I honestly feel sorry for this place. The inside is Disney/Universal-level themed -- huge immersive rooms, perfect lighting, endless photo ops -- but it's almost always empty. You'll see the occasional line of collectors camping for a new POP drop they can flip, but outside of that? Crickets. And with Funko basically going bankrupt, it makes even less sense how this giant space is still operating. There are so many employees walking around with not much to do because there just aren't any customers. It's almost awkward -- you feel like you're intruding on their break. They've even been running "End of Year Sales" with 50% off tons of merch, which tells you exactly how things are going. The funny part is the POPs are the least interesting thing here. The clothing, bags, pins, and vinyl section of rare Mondo albums (which I've bought from) are way better than the figures. They even have Loungefly bags. But you'd never know, because they only advertise the same goofy POPs. If you're a tourist, definitely stop in. The place is a photo-op playground and genuinely one of the most impressive setups on Hollywood Blvd. I once heard a rumor there's a bar inside the TARDIS, but that would require this place making money, so... yeah. Don't sleep on it though -- it's lasted this long, but with the crowds this thin, who knows how much longer it'll be around. read more

First, the store is absolutely AMAZING!!! Second, if you need help, ask for Robert with the long hair. Not only did he whip an iPad out on the spot to confirm a discount sticker price for me ($2.50 for Christmas SheHulk was wiiiiiiild) but he spent 5-10min showing me the different discount sections to ensure I got the best bang for my buck. He really knew the products and I ended up spending more than planned because of the savings he helped me get. Third, and most importantly, the rest of the staff there are all about the Sell, but in the most customer value focused way. They hunted down unmarked items we like that were still getting tagged for discounts, helped us take photos at the nearly dozen photo opps in store, and honestly genuinely cared about being helpful. Unreal!! Can't believe my bf and I haven't been here before till the other day. Our favorite game had some of the Voice Actors on 10/1/25 for signing so we headed on over, very early, to try to get in and what a success! Arrived around 8am, was stuck in traffic for an hour due to the lovely LA morning rush hour on a Wednesday. Parking was easy, the initial lot was closed probably because they don't open till 11am so we went around to find another connecting structure and they also validate which is great! So hard finding good parking around LA that isn't overpriced. This place is located across The Fonda Theater if you are familiar with the area. We walked over and were very happy and surprised to see that the line wasn't very long yet! Got there at a good time, still waited for about 4 hrs but all worth it. It seemed like it was still available to the public and they had the event line barred off separately so it wasn't too in the way of regular customers. If you guys know me, I've been heavily invested and obsessed with Baldur's Gate 3 so this was a must for me. Super happy with meeting my favorites and having some of my things signed and especially photo ops!! Even got lucky with the Chase Funko which was completely randomly distributed. All of the Funko staff and security were organized and very friendly as well. We got to shop around after the signing and it was incredible being there with barely any people! It was basically empty other than the event. Super cool to see all the themed areas, loved the horror section and Harry Potter section of course! We love visiting the Funko store. I'm not a collector but my brother is. When we saw that they are dog friendly, we knew we had to go. I love the set up of the installations. Some you can take pictures with. We definitely had our dog model with a few of them. The place itself is clean and the staff are so nice! They offered to take our pictures for us. I was have been wanting to come here for a while now and so happy we did while we were in town. My son loves collecting Funko pops so this was a great surprise trip for him. After repeatedly planning to visit for the past couple years, we finally made the trek down. And let me tell you, I was not expecting the sheer magnificence of this place. All I knew was I wanted to make a custom Funko Pop, but we found so much more. The store is massive and could be considered a great cross between a store and museum. There are not only countless Funkos to meet your every desire, but so many cute and impressive large Funko Pops as well. The wide variety they have here is so impressive - DC, Marvel, Disney, Harry Potter, Jurassic Park, Stranger Things... and that's just touching the tip of the ice burg. The custom pop section is also super cool - make your own pop to fit whatever you want! A bit disappointed they were out of quite a few of the customizables that I wanted, but it is what it is. They're $30/single pop, which is definitely pricier but worth it for what you're getting. We came on a slower day, so it only took them about 15 minutes to make our pop. LOVED this place! Had this place bookmarked for years but always ran out of time before we could go. We went on a rainy day and it was perfect because the place was nearly empty and it gave us plenty of photo ops. I felt like a kid in a candy store, exploring each area of the store, which quite frankly felt more like a museum, taking photos with all kinds of characters. There were themed areas like classic Disney, Pixar, super hero's, Star Wars, sports, childhood characters, and so much more! Every corner you turned was a life sized pop. It was absolutely phenomenal and one of my favorite places we visited in SoCal. We ended up taking our custom made mini pops of ourselves with us to take pics with the life sized ones. In the flurry of taking pics, I accidentally dropped my custom pop and the arm broke!! Thankfully the custom pop is right there and it was the perfect place to have it fixed! I must add that all of the staff are super nice. They helped take pics and went out of their way to help find things for us. The store has everything imaginable from every pop to pop keychains to blind bag pops, to loungefly bags, etc!! If I had the time, I would spend all day there! Prices are pretty reasonable too for souvenirs to bring home. Definitely a must see place. Plan to spend at least an hour here or more. Once you Funko POP, the fun don't stop! Funko - Hollywood