This review is for their repair facility - I've never purchased an RV from Peco but I wouldn't…read morehesitate to do so. I had a serious problem with my electric brakes on my 19 foot trailer. The brakes would show "Overload" on the controller and shut off during a stop - not fun! The Unit had been in several repair shops including a Camping World in Texas where the problem first appeared on vacation, and an RV place in Tucker. After 4 trips to the shop and several expensive "repairs" that didn't fix the problem a friend suggested Peco. I knew from the beginning that the service staff here was a LOT more knowledgeable. They really listened to the problem and to what had been attempted in previous shops. The problem turned out to be a loose ground wire, which they found in just a few minutes. They then road tested the unit TWICE with me just to make sure. These folks are polite, efficient but most importantly - they know what they are doing. I highly recommend their repair shop.

All the staff were super friendly and helpful. They were able to fix what needed repair and get me back on the road within 20 minutes. Great customer service. I rented an RV from Lightnin for a trip to Yellowstone and it was one of the best vacations I ever…read morehad. In terms of pricing it was a little costly to rent the RV but after checking prices elsewhere it was in no way out of line with what you are going to get anywhere else. Considering that all their units are very new I would say it was actually a bargain. When I picked up the unit they gave me a brief and very helpful tutorial (being a first time user) and then off I went with a fully prepped and cleaned RV. The trip was over 4000 miles and 11 days. During that time we had not one problem with the RV. It was more than up to the task even when climbing large hills, as is necessary in Yellowstone. ;) On our return the checkout was very quick and my deposit and refund for miles not used was returned to me very promptly. Overall the experience was so enjoyable I am now planning to purchase my own travel trailer in the future. If, however, I ever want to rent again in the future I would not hesitate to use Lightnin RV again. I highly recommend them.

I took it in for a recall that I had already done the footwork on with Lippert and even presented them with this information. After two months they told me it was not covered. After I spoke with the GM, he then said they had messed up. Upon picking up my RV I noticed they had torn down my curtains with the rod included. Left electrical wires dangling from under the dash and tried to double side tape a piece on my windshield that didn't work, and is not right. After leaving I noticed a storage compartment cover moving. Upon inspection, They had left every compartment and hood latch open. After getting home I noticed my faucet was closed after I had already winterized. They had put water through my system to check a drain leak after it was winterized. I still have not looked at everything. Beware. I believe the negative comments and think the majority of the positives are made up.
