Daniel and his team on the other hand.... They did everything! Daniel was so friendly and chill and seemed to know exactly what the problems were and even pointed out other problems as they went through our repair job that were helpful for preventing further damage and such. When work started, they put up plastic to isolate the problem room and cover furniture that couldn't be moved, took out all effected materials, and Daniel's guys even went to source some floor boards they had to remove due to damage which was something we were having a hard time doing ourselves. It was so appreciated on our part because he went out of his way. Real stand up guy! They patched everything up and it looks good as new and no moldy smell even a month later! When we first got a quote we balked at the price... everything is so expensive now and we weren't sure what to do, but it had to be repaired... so it was worth the price to have the convenience of the team who took out our walls and floors and such to be the ones who put it back. I got quotes from other places that included drywall repair but they were a few days out. So I decided to go with Green Planet because they could start immediately. The only thing was that their quote didn't include drywall repair. I was told it's another dept and I would need to get a quote or I can find my own handyman. Ok how much can it be? Well after the water damage was resolved, I started getting quotes for drywall repair. I found out it was very expensive.
