Such a family friendly place for people of all ages to check out. We came here with our kids and we all had such a great time. There was 4 tubing lanes for guest to enjoy, along with rental snowmobiles, and igloos. The staff here are all amazing and very professional. The staffer who helped pushed the tubes named Chloe deserves to be recognizes. She's extremely friendly and has an amazing upbeat spirit. Makes the experience here that much better. Looks great from the street driving passed but not once you get on the grounds. No onsite parking, plan to park and pay across the street (cars drive down very fast!). The staff was all rude and no one manages lines or cutting as the hills get busier throughout the day (we got there at 10:30). Military discount only for the ticket of the military person but can't be applied to family members. Spectator ticket is $10 just to be on the property and must sign a waiver. The hills were small and lame, we brought a sled and much preferred a free morning at Bijou Bike Park (SOO fun)! My three year old was bored here after 15 min and a few rides down the hills, I would not recommend and we won't be returning. read more

I'm kinda glad its $55/hour because we can only do an hour or so of tubing. Maybe it's the thinner air up in Tahoe but my kids were getting tired going back up after a 15 second run. It seems like they weren't too strict on the time as I think we went for about 1.25 hours. There was another tube someone left behind and I was able to join my kids on one ride. I appreciate the flexibility. Quick Summary (tubing only) + Price is just a number but you and your kids will have a blast + Man made snow in November is just as good as the real snow - Parking is terrible so we walked 0.7 miles from our hotel to tube here - Not a fan of the online waiver but I guess if it's once per lifetime then I'm ok with it I'd love to try snowmobiles when there's real snow. I didn't ask if they were available, but there wasn't much man made snow anyway. If I could give a zero I would, who ever works at the office are rude and disrespectful in my opinion they should not be working in customer service. I felt completely saddened to see a worker who was working on a hill with a broken leg still having to pull people down the hill. The brunette girl at the ticketing shack was extremely rude and gave a ton of attitude when trying to check in for our reservation-we messed up the reservation and rather than explaining the process and helping us fix it she was annoyed and kept saying "are you kidding me". Absolutely an exciting adventure but beware - it is a bit pricy. Sometimes you have to forget how much it costs and enjoy the experience. We had a wonderful time. Our tour guide was amazing and he was very patient with us and the rest of our group. Be prepared, it was nice and sunny out but it got very cold. We expected that and we were well prepared but I saw others who suffered through the experience because they didn't have the right outdoor gear. If you have the means or you're having to choose between this activity and another activity that costs about the same - I recommend you choose this. We'll probably never do this again, but I can say that I did and it's something my family and I won't forget. Handling the snowmobile was fairly simple to figure out. I felt safe the entire time but I did see someone crash their snowmobile. It looked like they took a corner too fast. I visited this location 2 years ago, and I wanted to visit again for the snow and experience. So, here we are. It's like nothing changed, and that gave me a sense of relief. The only thing that did change was parking across the street, because you have to pay if it's over 1 hr. That, of course, has nothing to do with this company. Just know, you will be charged $15 for 1-4 hrs. All the staff were friendly, the port-a-potty was clean, the "water activities" guy was cool to talk to, and I have to shout-out the young lady at the top of the tubing hill for pushing my grown adult body down that hill a few times. I'm sorry for putting you through that. I didn't stay the full hour for tubing, but it's worth the price. You don't need a snow suit to do these activities either, because the walk from the end of the tubing lane and up the hill again will cause your body to get warm. We are here at LAKE TAHOE still and while looking for something to eat, we spotted this place with Snow Activities. At first we saw people doing Tubing, but when we walked closer, we saw the SNOWMOBILE again. I remembered that my son also went here before when he was 3 years old. It's a Snowmobile ride, but this one is just in a Oval shape Track. Not compared to the Snowmobile Review that I made just previously. Not bad at all for our spare time here in LAKE TAHOE. At this Snowmobile place, you can SWAP the drivers with your friends or family with no extra charge. And Parking, they dont have their own parking. I suggest parking at the HARD ROCK HOTELS and CASINO, it's FREE for 1 hour and $15 for 4 hours. The STAFF here in Snowmobile is incredibly amazing. This is my first time trying snow tubing and it was good. But before doing it they were many hurdles. Google maps don't show the exact location if you search by name. It is at the intersection of Stateline. There is no parking on site and no directions on where to park as well. Since I read the previous reviews, I parked at the back side of the casino. There is some construction going on, so please be careful while you are in the parking lot. I took my parents as well since they are old they don't want to do any activities but just watch the grandson playing with the snow tube. The lady at the counter said I have to pay 10$ for each person even though they don't do anything, which is strange. That was a big bummer. I might have paid them if they have a closed room or something like that. But no, they don't have anything on site like that. So, we just took one snow tubing and it comes with 1 tube for 1 hour for 50$ plus tax. Kids under 42" must ride with an adult. But snow tubing was good, good slope and there was no one on a weekday. If you are going with a family member who doesn't want to do any activity but just to watch, I would suggest going to some other place or else prepare to pay them 10$ read more