is an endless chamber of cool finds, design and nostalgia from Harry Potter to the Horror genre they've got it all and then some. I mostly stop in/stopped in to explore the latest, but definitely recommend taking your time whether it's your first visit of fifteen. The Marvel area is beyond impressive as is DC, Star Wars, Music, Movies, TV, and more... Disney is beyond abundant from Frozen to Frozone, but I highly recommend checking out the Jurassic Park display with a very awesome shirtless wounded Dr. Ian Malcolm (aka Jeff Goldblum) Jurassic Park 25th Anniversary edition #Iconic I've gotten slowly into collecting Funko Pop figures over the last four years. MY first being an exclusive one I won during a raffle at a charity game night in North Hollywood (at Player One). The Buzz Lightyear Lightyear Funko and my second was followed up at L.A. Comic Con and a Hot Topic exclusive Funko of The Riddler. I absolutely made some small purchases recently to add to the collection.... Being mindful of space to keep them... I admire people who have entire bookcases dedicated. During my most recent visit I was greeted, offered assistance and got above and beyond customer service from at least four Funko Hollywood Popsters/Staff. They have handbaskets throughout this entire cave of wonders... Though not to be confused with the Aladdin area in Disney. Shopping carts I believe are available near the front and people definitely put them to use. Seasonal items and sales items are in select area, clearly marked and have quite unique mix. From classic to exclusive items, the deals are pretty great here and definitely the best. If you'd like to create your own Funko, they have an entire area dedicated to just that! There's free Wi-Fi and plenty of space to walk throughout. Parking in the area is paid lot, metered and/or my fav often the Metro Station for Hollywood/Vine across the street. There is a shared garage for the shops and Eastown complex on Hollywood & Argyle. Q Tips: No public restrooms - but other neighboring businesses such as Dunkin and/or Shake Shack have ones available. Funko Hollywood: A Two-Hour Fever Dream of Fandom, Photos, and "Wait, I Didn't Know They Made THAT!" If you're anywhere near Hollywood Boulevard and you spot a burger place with a line that looks like a theme park ride... look to the right. Because that is where the real magic lives: the Funko Hollywood Store. Now, if you don't already know, Funko Pop! figures are those adorable little vinyl characters with the big round eyes that somehow manage to capture the soul of every pop-culture icon ever. Movies, TV, music, superheroes, villains, nostalgia -- if it exists, Funko has probably turned it into a collectible. And this store? This is the mothership. The moment you walk in, it's like stepping inside a colorful vortex of fandoms. They had a themed area for literally everything: * Stranger Things -- complete with set pieces that made me feel like I was a background extra in Hawkins. * Rick and Morty -- chaotic, neon, and somehow exactly what I expected. * Disney -- vibrant, magical, and guaranteed to poke your inner child. * Nostalgia & Toys -- 80s, 90s, early 2000s... basically a museum for your childhood, but in fun-size. We spent a full two hours in there taking pictures, posing with giant sculptures, going "OMG LOOK AT THIS ONE!" every seven seconds, and basically acting like kids who found out the candy store now has free Wi-Fi. The place is massive, interactive, and honestly just fun to explore. And yes -- it's completely free to walk in. Bless them. But fair warning: free to enter does not mean free to leave. They sell way more than just Funko Pops. We're talking backpacks, accessories, apparel, collectibles, and enough cute merch to convince you that you "totally need" another bag. (You don't, but you will buy one anyway.) And the best part? They have a "Build Your Own Funko Pop" station where you can create a Pop figure that actually looks like you. Hair, outfit, accessories -- the whole deal. It's like Build-A-Bear for nerdy adults and enthusiastic kids. Dangerous. Wonderful. Addictive. This place was so much bigger and cooler than i expected. It was also very organized! The only bummer was that the one Funko I came for (the blue/teal faced Xolo) they did not have in stock. The good side, they did have the Xolo with the white face and the one with the yellow face. The staff were all very nice and they had restrooms available. It was too loud inside, though, with the music. The prices were also fair. The normal size Funkos were $14.99 each, before taxes. I bought 2 funkos and spent $34. read more

I'm a Star Wars baby so, yeah, loved the big Star Wars Funko Pops and the X-34 Landspeeder that you can sit in and re-enact the scene with Obi-Wan tellin' the Stormtroopers, "These aren't the droids you're looking for." Yay FUNKO Hollywood! This place has been on our bucket list for some time now, so we decided to check it out one night while we already had dinner plans nearby. My boyfriend was lucky to find metered street parking walking distance away. It is free to enter. Upon entering I was immediately delighted by the jumbo size funko figures. There was Mickey, Harry Potter, Jurassic Parks, Star Wars, Toy Story, Kool Aid guy, Marvel superheroes, Dragon Ball Z, Mulan, Little Mermaid, Aladdin, and much more. It was such a treat. And probably every small funko figure ever produced can be found here. The reason why I couldn't give this place a 5 stars is due to their make your own funko stations. They had such subpar minimal options to choose from, I didn't feel like there were the correct traits to pick from to make my custom funko. I would have really liked funkos of me and my boyfriend, but not if they weren't going to look at us. Highly recommended for Funkos lovers and for anyone with kids. Huge collector of Funko Pops for a couple years now, whenever I go to Funko stores I gotta buy plenty! once moving out to SoCal I KNEW I had to make a trip to LA and the hour drive here was SO worth it! Spent a good 3-4 hours just looking through all the pops in my favorite genres & they have everything you could imagine here! Bought 300 dollars worth of pops (30+ in total) and the pricing here was NOT bad at all! 10, 12 and 15 bucks for pretty much every pop here and they have numerous clearance sections too. Even after spending a couple hours here I still wasn't able to get through whole store they have sport players, rappers, 80s classic films, Disney, Harry Potter, Cartoon Network, TMNT, Pokémon, hello kitty, Star Wars, Horror Films, DC, Marvel, you name....
