They are always very friendly and helpful.

I dropped my camper off for warranty repairs -- for the third time -- in February and picked it up five months later with many of the same issues unresolved... and new damages added. I've owned this RV for just one year, and the service center had it for 7 months total across 3 visits. That's unacceptable. Quality Control = Nonexistent * Scratches on the interior trim and slide surrounds * Child-level caulking job * Trim installed at awkward angles, loaded with visible nail gun marks * Mismatched crayon color sticks to hide damage * Broken glass shards, nails, staples under the slide * Broken main slide window (which they tried to hide at first) * Improperly installed seals -- critical for 4-season use * Sloppy electrical work with wires flopping around Instead of making proper bracket adjustments, they shoved in shims to prop up the slide. Even the reclining couch was reinstalled so poorly, it no longer functions properly. Poor Communication & Unprofessionalism When I pointed out their mistakes, I was met with anger and defensiveness. They actually said "It's just a camper." NO -- it's our investment, our family's time, our memories. And if you've ever met Angry Anthony or dealt with Beehive Betty, you'll understand exactly what I mean: * Condescending "bless your heart" energy * Eye rolls and excuses * Flu season blamed for months * Total lack of ownership They held my camper hostage, performed subpar repairs, and dragged the process out long enough to push me out of warranty. ‍ "Tricks" and "Fixes" from Magicians, Not Technicians I didn't bring my RV to a magic show -- I expected professional repairs, not "tricks" and corner-cutting. Loose bolts, misaligned components, new holes, and shoddy craftsmanship. Using silicon sealant where it doesn't belong just to save a buck. Thanks for the: * Extra dents * Scratched cabinets and table * Sawdust mess * Misaligned slide seals * More headaches than I can list DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE If you value your RV, your time, and your sanity -- STAY FAR AWAY. They will waste your time, damage your camper, and then gaslight you when you demand accountability. We were forced to make an insurance claim for vandalism on everything they have damaged on the rv. Insurance company estimage is for $5800 in visible damages caused by Camp Rite in Loganville. The Insurance company won't cover damages caused by poor workmanship/craftsmanship. I rented an RV from Lightnin for a trip to Yellowstone and it was one of the best vacations I ever…read morehad. In terms of pricing it was a little costly to rent the RV but after checking prices elsewhere it was in no way out of line with what you are going to get anywhere else. Considering that all their units are very new I would say it was actually a bargain. When I picked up the unit they gave me a brief and very helpful tutorial (being a first time user) and then off I went with a fully prepped and cleaned RV. The trip was over 4000 miles and 11 days. During that time we had not one problem with the RV. It was more than up to the task even when climbing large hills, as is necessary in Yellowstone. ;) On our return the checkout was very quick and my deposit and refund for miles not used was returned to me very promptly. Overall the experience was so enjoyable I am now planning to purchase my own travel trailer in the future. If, however, I ever want to rent again in the future I would not hesitate to use Lightnin RV again. I highly recommend them.

ZERO STARS I can't speak for all of the Peach State Truck…read moreCenters, but I can attest to the one in Forest Park, Georgia. We took our truck in for a simple brake shoes and pads in November. See, peak season was about to happen and we were preparing our truck so we could make a decent amount of money since Christmas and Amazon was about to happen. First, they send us a quote for $1200 dollars for just this repair. Cool, we were happy with that. A little while late our $1200 dollar repair turned into $4500. Now let me break that stupidity down for you. We were told the mechanic couldn't get some of the old parts off of our truck due to it rusted so bad. We understood that since our truck came from the north. So reluctantly, we agreed to the repair. Then it gets even better. They need a certain part that every company doesn't seem to make anymore. Some spyder part. It's on backorder until the beginning of December. Mind you, they've had our truck a month by the beginning of December and told us we were unable to drive our truck off the lot because it was in pieces and they can't put it back together. We'd have to tow it. Seeing as how we had a huge repair bill, we decided to leave the truck there. Peak season was all of December, we'd at least catch the latter half. So I call a few days into December to check on the part cause these idiots don't keep you informed very well. Yes, it is on track for delivery. But wait, I call to check how long it will take for the repair, "Oh the part is on back order til Jan 17th." HUH? And we still can't take it off the lot cause according to the head foreman idiot, it was in pieces, he didn't recommend driving due to DOT violations and we'd have to tow. Hands tied, we wait until Jan 17th, now screwed because peak season is over and any trucker knows, peak season is a money making time. Jan 17th comes along and this part is still not available and I too, kept looking on my own during all this time. My father in law goes up there to look at the truck. Our truck that these idiots said was in pieces, was ALL PUT TOGETHER sitting in their lot. But wait, they said they couldn't get it back together on the truck cause it was so rusted. Okay, now my husband goes up there too. Same findings. Then when we wanted to take OUR truck back because WE OWNED IT, not Freightliner, they wanted to say no. We paid $500 or so in cash to get our truck out of their and we fixed it right outside their fence in front of their service department and guess what??? NO RUST WAS ON OUR DAMN TRUCK. THEY LIED CONTINOUSLY BECAUSE THEY ARE OUT TO MAKE A DOLLAR AND SCREW US. So we get out truck fixed, we bring it home and brake assemblies they say WERE SO RUSTED THE MECHANIC COULDN'T GET IT OFF, we took off ourselves in our driveway. Oh but wait, there's more. Since our truck sat there for 3 months, our transmission starting going out and our back end of our truck made noise. So I question if someone at Freightliner USED OUR TRUCK TO MAKE THEIR OWN DELIVERIES BECAUSE THAT TRANSMISSION WAS SOLID WHEN WE LEFT IT THERE. AND THEY GAVE US BACK A BROKEN TRUCK, LIED ABOUT THE REPAIRS NEEDED AND SCREWED US ROYALLY. Lesson learned is do your own repairs because this place, and I have read sooooooooooooooo many reviews since the, LIE and UPCHARGE YOU because they are EVIL AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE SMALL MAN. Not to mention, these idiots they have at the service desk counter have NO CLUE about these trucks parts. I hadn't been in the store a minute before he asked how could he help me. He asked for the order number, looked up the order and retrieved the part. Mind you, at this point maybe five minutes had passed. When I asked how heavy the part was, he said don't worry I'll take it out for you. He smiled throughout the entire transaction and stayed consistent with his EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE DELIVERY!!! He unconsciously conveyed to me how much he enjoyed being employed at this location. Keep up the good work Quran --- people notice kindness!!!!!