Note - be sure to co.oleye the waivers before getting to the desk. On weekends, it's $95/snowmobile (1/2 hour) and $55/tubing (1 hour). There were 4 of us, so we got 2 snowmobiles and 2 tubes - can switch places on both. Started with the tubes and then later did the snowmobiles. We all had a lot of fun! I had wanted to try snowmobiling for years and finally did so on our last trip to Tahoe in late February! While there are a few places to rent them, this one caught our eye for the closeness to Stateline so we decided to try it out. We were able to pre-book our time slot online, but walk-ups were also an option as well, depending on how busy they are for the day. We only did a 30 minute time slot, but that ended up being the perfect amount of time to get our fill. My wife and I shared one snowmobile and were able to trade off as driver and passenger a few times in the pit stop area. As I have loved jet-skiing in the past, this was just as fun and felt very similar. The only critiques I would have is that the track could be a little bigger/longer and the max speed could be higher, but as I know they deal with a lot of tourists and first-time riders, I understand they have to be extra cautious. As with many places in Tahoe, the staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgable, and helpful every step of the way. Make a stop here next time you are visiting! read more

Look no further for a fun place to take little ones tubing and snowmobiling, we stayed at the Marriott Timber Lodge and we drove over and parked at the Hard Rock Hotel. We walked across the street and the entrance faces the side building of the new business structure being built. The cost wasn't too bad for easy access to do tubing, there's only one hill but it's an easy walk back n forth for parent with Lil's. There isn't a magic carpet so plan on getting your steps in. The snow mobile portion is on a FLAT track, this is really fun and safe for children over 5 and up. The snow mobile can only go so fast to keep it safe, it was fun for a first time snow mobile experience. If you're staying nearby it's super easy to get to and worth it, go early if you can and make reservations online. Sign waiver for everyone walking in and or participating ahead of time. Each tube was $50.00 for 1 hr, we did the combo tubing and snow mobile for $130.00, we had 3 kids and they took turns every 10 min for 30 min with their Dad, we needed 2 extra helmets so that was $10.00 more, you need to pay for extra helmets cause it only comes with 2. If you want to watch it's $10.00 for each person who isn't participating. I can't rave enough how amazing the employees are, they made everything super easy and were so professional. Management and staff made my kids feel so welcomed and safe, they were absolutely wonderful and such a great group of people, we made sure to tip the staff because it's definitely so much work pulling and pushing and towing kids around. First time riding a snow mobile and it definitely won't be the last! We booked this very last minute so we could only do the course. Hoping they offer some type of tour or something for a future visit as I'd love to take one of these to go sight seeing. Booking was easy and checking in was fast and easy as well. Staff was helpful in getting us situated and it was all pretty much straight forward. At first, $80 seemed a little steep for a 30 min ride but honestly it seemed reasonable after riding them.
