We ordered through Uber eats and everything was amazing. I got the paneer tikka Masala with paneer pakora and naan bread. My boyfriend got the chicken tikka masala. We asked for everything spicy but I would say it was more mild than I would have liked. It was still very flavorful and delicious. I wish I had some pictures but we were starving and dug into our plates immediately. Getting it delivered was a piece of cake too. Everything was hot and fresh by the time it arrived as well as being prepared on time. Great experience and would definitely order from them again. read more

New favorite Indian spot. Looked up Taj Express when Bombay cafe decided to close early and it was the best decision ever. My husband and I both got the lunch special butter chicken with rice and Chana. The food was so flavorful the chicken was very moist and the food is fresh for every order. A side of garlic naan and raas malai it was so amazing just like a true Indian meal. The man was so polite and made me feel so welcomed and it is a small space meant for take out but you can still dine in it's a small intimate restaurant. Will go again read more

We ordered Taj Express delivery because it was the only Indian restaurant open in the area on a Monday apparently. We got Butter Chicken, Chicken Curry, chicken Tikka, and Saag Paneer. Every entree was absolutely delicious with excellent pieces of chicken. We also ordered samosas and vegetable pakora which were okay. A generous portion of a side sauces were included though, so that was great! So pleasantly surprised by Taj Express! Glad everyone closer was closed tonight! read more

Stopped by Taj for the 1st time and it did not disappoint. Super friendly staff. I ordered the Samosas, Onion Kulcha and Curry Goat. While I was waiting the young lady offered me some Mango Lassie that was delish. She was putting some out in the beverage cooler. I ended up buying one on the way out. The samosa were top notch, super fresh ingredients and spices and the sauces were freshly made. The goat was also a winner it was a tomato based curry dish like Rogan Josh. Super fresh and very tender goat. It came with aerobatic rice but I like to eat the Kulcha with the Goat. I was so impressed with this little place and the fantastic food and vibes.Definitely will be ordering from here at least 1x month. Great find and a gem. The food is great! However, this is the second time that my PLASTIC 3 compartment container has broken. I called to advise that their plates are breaking with HOT food and to considering investing in a better quality container. I decided to leave a poor review because the response was "That's all the containers we have". Poor excuse and just be prepared to enjoy your sauce from the "Thank You". The container you eat from should be of convenience and not a struggle. The first time I went it was a pleasure experience with the woman who has short hair. But that will be my last time. I was visiting Deerfield Beach and as I was heading back home to Orlando I decided to grab a quick bite of Indian food. I saw the pictures and reviews of Taj Express and decided I would eat here. Each meal is cooked fresh on the spot. Their channa masala is some of the best I've ever had. Their naan may be the best I've ever had. My friend who I was with order the channa with aloo. The potatoes were perfectly cooked and fork tender. What a great spot and they give you so much high quality food for a very good price. Meals include naan, rice, and dessert. I am definitely stopping here again on my next visit. The employees were very nice and checked on us several times. You will be hard pressed to find better food in a pinch and at a better price. It was my first time trying this place but it certainly will not be the last. Got take-out yesterday and I was extremely impressed by all of the food, the speed at which it was prepared, and the portion sizes. We got a combo platter with goat curry and veg korma, which also came with rice, naan, and the little dessert ball - great value for the price and flavorful. The texture and taste of the goat was perfect. We also had the butter chicken ala carte which came with rice, another delicious dish and good portion size. We got the butter chicken and cheese nan. The butter chicken sauce was really good, we loved it! I just wish the chicken was a bit more tender, other Indian restaurants I found that the chicken fell apart with just a bit of pressure. Still good chicken though not chewy! The cheese bread was a bit underwhelming though, tasted kinda bland and the cheese was a cream cheese kind of consistency.
