised me to have two links ordered and if only one got us up to a comfortable fit he would carry the additional link as stock and not charge me for it. This ended up being a life-saver, I did need two links and thanks to Adam I didn't need to wait another two weeks to wear my new watch. I called a few times over the next 10 days or so after ordering the links, Adam was always available and patient. The day the links arrived Adam called me and I came in the following day for the purchase. Adam installed the links himself, noticing my bracelet was not arranged properly, he took a good 20 minutes to disassemble and reconfigure my bracelet, adding the new links and handing me back a watch that now was perfect. While Adam was working on my bracelet I noticed he had a PAM01123 in stock that I bought for my wife, these are not always so easy to find and was a great find. Adam suggested having the watch gift wrapped and to extend the factory warranty by using the Panerai website. Adam couldn't have been more helpful and made the visit fun and interesting, I never felt pressured to complete a purchase, I also ended up finding a red rubber OEM strap for my Luminor in an XL length and walked out of the store completely satisfied.
