Dr. Ortiz gets a major 5 stars for the care, patience, and genuine concern he has for his patients. I had some nasty sciatica pain and neck pain when I first saw Dr. Ortiz, within the first 2 weeks my neck pain was gone. Within 3 weeks my sciatica pain was gone. I'm a young enough person who should not be experiencing this stuff. He did a thorough examination of my spine and hips and told me information about myself that I didn't know but that explained why I was having pains. It has taken me too long to write this review. I found Dr. Ortiz after being involved in a car accident in which I was rear-ended and pushed into a truck. My car was totaled but the physical pain that followed was debilitating and constant. I am a busy mother of four and could not complete simple tasks due to back and neck pain, headaches and blurred vision. A close friend referred me to Dr. Ortiz and I am so grateful to have found him and his amazing team! After 9 months of weekly visits I began enjoying tasks and activities I couldn't imagine doing after my accident. Today, over three years later I woke up after a 13 hour day at Disneyland with my family. I went on roller coaster rides and walked over 10 miles in one day. Waking up today, I thought I would feel the strain of all the fun I had the day before. I am happy to report that I feel amazing! I started treatment at Ortiz Chiropractic begin of April of 2024. I was in a very sad shape as I had severe sciatica; I experienced a lot of pain and when I stood up after sitting or laying down, I literally had to stop and stand still for a minute or two before I could muster the courage to start walking due to the excruciating pain. After X-rays and exam I was put on the decompression program and I showed improvement after the first 5 treatments. My condition was so bad that I had to go daily for treatment because I had a trip to Bali coming up, that I was considering postponing due to the pain on my right side, shooting down all the way to my calf. If it was not for Dr. Ortiz I would have missed out on my vacation and would still be in pain and very miserable. I highly recommend Dr. O. as he is very caring and ethical. After living with chronic back pain for 25 years due to a car accident and because my PCP kept disregarding me, I decided to see Dr. Ortiz after my back went out again for 2 months. The pain was excruciating and I didn't want to go to my regular doctor. Dr. Ortiz has saved my life! He was so nice and caring and has been working with me weekly to help fix my back. I move better now than I have over the last 25 years. My mobility has increased and my mood is a lot better, and I'm pain medicine free! Other doctors just prescribed Motrin and said live with it. Dr. Ortiz has been working to fix the problem, not mask it. His place is very clean and he and his front office receptionist, Neran, are so caring, welcoming, and respectful. I can't say enough great things about Dr. Ortiz's office. I was always very skeptical to go to a chiropractor. I was looking for a chiropractor close to home for my wife who can not drive far so I thought this place was prefect 5 minutes from my home. I also wanted Spanish speaking since my wife can communicate better in Spanish when she called to make appointment receptionist did not speak Spanish my wife was placed on hold for several minutes while the only Spanish speaking staff member can take the call and in this case was the Dr. himself​ but he was with a patient at the time. The communication barrier was not a pleasant experience for my wife. Overall office is very nice its a little small not much privacy when getting adjusted.
