This location focuses more on the BTS created characters BT21 and includes a small offering of product from the core Line Friends assortment and some items from the New Jeans collection. They had a good amount of options from blind boxes, to tees, to exclusives for the Hollywood store. I did notice when I came on Monday that the stock was a little picked over in terms of sizes and some characters being available. (I had looked at tees for the Hollywood store and they didn't have all of the sizes for all of the characters.) There are some fun photo ops in there for free - definitely check them out if you get a chance. Like all of the CityWalk businesses, you park either in one of the structures or pay extra for the closer parking options. I believe if you see a movie or are a passholder with a high level, you can get free parking.

It is very clean and organized. Each of the franchise sections are easily recognizable in the store. After spending the whole day in the park, on our way to exit we stopped by here. I noticed the back side of the store they had a small clearance section that had up to 40% discounts. The Harry Potter section was the biggest section in the store. The Super Mario World was also big. Product types included apparels, toys, dolls, magnets, stickers, key rings, stationary and many more varieties. There were plenty of staff members throughout the store. Few of the assisted us with finding the apparel sizes we were looking for. Checkout on both days were quick and easy. I also did a return at the store that was swiftly processed. As a big shopper, I loved spending time in this store, going thru each of the sections and looking thru the merchandise products one by one.

Park in the big lot on Flower- go through security to get cleared and parking is limited but in the back. The store is beautiful- not the bargain bin vibes you get at Company D in Anaheim. There is a ton of branded WED Imagineering merch and current in-park merch. However, if you are a CM who works in the parks, you're used to major deals at Company D or Maters. Here you'll get your regular employee discount A or B. If you are a guest/non-CM you will get no discount. There were a few items that were a really good discounted deal- there were also things from Aulani and Candy/Snacks. What was sort disappointing here was the guest service from staff. I had no idea how pricing was here, since Park CM's are used to pretty much everything being 50 percent off of the price tagged. When I asked if it was the same here I got a very annoyed eye roll and told that I ONLY get a discount IF I have a BLUE ID. Then a non-cm guest (who was clearly in the spectrum) asked a girl at the register about what types of jobs they have and how he could get one. Another annoyed, unfriendly answer from this girl... What really did it for me was when I asked where the restroom was. Again, the same girl was super annoyed and rattled off directions. I apologized and let her know this was my first visit here. She just repeated everything she previously said but much slower... it was patronizing and rude. I was on my way out to leave when I realized I forgot to purchase some lanyards. I went back and got in line- the same girl was OVERLY friendly and super nice to everyone else she helped... It was just a really sad, disappointing experience shopping here. I could see how this would be a great place to shop for imagineers that work here in Glendale or Burbank. However, this will be my guest and last trip.

Should you be ABLE to visit here I suggest you should because it's almost nostalgic with the old Disney Store setting and wonderful pleasant staff.

It's about 5-7 minutes from the general parking lot. The alley is mostly clean and well secured by Universal Staff. Here they have several different kinds of restaurants including Italian, Mexican, Japanese spots. There is NBC sports bar, Bubba Gump, Raisin Cane, Voodoo donut, Habit Burger, KFC and Panda Express. During the day these places are easy to dine-in, but get little busy in the evening hours. Among the stores there's a Universal Studio store that has almost all the merchandise products similar to the store inside. There's also a Hello Kitty store and a cafe next to each other. I was also surprised to find the Celebrity Authentics Hollywood store that had many different artifacts autographed by actors and celebrities. There's also Hot Topic, Show Place, BT21/Line store, Dodger clubhouse, NBA store, and a sock store. Overall a really good hangout place to spend time after spending all the energy in the park.

I went ahead because I'm not here often, but never again anymore unless I'm actually going to Universal Studios. You can walk through the place in 20-30 minutes.

From looking online, it seems that they rotate their installations and franchises. We were mainly there for my brother who wanted to get Masters of the Universe and walked out of there with Cringer plush key chains, a brown bomber jackets featuring patches of Master of the Universe characters and a T-shirt. My niece was excited to get Derpy from K-Pop Demon Hunters. My sister got her husband several blind boxes from the Naruto line and "How to Train your Dragon" franchises. The store is small but highly organized by franchise and type. There is also a wide variety of things to shop for and many of which you would not be able find in the regular gift shop. Staff is friendly and there are plenty of associates to help you but still give you a pressure-free shopping experience.

Scooby Doo, Universal Monsters, and FanFest were the most common items as that what's on everyone's minds. The quality of the items are excellent, you'll find everything from button-ups, tees, mugs, to full-on costumes. I'd highly recommend visiting especially if you're not planning on entering the park. Staff are not pushy and they let you window shop. Most items are on the pricier side but what isn't at a theme park? I'll be back! I especially loved the enamel pins sold here!

Production Central is a store that has all Transformers themed items! It's located at the Lower Lot in Universal Studios Hollywood. Some of the Apparel include the Cartoon T-Shirts of the Transformers and some of the characters such as Bumblebee from the more recent movies! In the middle of the store, you'll see Collectible Transformers figurines on sale. There was this Gold Optimus Prime on display that was quite expensive, but beautiful to look at! There were some Transformers plushies and toys offered at Production Central. You could even purchase a Collectible Sipper for $20.00 that was Bumblebee themed! This was a fun store to shop at, especially after the Transformers 3D ride! It wasn't busy at all, which was nice for a change!

Total scam company when you need to make a return within the return window…read more 1. When the item is returned they dont give you a full refund even though it says they do. 2. Does not return the tax you paid on the item which is illegal. 3. Horrible customer service via email. They ghost you when they dont feel like helping you. 4. Item was suppose to be cancelled before it shipped but they were too lazy to cancel it. Avoid anything loungefly or funko as all they do is scam people now.
