Arrived just a few minutes before scheduled appt.. five stars for promptness.. Darrell and his employees friendly and professional.. It's great to see the boss actually doing work along with his employees.. Says a lot about someone's character.. You could genuinely see how he takes his time to train and nurture his staff, and the gratefulness they feel towards their boss.. Which in turn, shows through with an outstanding job performed..!! My windows, screens and tracks are shiny! Price is reasonable and we'll worth the investment! Looking forward to another cleaning! Called to request gutter and window cleaning service and was able to get scheduled right away…read more They had also installed our bird spikes 5-6 years ago and I inquired if they did bird blocking mesh/wiring but the receptionist mentioned they are moving away from that providing that service. Fidel called ahead of heading over. He was friendly and polite. He was thorough with the gutter and window cleaning plus kept me updated with what he found with the gutter mess. He was able to blow out the nesting mess under our roof that was rolling into our gutters as well as help us get measurements of the area we are looking to get blocked off. Their prices, of course went up slightly, but understandably. They sent the pricing detailed with our appointment confirmation. The entire process of booking to service was super simple! Thank you!

Some areas were very high or had very narrow gaps between the elevator walls and the house walls. The job also required the elevator installer to be onsite to help move the elevator car for access. Because we were preparing to put the house on the market, we had the home cleaned and staged, and photos/videos were scheduled for specific dates, which we clearly communicated to the cleaning company. The service provider arrived, cleaned the majority of the shaft, and told us he would return and contact us after they figured out the best way to complete the remaining cleaning. A few days after the photos and videos were taken, we received a $270 charge for 3 hours of work. No one contacted us, there was no follow-up, and the job was never completed -- just a bill. Extremely disappointed. we had to hire someone else. If a job is outside your capabilities, it's better to be upfront about it rather than take on work you cannot complete. It would have been far better for them to tell us to find another provider, especially given the time-sensitive nature of preparing the house for listing.

I know how difficult glass can be so I am only slightly disappointed.

I had my CR-V detailed a few weeks ago at my home. I was originally scheduled at 9:00 AM, but the…read moreday of messaged to say they would be closer to 1:00 PM. Okay, not that big a deal. I asked my neighbor to hold on to the keys until they got there. They came out and washed, waxed, and removed the hard water stains. The car looked pretty good on first inspection, then I took a closer look. There were piles of dried wax on various surfaces - eh, not that hard to knock those off, but... there were marks on the hood of the vehicle, where the detailer had obviously put the wax on too thin, it dried, and then they used a buffer creating micro-scratches in the paint. Pretty much ruining the paint job on this brand new vehicle. Further, there were areas that were completely ignored such as the places where the doors meet the vehicle, under the handle for the hatch back, and some of the windows. When I left for work the next day and the sun hit my windshield, I had to pull over and clean it myself because it was so streaked. Finally, they left huge stains on the driveway from the tire shine. I called Michael, the owner, who said he would come out that evening to inspect the vehicle and fix anything the detailer had missed. He never showed up. He also offered to power wash the stains from the driveway if they were still there in a few days, which was a kind offer - except that he stopped taking my calls once the check was cashed. The stains are still there over two weeks later. Not only am I out $185 dollars for the detail, but who knows what it will cost to fix my paint job and my landlord is taking $150 out of my deposit to fix the stains on the driveway. I learned an expensive lesson.

We parked the car and right as we were unbuckling her car seat she vomited all over herself! Anyone who has experienced that knows that the car cannot wait to be cleaned inside and out, but finding someone at 7pm is the tricky part. I made a couple of phones calls and sent requests to several businesses here on Yelp, and Michael came back with the best rate at the earliest time. He was very thorough with the cleaning and took his time which I really appreciated because he charged me me a flat rate instead of by the hour. The car was sparkly clean, and quoting his words, "The only thing that will be old about the car is the mileage!"
