DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE I wish I would have read these other posts before I ordered. I ordered my boards as a surprise for my husband for Christmas. he is in the army and does not have that much leave for the holidays because of his job. I ordered the boards in November thinking I would have them in plenty of time. They finally are delivered on 12/23/13 and the boxes look like they were put through a tornado. I did not have time to open the boxes and get everything re-wrapped for Christmas so I left them as they are. On Christmas morning my husband opened them and a set of bags were missing. I immediately contact the company and now it has been three months of an ongoing battle of promised bags and gift certificates. I have now taken it to the better business bureau and a local news station since I am in NC. This company is a joke. read more

Can I give this company negative stars??? DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS "Company". It is a kid working out of a warehouse who will steal your money. I don't understand how he has not been caught yet- he needs to be taught a lesson! Like everyone else, I ordered months in advance and NEVER received anything. He took my money and never responded to ANYTHING. I would also highly recommend writing a review on ripoffreport.com. Luckily my bank was able to refund my money and are currently investigating him. My experience has been terrible. Ordered something on 5/24 for a grad party on 6/16. Asked for a status update last week and received no email reply. Today I received an email from this 'company' that said my order was Canceled, and that if I had any questions I should reply to the email, which I did (again). I tried to also submit something to their Customer Support through their website - no response. I tried searching for a phone number and found one, but no one answers their phone and it sounds like the number is a fax machine. I lost a lot of money and they have ruined a happy surprise for my daughter's graduation. This is a shameful business practice, and I have no recourse to recoup my lost money. read more

I placed an order online over a month ago. Paid for it and still have not received my merchandise. I have tried calling the phone # listed but it rings 1 time and disconnects. I have sent 5 emails asking where my order is and have only received a response to 1 and that was 5 days ago. Now I'm out $50 bucks and have nothing to show for it....will NOT EVER order from this site or recommend it to anyone else. read more

Absolutely horrible experience. When I placed the order, I was told it would take 2-3 weeks. SIX weeks later I followed up and it was still not completed. The following week they called to say it was ready and I once again confirmed what I had ordered and the colored bags that came with it. When I received my cornhole boards it came with the wrong color bags AND within ONE day of receipt, without any use at all, both of the decals began peeling up - clearly they were never sealed. I have reached out to the company over ten times since this happened, the CEO and President John Mikulec keeps promising to respond and putting my off, but has now ignored my last three or four emails. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau as well. I would NEVER order from them again - Customer service and quality nightmare!!! read more

I placed a $200 order in Aug. 2013. I was told 3 weeks for deliver. I have followed up monthly since September. Either they do not respond to email or promise to ship. I can't seem to get anyone to do anything. While their products look very nice online, don't take the chance...and I am a gambling woman! Buyer....BEWARE!!!! read more

I hate to have my first Yelp review be a negative one, but after the experience I have had with this company I have to warn others about the poor customer service. I purchased a Christmas gift via an on line order on December 6, 2013 and promptly received a proof of purchase email and no time was wasted to charge my account. I even received a UPS tracking number and I verified that UPS had created a shipping label. I then received a message stating that the items would be shipped by 12/19/13. Christmas came and no package, I assumed it was hung up in all the other UPS packages that were delayed over the holidays due to weather and other circumstances. Beginning on Jan 2, I started emailing the company to obtain a status of the order. After multiple unanswered emails they finally gave me a new shipping date of Jan. 13. That date rolled around and after no confirmation of shipment, I again attempted to contact them. I also asked multiple times for a phone number as none was listed on their website. I then decided to look them up on Facebook. I posted my concerns on their FB page and they gave me a phone number. When I called it went straight to voice mail with no return call. Finally, after 6 weeks I contested the charges with VISA. This was on an order of almost $200. read more

I originally was taken to this site via a link on another website. I spoke with the owner in person when I placed my order (March 26, 2014). I found him to be friendly and helpful. That is the nicest thing I can say about this company because since then, its all gone down hill. I placed a 228.00 order for corn hole boards, that I have still never received. I have email and chatted through a feature they had on their website for awhile. I have been told my order was scheduled to ship and had shipped, yet, still I have no shipping confirmation or no corn hole boards. It has been almost 3 months. They charged my account within seconds of the order being placed and I have tried to go through my bank to get my money back with no luck. Its been a frustrating and costly ordeal and 3 months later it is still not over and I am still trying to get either my boards or my money. I made the unfortunate mistake of ordering through this company before I read the yelp reviews, I wish I had of known. read more

