Our dogs simply have never needed to get their nails cut so often. We had 4 nail trims left onOur package and she would not let us use them. Also she responded addressing me on a review my husband left not me. I would like to add 1/2 the time we would have to leave multiple messages until we got a reply. She could never fit our dog in because she was sick or many other excuses. When she would not honor the remaining nail trims she offered a new package at a "discounted price" which was actually the same price every one else got. I would suggest that people not pay ahead for her services as she is both unreliable and she won't return messages. She also lied quite a few times which we were able to prove by glancing g at her Facebook. I feel like we simply got ripped off by someone who conducted their business very poorly. I would like to add good luck if she ever shows up on time. She was often late or wouldn't show up at all and it was always my fault. This happened multiple times and we never knew if she would be here or not. She would rush in and rush out, not very personable with humans or animals, always in a rush

My dog passed the initial introduction phase of her interview and I left her for the day. I loved watching her interact with the camp bow wow team & other dogs in the playgroup on their cameras. When I came to pick her up, she came out so happy and was loving up on the staff, her whole butt was wiggling around. They brought me out a gift bag and a super cute picture of her on her first day. They offer two great "first timer" special packages. Needless to say, she has gone back for 2 days of daycare since and absolutely loves it! The staff is friendly and always has sweet things to say about my dog. The facility is squeaky clean. Their hours are perfect. I'm ecstatic that I found them! Highly recommend!
