Although the store is not that large, they did have a large selection of raiders gear. What makes it even better is the cashier Kay. She is so knowledgeable, sweet, and patient. She provides very individual attention and has a very positive attitude. She gave my friend's son amazing costume ideas! Kay is awesome. Parking here sorta sucks because it's expensive. Cheapest place to park is at the subway station but be prepared to walk uphill and/or take tram. Alternatively, you can pay $30 for general parking, which is good if you're parking for the entire day. If you're only going for several hours, you're better off doing valet parking for $25. If you go to a sit down restaurant (not fast food), valet parking is reduced to $10 for 2.5 hours or $15 for 3.5 hours. read more

First off I have to say I never review stores as I just go in buy what I want and leave, but the customer service was exceptional and it was really exciting to see this store, happy we still have a Raider Image in California. I was helped by the young lady with red hair named nini she was extremely welcoming and helpful. She really made my first time experience at the store really exciting. She was very nice and outgoing. This is a great "all things Oakland Radiers" shop. Not sure how long it'll last in this location considering they are the soon-to-be Las Vegas Raiders, but this is the perfect place for fans to outfit themselves for the NFL season. The store itself is small, but they have lots of options, from authentic game day jerseys to a wall of hats with a wide range of designs. T-shirts, car magnets, flags, even items for the kiddos. It's located at Universal CityWalk, which means you're going to be paying inflated prices (think $33 for a hat), but you can find harder to get merch here. Most items are raised ABOVE the MSRP, so buyer beware. You also have to pay for parking at Universal if you want to shop, which is a total ripoff. This is mostly a store if you're a tourist or if you're already planning to spend the day in the adjacent Universal Hollywood theme park. I was also greatly impressed with the staff. We had lots of questions and they were courteous, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. We asked why they didn't have any rookie jerseys, especially since these guys were made popular on the new season of "Hard Knocks." The woman working said because of the Antonio Brown debacle, Nike had put a stop to printing any new players' jerseys because they'd already lost tens of thousands of dollars (and growing). This store sucks. They raise the prices above MSRP. I was buying a raider pin and it was wrapped in plastic. I peeled off the price sticker only to reveal a much lower price under the plastic. I mentioned it to the guy at the register and he got annoyed and said something like "If you're asking me to give you that price I'm not. I have to give you the sticker price." Sad. As a die hard raider fan who was born and raised that way, I made the mistake of coming in with my son who was wearing a cowboys T-shirt. The man and woman working the front on October 28th around 7pm noticeably made gestures like they weren't welcoming my son in the store. Then, when we were leaving the guy called the girls attention, pointed at my son, and she sarcastically waved and said "bye!" behind his back. Little did she know his mother was standing in front of her and witnessed the whole thing. I guess they didn't know that this child lives in a divided household, Raiders and Cowboys. Guess they didn't know that he's too young to chose a side between his moms team (raiders) and his dads team (cowboys). Terrible experience here today. Very disappointed with the Manager BRYAN. Never shopping here again. My son had both of his hands in his sweatshirt and had his back to the rack with shot glasses and one shot glass fell and broke. You should have a lip on that shelf so your glasses can't just roll of the shelf. He charged us for it and said if we don't pay he was going to call security. We are big Raiders fans. No Raider stores in Hawaii. Came here to stock up- disappointed in the selection- sizes were limited. WORSE were the employees. No excitement, no nothing.
