My husband and I feel pretty confident in picking out our strain, but this gentleman educated us on terpenes even more than we were anticipating. And it was much appreciated!! I have been shorted on my order when ordering pickup. once I called to question and I was put through the 3rd degree of questioning until they checked their surveillance system and found out I was correct. Other times it's swapping out items which meant I received less potent product relative to what was ordered and paid for. Be aware, these are stoners putting your order together. think about it. The entire inside was redone and transformed from a fun/informative atmosphere - into a quick check out style. My ID expired 2 days ago and I was refused entry. I have been to this location probably 50 times..... where does it say you need a valid drivers license? .... So anyone without a license is not welcome.