Ordered an item two weeks ago and received an email saying that the order would be processed once payment had been verified. No updates have been sent regarding my order, but at least I'm not out the money. I sent an email asking for an update on the status of my order because I wanted to have the item before Christmas. I wish I could give ZERO stars...I had almost the exact same scenario as Sean G. Most terrible experience. I ordered a Christmas gift as well back in December. My credit card was charged for nearly $200 and I received a confirmation email. Then, silence, no delivery, nothing. After multiple attempts at calling, emailing and even speaking to some guy named John who claims to be the CEO, I have received zero success. It has been almost 3 months and I tweeted and got a response of "have you talked to the orders department"?! I have on idea what this company is doing, but seems to be nothing. I have filed a refund with my credit card company. I never received phone calls, emails or tweets back from anyone to resolve the issue as of now - even when I said I was cancelling my order. I highly do NOT suggest this company. Complete joke and lack of customer service and professionalism. read more

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. I have attempted to reach this company and have not had any response. Currently their 800 number is not in service. I have emailed a dozen times and left several messages( when the number worked). I ordered on 5/5/14 and expected the order to arrive quickly due to my close proximity to their location. Despite the TERRIBLE service this company has (none), I finally busted out my cornhole boards and bags this past weekend. Well, one of my boards had the decal peeling off of it before I even used the board. And within 2 games, 5 of the 8 cornhole bags I bought from them ripped open spilling the corn all over. WORST business experience ever. I placed an order in MARCH 2014. Not only was I quoted 2 weeks for production (took almost 6), they were shipped with the incorrect colored bags (even thought I called and CONFIRMED prior to shipping. Once I received the boards, I noticed that the decals were ALREADY peeling off - after one use they completely peeled off and the boards looked terrible. I contacted the company SEVERAL times before someone got back to me. They sent me prepaid UPS boxes to return the boards for repair. I returned them in April 2015 and have NEVER received a refund or repaired boards. I even have the UPS confirmation of delivery to the owner, John Mikulec- he signed for them. Every email, phone call, inquiry has gone unreturned. I have filed complaints with the BBB, VA State commission and no one has been able to help me. DO NOT PURCHASE from this company - they are thieves. read more

I would do zero stars if possible! I ordered a corn hole set for my daughter for Christmas. It took several weeks to get. When we received the order it was damaged and the decals were coming off. I emailed the company because they won't pic up the phone. The were going to file a claim against UPS. Well to this day they have not replaced the damaged corn hole set. I am having a very bad experience with this company. I placed and order on March 20th and was immediately charged for my purchase. I received an email with my order number but that has been about it. I have attempted to call the phone number listed but it says that it is not available. When I did try to email asking for order status I received an repsonse that it would be looked into. I also replied to their Facebook page with a similar response. I have not had any response from them in a few days now and I am not holding my breath. read more

NEVER and I repeat NEVER do business with Tailgate Giant aka Tailgate Gentleman. I initially ordered cheer gloves for a football playoff game on 12/30/13. My credit card was charged for the amount on 1/1/14 but no confirmation email on the ship date. A week later I tried to call the business in Virginia after trying to find to no avail a phone number on the internet. When I saw the charge I tried the number on the statement but it went directly to voice mail with no introduction of any type to let the customer know that the number was actually Tailgate Giant. After multiple emails I was promised to have the gloves on the 11th. On the 13th I sent the company another email canceling the order as the gloves never arrived and were no longer of any use since the purpose of having the gloves for the football game had come and pass. The company ignored my email and sent the gloves out on the 14th which I then refused on arrival. Luckily I had already contacted my credit card and put the amount in dispute (and they couldn't even get through to talk to anyone). I received an email from Tailgate today and they had the audacity to ask why I refused the delivery when I ordered the gloves. Can these people even read an email thread canceling the order? They also emailed that they do not give refunds on apparel items. Buyer beware, this is not someone you want to do business with. read more
