Even though I'm a tiny 5.5lb Long Hair Chihuahua, they make me feel like the biggest dog in the room. From the minute I waddle through the door, it's so welcoming and the humans there are incredibly friendly. My favorite human, Yosmany, gave me a Small Dog Mini Groom and a Teeth Cleaning. I'm naturally a little nervous because of my size, but Yosmany is always so gentle and patient with me. I love that the quality of care is consistent every time we come back. She worked her magic on both of my dogs, and let me tell you--one of them acts like he's training for the drama Olympics every time he gets groomed. But somehow, Madison had him calm, cool, and collected like it was no big deal. The other dog? Strutted out like he was headed to a VIP event. She was quick, efficient, and the cuts were chef's kiss--fluffy perfection! We're already booked for the next appointment because when you find a dog groomer this good, you don't let go. 10/10, would recommend to anyone who wants their pups looking fresh and fabulous!

Kids were no worse for wear when we picked them up and we were able to relax at least a little bit being without them. Peace of mind is essential when you can't be there. He made some friends and was such a happy boy in all of the videos, prancing around outside and just loving his time. When I arrived to pick Milo up the same young lady helped check me out (I wish I would've gotten her name - her customer service is fantastic, she's great!!) Milo came out, freshly bathed, as happy as can be! I was so happy to see that he had a great time and we didn't have to worry about him while we were away. The sob went for my neck. He had also been put inFIVE HOMES in a month. Plus, they said he was six when he wasnt even 2. I have all the proof and receipts, some horrific pictures that made a cop sick. Do NOT trust ANYTHING that they tell you. I'm desperately hoping they try to claim defamation. They have executives who are apparently notorious snakes.
