The monthly membership is decently cheap compared to other places. But the wash is never fully working. I had for a few months and was just too disappointed every time I went through. I bought a "subscription" (from the car wash on University Drive), one price to wash as many times I wanted all month. Of the five times I went to wash my car this month THREE of those times the car wash was closed down and out of order. They try and force a monthly membership and the "cheapest" single wash is now $17! Total scam and waste of money and time. I went to the location on N Custer on or around April 2nd. They asked if I wanted the monthly membership and I declined. Said I only wanted the one time wash. Well I looked at my bank statement and on May 1st was charged $20 that was NOT authorized! I have contacted their customer service with no response thus far. They have the worst customer service. I moved and was try to cancel my membership, but no one answers the phone or returns phone calls if you you leave them a message. I've called them for five consecutive days and left messages with no return phone calls. I finally had to get my son that lives in McKinney to go by and cancel my membership. It's been over a week and I have still yet to receive any return calls. Don't waste your money on this place seeing as I are under new ownership a new management in the prices have doubled since it was originally built. read more

I went on March 9th to sign up. Since it was bought out the package a friend of mine told me she had was no longer available. I signed up for the $39.99 package and paid the first month special of $19.99. After going two times more, the sticker never worked. They figured out it was because my account was never registered. So, the attendant took my information and said the manager was going to call me. That never happened. I reached out to their customer service to cancel and they assured me that they would refund me the $19.99 and that I would NOT be charged for April. Again, NOPE. I was just charged the full $39.99 this time. This is so frustrating. I can't ever seem to get someone on the phone, only via email. Now, since I was not supposed to have been charged, I'm taking it up with the bank and filing with them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. read more

Used to be the best car wash in McKinney. Now the new owners, just seem to care about profit. Prices have doubled (and tripled for some washes). Had an unlimited pass with them for months, started workin' remote so I cancelled. Definately not worth starting it back up when the cost for 1 single wash is what I paid for a month of washes in the same wash tunnel! Their tunnel has never done a fantastic job, but was fair for the price. Ran my car through twice the other day and even with the "new stronger chemicals" it still did no better than before. Slapping a new sticker, wearing a neater uniform, and charging more doesn't equate to a better car wash, just fewer loyal customers. read more

Literally everyday something is wrong with the car wash. I've been buy multiple times during normal business hours and they have the cones out blocking the entrance. The employees look like they hate life. I've seen more effort out of a sloth. Don't waste your time going here. read more

We've been coming to this location on and off the last few months; this car wash always seems clean, and the employees have been dutiful. For a while there (weeks?), one of the internal 'spinner' brushes was inoperative, but I just saw that it was fixed. Generally, I like how well the car wash cleans our vehicles. My wife took her car there back on February 22nd, and in an odd incident, cars blocked the exit to the car wash leading to a pileup inside the car wash itself. The employees gave her instructions in filing a claim, and we methodically got quotations for repair as requested; however, the local managers were not helpful nor responsive in communication. Scott McDonald got involved, and what a change! We understand he's from another region of stores of the country altogether (Alabama), but this man knows what customer service is. He was aggressive for us in getting things paid, stayed in constant communication no matter the time of day. He singlehandedly changed our view of this car wash to the point that I even opted to enroll in the monthly unlimited car wash for my car that I keep presentable for work. Despite the unfortunate incident, and the initially poor local response to it, I still do recommend this location for your car wash needs. I would suggest training for their local management to better handle issues like this; customer service is key in an industry like this. read more

Got the $16 wash. I noticed the spinning brush that cleans the top of the vehicle was not working. When I pointed it out to the attendant he verified it was broke. I asked if there was any discount or refund since the top of my truck was still dirty. I was told we pay for the soap not the brushes and there is nothing he can do. I will not be back. read more

The corporate customer service absolutely blows. I've tried to cancel for two months, but I can't ever get anyone on the phone. I emailed them and got a response, but it was just to get more info. Their online 'form' to cancel? That doesn't work. Meanwhile, they just keep charging me. I'm going to call my bank next and deal with them that way. Never again. read more

Heads up - $25 gets the outside of your car mostly clean and access to a DIY vacuum. Bring your own interior cleaning products. And a chamois to get the water spots and all the remaining dirt. Tire shine? These tires are not shiny. Not recommended! read more

My truck was nothing close to clean when it exited the wash more like wet dirt. Half of the vacuum bays had no vacuum hoses, the staff was rude and preoccupied socializing with there peers. I will go to a real car wash for now on. Not worth the money or the hassle. read more

Their most basic car wash is $8 and is definitely not worth paying anything for, in my opinion. I went through and there was so much dust left on parts of my car (which was not very dirty to begin with, I really only paid for the wash so I could use the vacuums) that I could have written in it. I pulled back through to the attendant where you pay for a wash and he had me come out and show me where there was missed dirt (which was basically all over). He said it was because I paid for the cheapest wash and that I needed to pay for the more expensive wash if I wanted the dirt to be removed next time........I've been to $5 car washes that were much, much better. They did let me go through again and gave me the $15 car wash (After I asked if I could go through again. It was clear they weren't going to offer any solution themselves). It was also VERY subpar. Worse than the $5 car washes I've found in the past. I really appreciate the free vacuums and the fact that they even let me go through again, so that's where the two stars is from. But I wouldn't ever come pay for another wash. Also on both car washes (the $8 and the $15) there wasn't anyone at the end wiping away the excess water, so I now also have water marks all over my windows. read more
