Our dog has been with Tails Up Pet Care for seven years now. And she absolutely LOVES it. She is so happy and excited when her dog handler arrives to pick her up. When we moved to the area, we were looking for a new doggy daycare for our mini schnauzer. Unfortunately, there was no traditional doggy daycare in the area that worked for us, but luckily that led us to Tails Up Pet Care! We have been working with Tails Up for over 18 months now and have been very pleased with the service. They pick up our mini schnauzer 4x a week and take him to a park to run and play with his little friends and get his energy out (and use the bathroom!). They bring him home after ~2 hours. This is so useful for us because we don't have to drop him off/pick him up, he gets personal attention and plays with the same group each day, and we don't have to worry about letting him out in the middle of the day. They're very responsive if we have any scheduling changes and are typically able to accommodate extra days or special requests. read more

Lucy and her team are absolutely wonderful! We were thankfully introduced to Lucy when our pup was only 8 months old. After our first meeting with her our fears were out at ease! I'd like to say that it seems rare these days to come across someone who is willing to help another person and her beloved dog ,having never met them beforehand. Last week I found myself in the emergency room with a bad infection and it was decided by the doctors that I would need to stay in the hospital so that I could receive IV antibiotics. The first thing I thought of was my dog, Emme, and I told them it would be impossible to stay because I had no one to care for her. I became absolutely frantic, I'm sure they thought I was crazy. They called a patient Cooridnator who was absolutely lovely who told me about Lucy and Tail's Up, and to make a long story a little shorter, put me in touch with Lucy. When I spoke to her a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders and I could concentrate on trying to get better. I had an unusualequest for late evening dog sitting, and she she was happy to accommodate me. My newly adopted dog was having separation issues and she took the time for a get-acquainted meeting which involved me leaving for awhile for no charge AND THEN I had to cancel 15 minutes after I was due to arrive, offered to pay her anyway but she said no that's OK. Unfortunately, she couldn't take my puppy because she didn't have all of her shots but she was so kind and accommodating. She recommended me to another dog watcher and stayed on the phone with me to give tips and tricks on how to handle a nipping puppy she gave recommendations of best dog parks. I came to Lucy with a major problem: My sweet, patient and loyal black lab had gained 15lbs in the past two years, due to a new baby and move to the burbs. Sluggish and depressed, she was miserable and I was ready to award myself "worst pet owner of the last two years" award. Instead of decreasing the amount of food Lady ate, we determined we would increase her fun, which is where Lucy came in. I can easily walk/hike Lady, but she needed some serious big dog playtime.
