It's a small grocery store located in a busy plaza, shared parking with other merchants. It's not very organized inside, shelves blocked the walkway and hard to navigate. The vegetables and fruits are fresh and cheap, however, the meat and seafood sections are so smelly.

***More to this story: When he was shoved, he was at the door asking them to come in to purchase one thing. He even offered one of the employees money to buy it for him, they refused. At this time it was 7:54pm. They slightly opened the door to let some employees out, at this time he was trying to get in, which the man pictured - pushed, shoved, and blocked the old man but he eventually made it through. Without his walker. They let him walk around the store without his walker, LIMPING. They then turned off the lights on him, and refused to let him pay for his item that he went inside to get. When he got out and walked away, he was mumbling (I can barely understand Mandarin) - that they didn't let him pay, from what I understood. So so disheartening.

Fresh Farm has been open for a year and my parents enjoy coming to this place. They offer free bags for shoppers. A good amount of selections are a bit cheaper here when compared to other Asian markets. Other items like Sriracha are more expensive here. Everything seems to be well stocked and you should be able to find what you're looking for in the smaller market. They have a parking lot and this place is well lit. Only down side about this place is that it is dirty. There were standing puddles of water and some refrigerators aren't cold enough.

First time here. Checking things out.

I was curious so I stepped inside this market to check things out. Very clean, no smell, and organize. Fresh Farm Outlet is a midsize Chinese grocery store with decent size selection of southeast Asian products/brands. Produce and Asian type veggies looked very fresh. Prices are super INEXPENSIVE all around! Seriously I am impressed! The crowd was not full on a Saturday afternoon, but I can imagine this market gets pretty busy. Mostly full of elderly clientele pushing their way through the aisles ( be kind. be patient.). I thought it was cute that a couple of elders asked me to reach stuff for them - am not that tall. :D Save some money and shop here.

Heard of this newly opened supermarket in the area. For the first few times that I came here all I can say is that parking is a nightmare! It's so crowded no matter if it's a week day or weekend. You may have to circle a few times or really be on the lookout for a place to park. Usually when places have difficult parking I just avoid. The inside is a bit renovated. There's fresh seafood and fresh produce. Some produce is pretty cheap like under a dollar a pound or two. There is also a questionable meat section where's there chicken quarters for 2 lbs for $1!?! Can someone tell me if there's something wrong with these chicken? That's like an odd price, too good to be true. The shelves in the store are fully stocked and neatly placed. There's a pretty good selection of things here that you would find at your 99 Ranch Market, but is available here too. The more market competition there is in this area, the better it is for us a the customer for the best and lowest price. Happy Shopping here!

Reasonable and competitive prices for produce and very fresh. I've sold here for the 3rd time, and it's been consistently stocked with fresh produce. All the stockers are very friendly and help you pick the best vegetables if you need help. The store changed hands recently and it is much cleaner than before. The aisles are not cluttered anymore. I come here for produce only. It's my goto Chinese produce store now. Parking can be a challenge at times since it competes with many other retail establishments and eateries in the Valley Mall.

Storefront...ample parking flanking either side of market.

1 lb of Chinese eggplant cost me 33 cents?!! A lb of purple yams $2.45...A pack of 3 Chinese okra was 35 cents. Iceberg lettuce was 99 cents...1.50 lbs of bananas wa 84 cents. Insanely inexpensive Chinese market hidden at the far end of a mini mall. Plenty of parking close to the market...don't bother trying to park in the narrow spaces fronting other business, just head to the ample rear parking Great find..friendly help...a worker who had been outside gathering carts was at the door and he kindly handed me a green carry bin. .nice array of tofu products cheaper than at other western markets...the quality of the produce was excellent. Package of Yu Choy Sum, beautiful and only cost $2.45. Avocado and beefsteak tomatoes...so beautiful...so cheap...its like stealing. Highly recommend!!

I came to this market when I heard some things I wanted were on sale. The store is fairly clean, organized, and stocked. There don't seem to be much parking spaces since the area is shared by multiple businesses, so better to come shopping in the morning.

On a Saturday morning at 8:20am in early June, I was surprised they opened so early. Once inside, the aisles are cleaned. I see the workers stocking on vegetables. The prices for some veggies was cheap, such as Chinese melon 2lbs for $1 and shallots for same price, Thai bananas 1.99lb, butter melon 2lbs for $1 was so cheap and good quality. The refrigerated chicken drumsticks was .79lb was cheap too. Great time to shop to avoid crowds. By afternoon, parking is hard to fine.

If you are looking for mainly Chinese products and vegetables you will surely find them here. I went in to buy some Lottery tickets then browsed through the aisles to check out the merchandise. I saw the poor armadillos for sale in the freezer section, they are a pricy delicacy and I never knew people actually ate these creatures.

Having gone to mitsuwa and Tokyo central countless times, Tozai really hits the spot when it comes to affordable Japanese food that actually tastes good. My only complaint is that their rice seems a bit overcooked. It's too mushy for my liking. Teriyaki chicken - extremely generous with the rice. The teriyaki chicken actually has a char taste to it which adds so much flavor to the chicken. There isn't too much teriyaki sauce, which I like. Tempura bento - really loved the tempura in here. Everything was fried just right. The batter is crispy and light. It's not greasy at all. The side dishes were delicious. The fried wontons were good but the fried shumai had a bit of a porky taste to it. California rolls - probably the best I've had in a Japanese market. The rice actually has a slight vinegar taste to it, which is lacking at other places. Croquette - it's meatless but still so good. It's potato only but has an occasional cheesy fragrance to it. Definitely coming back again for the food

What I liked was finding some special edition Yeo Chrysanthemum drinks linking to Chinese New Year (very cute) and sales on lucky red envelopes. The Great Wall is smaller than other Asian supermarkets in the area, which makes everything feel really cramped and crowded. The aisle is tight so movement with two - three carts can be challenging. The selection of variety of anything is limited so I can see the lower-than-normal rating. Overall, GW calls the basics and gives the community another market option rather than driving further into SGV.
