This was my first experience with Tailormade Cleaners... and I was not happy with the customer service. I went to them with a specific date that I needed the articles of clothing ready, they assured me they would be finished and ready on that day... so I went to pick up and they weren't all finished! Okay, so I took what was available and made it work that evening with the items that I picked up. I left there a bit peeved and they told me that they wouldn't charge for the items that I hadn't picked up. I assume because they didn't deliver on their promise. I understand that things happen. I went there today to pick up the rest of the items and the lady goes to charge me the entire amount. I don't mind paying for the job done... but deliver the product when you say you will, or discount the price. I do expect the job to be done when you say it will be done... and if not, it may help by keeping your word and not charging for the items that were not available on the date you promised. I ended up telling the lady what she had told me about the items that were to be discounted... and she said that she could only allow 10% off. So I paid and I will not be back there. Just a warning to many who need items in a timely manner. read more

I took my slacks for alterations. The lady did a perfect job on them cause they now fit so well ... like I never gained weight. My family has been taking dry cleanings here also and they actually are very detailed so as to not miss any marks on my clothes. Prices and service are good also. read more

I came to this cleaners needing a last minute fix on an Indian bridesmaids dress. The seamstress here is amazing. She was able to fix my dress just the day before the wedding. She squeezed me into her already busy schedule that day. Can't thank her enough! I later brought her a pair of ripped horseback riding pants and they are still holding up months later. I can't say enough how happy I am with Tailormade Cleaners. They hemmed my daughter's prom dress beautifully and put in a gorgeous hem. And then then night before the prom, the zipper broke! There was no other dress but this one and Tailormade fixed the zipper on the afternoon of the prom! I was expecting a rush fee but that was not the case. Worst customer service I have every experienced. I can only speak about the women that was working both times I went in. Yes I was naive enough to go in twice. I actually tried to give her the benefit of the doubt the first time thinking she was having a bad day but the second experience was even worse! I'm a picky person with specific requirements, borderline clinically OCD. I've been to so many different dry cleaners and never found satisfaction. A simple request of a fix of a button never met and I'm too chicken to say anything.Then I found Tailormade through a friend and VOILA!!! Heaven!! I took probably over $200 worth of dry cleaning (stains that have been there for years and other drycleaners couldn't get it out.) But Mr. Oh took the time to scrub out the stain by hand himself. And didnt charge me extra! SO nice! I had these work pants that I love and can't find anything like them. All stores only carry skinny jeans. WTH? I have had these pants for about a decade. I must have gotten shorter cuz they're longer now but Mrs. Oh hemmed them, fixed the buttons, and hemmed the butt crack cuz it was ripping. My butt has gotten bigger too :/ My pants are back to normal and I probably can keep them for another 10 years. I never go shopping because I like the clothes I have. All in all, Tailormade made all my old clothes look brand new. I'm very happy to have found a place that is as OCD as I am. They have my loyalty forever! And, I like that they are a husband and wife team who seem very humble, caring, and genuinely nice. Very nice people. They invited me to a hot dog party a couple of months ago at the cleaners for appreciation for their customers. Who does that?! So nice! read more

Speedy, reasonable, and high quality service. Pretty rare to find a family friendly business that can meet my demands consistently. My husband does not plan ahead to have his clothes dry cleaned for important business meetings, so I feel relieved to go to Tailor Made and get 24 hour or less service. My dry cleaning is ready for pick up right away. Their prices are super reasonable as well. I was most impressed recently when I brought in some of my husbands military shirts which had grease stains. As many know, the military has a very strict dress code. The shirts came back, with no evidence of prior stains. Be sure to give this business a try! They will treat you like you are part of their family! read more

I have been getting my dry cleaning done by this place for years now, even before they moved locations. Never had a problem during that entire period. And when I do go somewhere else when I am really pressed for time, I usually regret it. The price seems fair and the customer service is great. I would whole heartedly recommend this place. The one thing I can't comment on, good or bad, is the alteration services. Just haven't used them for that. read more
