We LOVE "Fur the Love of Dogs"!!! Our dog started out with puppy training and now attends the doggy…read moreday care two to three times per week. He has been going for over a year now, he loves it! When I mention where we are going he is thrilled, and when he get's home he is so tired from playing, he sleeps all night. The staff is super friendly! He also gets his hair cut and washed every few months, and with our rare breed, they do a fabulous job! At "Fur the Love of Dogs", the dogs are played with all day. They have so many activities for the dogs. They have lots of space with agility, toys, a pool... He plays sports, made some art, got a massage, did a fashion show, got pictures with santa and even went to prom! At times he gets a report card telling us who he played with, what he did... We will be moving soon and have a fear that we wont find a place like this one. We have been to several doggy day cares and FTLOD is by far the best! They truly love what they do, it shows on our dogs face each time we bring him and each time we pick him up. We will miss Fur the Love of Dogs, but every time we come back to visit we will for sure bring him in to see the staff and his friends and play.

The day care has been the best investment for my dog to be properly socialized with new people and dogs of all sizes. This has kept him in check when we have company at home. He has not become too protective or dominate over anyone in the house and I credit Fur the Love of Dogs atmosphere for that. Their overnight options are also wonderful and my Rhodesian Ridgeback has been more than happy to come back for stays in the slumber party room with an employees attention on him all night. (They stay in the room with the pets) that is unless you book the private bed and breakfast suites. I give them five stars all around! Thank you for everything you do at Fur the Love of Dogs. She said she was matted. so then the groomer said she would create a plan with me to avoid this happing in the future. she made appointment in February to just to trim her down ( kinda like a up keep apt) i agreed to that and Bella went to that apt. then she made another apt for today April 9th for a regular groomer apt. My dog had been brushed everyday since February with the tooth comb and brushes groomer recommended. I dropped her off at 8:30am this morning and didn't get a text back until 12:30 to pick her up. (i knew something was up bc it shouldn't take that long to groom her) her hair wasn't even an inch long. when coming into the grooming salon I was so shocked to once again see my dog totally shaved down from head to toe. bare skin. I said without yelling to the groomer, "I'm sorry but why did you shave my dog down when her hair wasn't even knotty in the 1st place and we were just here in February (paid over $80) there's no way she was that bad to have to shave her down. this groomer ( the owners daughter) began yelling and swearing at me. Telling me I don't deserve to have her as a dog and I'm a bad dog owner etc. I kept telling her to calm down and to stop swearing and yelling at me. another customer came in with her husky and the groomer continued to yell and swear at me in front of the other customer. she tried showing me a video she took of my dog and I said I don't see any knots in this video, she couldn't even spot them out. the yelling and swearing went on for 20-25 minutes. I kept saying please stop yelling at me and please let me pay and leave. I said this about 5 times before she finally let me pay. the owner (her mom) was standing there with my dog the whole time. all she kept doing was telling her daughter "you need to calm down" but she wouldn't calm down. Horrible and unprofessional
