When I first joined. It was great but lately the equipment keeps breaking down. Either it's the conveyor or the side washing brushes or the rinse bar or the side rinse bar. I have 2 right near me and either its one or the other. Please get these things fixed. I shouldnt have to come home and clean spots of dirt that are still on it. I left a good review before, but honestly now it is terrible. The belt issue and having to wait 45 minutes in line is ridiculous! You raised the prices, but you didn't compensate for gas burned waiting in your line or just not going at all because you don't want to wait in line. As far as my membership, it defeats the purpose. I wait in a long membership line while you let everyone of the customers that don't have a membership through first. As far as the staff, Fabio swishing his hair and holding up his water wand to miss the backend of the car completely but completing his hair swoosh really? I won't even get started on the staff! I am a member of Take 5. When they first opened the service and quality of the wash was excellent. But lately I've had to rewash the back of my car and some places on the sides because it just doesn't get it clean ! Today I used this location and the guys running the car wash today were entering the cars so close together that it caused my car to bump the one in front of me a couple times and caused that car to bump the one in front of it!!! We blew our horns and the manager/ workers shut the wash down until we could get enough space between us to be safe. They assured us that no damage was done but, I'm not so sure. This was a very disturbing incident and I will be adamant about spacing before entering the car wash again. read more

When I am shopping in the 192 area, in London KY. part of my routine includes stopping at Take 5 Car Wash. The last time I visited, my wife noticed that the wash was subpar, but I let it pass. Today, while shopping nearby, I stopped at Take 5 again. After they finished inspecting my Suburban, I was told that the back and both right and left quarters were not washed. I took my truck back and showed the manager. His response was that because I paid $12, I was out of luck. I presented him with my receipt, which he took without issue. When I asked for my receipt back, he began yelling at me and told me to leave. I am 66 years old and a retired business owner; I have never yelled at any of my clients. The young employee yelling at me is unprofessional and likely has treated many other clients the same way. I will never return to this location and will take my business to the other side of town. The management here is very poor. read more

I Used this car wash today, paid $22.00 to wash my truck. I was very disappointed!!! The windows still had soap on them, bugs were still on the windshield and the hood, the tailgate was not clean and neither side of the truck was clean. I tried calling back nut no one ever answered after holding 23 minute. I believe in customer service when you pay for it and this was not very good customer service. read more

I have been thru this wash a few times, since take 5 bought it. Lazy lazy lazy lazy! Pay $20.00 or $27.00 for a wash and the lazy kid just laxalazaly sprays water on my car. No trying to get the bugs off the front of the car with anything or, good wash forbid an evil brush. Lazy lazy lazy I sure hope his wrist is not to fatigued by waving a bit of water onto my car. 25.00 wash didn't get my truck clean. Wasn't worth the cost. Was not pleased. I wouldn't suggest this car wash t o my friends.
