I have been going to this location for over 3 years. On Friday, I was treated so terribly that I will not return. 2 unfamiliar women running the curbside pickup were unbelievably rude. One of them being what I assume was the shift supervisor. On average I spend $200-$300 or more a week there. And always tip well. But thanks to those 2, I will not return. For a long time this place was the standard, but over time there's been some slippage in the attention to detail. I have been shorted on my order when ordering pickup. once I called to question and I was put through the 3rd degree of questioning until they checked their surveillance system and found out I was correct. Other times it's swapping out items which meant I received less potent product relative to what was ordered and paid for. Be aware, these are stoners putting your order together. think about it. I was looking online for deals at the local dispensaries and this store was having a 'Markdown Monday' sale. I was surprised to find 0.5 cartridges for 11.25 before tax! Then I found that if you download their app in the playstore or appstore and turn on notifications, you can receive a $5 off coupon. The staff was great and actually listened to what I wanted instead of trying to sell me something I did not want. The entire inside was redone and transformed from a fun/informative atmosphere - into a quick check out style. My ID expired 2 days ago and I was refused entry. I have been to this location probably 50 times..... where does it say you need a valid drivers license? .... So anyone without a license is not welcome. I went to this place the other day to check it out. They give you a discount on your first purchase. When you arrive there is a clerk sitting behind a glass window to take your drivers license. You get a 10% discount on your first visit. This place was very nice and clean. The bathrooms were pristine. I was there looking for CBD oil only. I'm trying to find a way to deal with my pain without medication and I've heard this really works for some. They only had one product that did not have THC in it. Been there done that. I real liked the staff that day (420) they were super helpful finding a mixture of CBD oil. The selection is small but varied, they had the ever poplar gummies which are tasty. If you are looking for CBD oil only the selection was poor. It's also a misnomer that they can removed all the THC out of the CBD, they can't! It's like ordering de caffeinated coffee, there is a trace amount of caffeine in there, it's the same with the CBD oil. Just a FYI read more
