Angila came over once, for about 20 minutes. . She made a couple of appointments to come "refresh her memory", but never showed or called. On Staging Day, she was upset that I have a cat. I had not kept him a secret. Unfortunately, he had an accident on the carpet, during all the staging commotion. She was not pleasant. At the end of her installation, she said "Who pays? You or her? That was it. The items she chose were flattering to the home, though every painting or wall hanging was crooked. Strings hanging, plastic hanging, tags showing, nothing cleaned. Not high end items, but put together nicely. De-Staging day came, and again, she spoke to no one. I was prepared to pay for cat damage to a couch. Angila sent messages & pics to my Realtor, showing damage. She also claimed that the entire home smelled of cigarettes and cat urine. It smelled like incense. She claimed all soft items needed to be dry cleaned. When I asked for a receipt for the couch, she did not have one. When I asked how much the staging was, she did not know. I do not recommend living in a house that is staged. Its annoying, then when it's finally over, the "Customer Service" was once again absent.

I called back that day after confirming some measurements and she took my order over the phone and processed the payment on my credit card. Approximately 1 week later I called asking for an estimated shipping date. I was then told the order had not yet been placed with the furniture manufacturing company and they would be unable to do so until the owner got back from vacation, they were not sure when that would be. I asked if I could cancel my order and get a refund and they apologized and said they would reach out to the owner. The following day I received a short e-mail stating my order was placed and shipping information would be sent ASAP (I never received shipping information). Two days ago I received a text message that the chairs were ready to be picked up, I responded I would be by after I got off work to pick them up and got no reply back. I went by the store first thing on Saturday and waited in front of the business 45min past the posted opening hours of 10am, no one showed up. There was no sign regarding closures or inability to open and, of course, no answer on the telephone. I placed my order 28 days ago and I very much regret it. Too expensive for this poor of customer service. I have no comment on the quality of furniture because I have not seen the chairs.

At times he was so relaxed about everything that I wasn't even sure how badly he wanted us as clients! When we first met, though, Jack came very prepared and gave us a great presentation and booklet explaining the process. When it came time to list our house, the listing and photography were done very well. Our biggest challenge was that the market simply wasn't producing many showings. I'm pretty proactive, so I decided I wanted to get aggressive with the price rather than sit around waiting. Jack was completely supportive of that strategy and, more importantly, was willing to be flexible and work with us to make sure we retained as much of our equity as possible. That's ultimately where I really appreciated Jack's style. He didn't fight us for control of the process or try to convince us that he knew better just because he was the agent. He listened to what we wanted, gave us room to make decisions, and supported us when we wanted to move aggressively. Looking back, what initially felt a little hands-off actually had some significant advantages. Jack wasn't pushy, didn't make the process about himself, and was willing to adapt to how we wanted to sell our home.
