I tired compression braces, aleve, Icy hots, Solonpas patch's, yoga rollers, exercises and I kept re-injuring my lower back (3rd time). When I made my first visit I was on my 7th day of recovery and was not able to stand straight without a compression brace. Lower back was completely loosened after visit. 2nd visit I was able to move with full motion, no back brace. I always had eczema growing up but very small patches that would come and go. But not until I got sick I went to Kaiser and they gave me some antibiotics and I was taking them almost every month for 3 months and then I started to get eczema all over my upper body. So I went to countless of dermatologist at Kaiser and 2 holistic doctors but of course Kaiser kept prescribing the same thing. Which was steroids whether it was pills or creams. I even took two to three shots of a biologic called adbry. I had it all over my chest to my arms and even my ears and scalp it was painful and oozing all the time I didn't know what to do to stop the oozing. I also had it on my face.
