I love Supersonic car wash in Lindon, their wash really gets all the dirt off of my car. I went to Quick Quack car wash a couple of weeks ago and their sprayers and brushes do not do a very good job, I was disappointed. Don't go here expecting to get the ice and icicles off of your car after a snow storm. I got the "Deluxe Plus Exterior wash" which includes the thorough "under wash." I asked the worker who drove my car out if the ice was supposed to come off and he said they don't guarantee that the ice comes off....His manager overhead the conversation then came and kicked my car to get some ice chunks off and asked "What's the problem?" He then told me to check the rest of my car and take the ice off myself. So I scraped the dirty ice off with my bare hand. When i finished scraping the ice off, the workers were gone and I don't think they even dried off my car at all...Luckily I brought my own towel and wiped my car off for a good 5 minutes. I usually get pretty good service here but I felt very disrespected today, like I was inconveniencing them by asking them to clean the ice of my car... read more

I tried to cancel my fast pass and they won't allow me to. My issues: the tracks are causing my wheels to mess up the alignment - which cost me about $500, give or take, to fix. They don't dry your car at the end most days so it dries spotty. I had a dirt spot that was never cleaned on the exterior and I finally just cleaned it off and it came off easily. Service there is great when you pay but really poor the rest of the time...I wasn't planning on writing a review until they told me the only way to cancel is online and when I tried it said I was "not allowed" to cancel... As they were cleaning my windows and about to finish up a man came up to ask me if I had a few extra minutes to spare because he wanted to take it back to the vacuums and go over it again to get more dog hair out for me. Don't waste your time or money at this place! Ridiculously expensive for an exterior wash only. They don't provide towels after the wash so my car was left to dry naturally. Now I'm driving around with spots on my Windows and paint. When I asked to speak to the manager to request my money back he was stated that his wash provided exactly what they said they would do. What they failed to post was the lack of towels to dry the car or clean the Windows. I can't say enough bad things about this place. It would be my pleasure to watch them go out of business. And with this "property manager's attitude he would be lucky if he found other employment- especially in the area of customer service! Stay away!! This place sucks. I love having a clean car so I decided to get a fast pass. It is super convenient and I highly recommend on to anyone, but the purpose to the fast pass is to get through the line faster and get priority. I had to wait for 4 other customers without fast passes to go before I got my car washed. I don't mind waiting, but when I pay for a specific service I expect to get it. Service has gotten progressively worse as price has gone progressively up never going to supersonic again

I assumed when we moved to Covina, California (San Gabriel valley in Los Angeles area) in 2001 that we could find a professional car wash like Supersonic. No such luck. I'd been spoiled by Supersonic's lightning-fast wash, professional people and equipment, and multiple levels of service and price. The only Supersonic change over the years that I miss, is the discount coupon books. They cancelled that incentive. Supersonic is more expensive than other washes, and the coupon books helped save a little money. read more

While they live up to the promise of quick service, it's not the best service around. The employees don't really know the different packages or options that their company offers. I went through about 4 people all telling me different things as to what I needed (just the inside of my car detailed). I ended up getting talked into the "Works Wash" for $22 since it "really cleans out the inside of your car." They did a pretty standard job on the outside, but they missed literally 25% of the stuff on the inside - plus they didn't even put the floor mats back - they just left them piled in the back seat. If I were to recommend to a friend about a car wash, I would tell him to come here. However, I would tell him only to get the basic wash. The price is reasonable for the basic wash and it gets the job done fine. Do not get the other offers though. It's just a way to make more money. I miss the Body Beautiful Car Wash in Mission Valley, California. I used to go there every Saturday with my dad to get his car washed. The best thing was seeing the car go through the wash as you walked through the building to the checkout where my dad would always buy Binaca - boy do I miss that stuff. This place essentially brought me back to that car wash, only instead of being a happy go-lucky kid, I was the one paying for the wash, but still taking the time to watch my car roll through. I was happy with the result - my car was clean. They vacuumed my little George Michael (I named him after the character on Arrested Development, not the singer), and made sure he was looking spiffy by the time he got back to me. The kids working there are really efficient and good at what they do, even though some of those kids looked so young I initially thought this place was instituting child labor. They all wear polo shirts and some wear neck ties - that must suck when you're working in the sun all forsaken day long in that heat, but they were really chill and got my car to me quick. The only thing I wasn't incredibly fond of was the price. Now, I don't know if I'm the best judge of how much one should charge for a car wash, but $20 for a wash, vacuum, and some windex on the windows seems a little up there. Even $5 cheaper would be reasonable. I was tempted to give a $3 tip to the guy drying my car, but I only had $2 on me - sorry bud. I guess if that wash hadn't cost so much, I'd have a bit more to tip with. I think it's really just a treat that I would give my car every so often. Aside from that, I'll likely stick with Chevron's discounted wash. I'll be back, mainly because they did such a good job of making the carpet look all fresh and purdy. read more

I have never written a bad review in my life, but I will NEVER go to Supersonic again. We paid 150.00 for their "full detail" service which was supposed to include everything (it does not include the back however, they charge extra if you want anything past the first two rows cleaned) and it was HORRIBLE. We got our car back and after 15 minutes of wiping stuff down again, we asked them to take it back and detail it again. One hour later we got it back and there were still TONS of things not touched. The sunroof, steering wheel, radio buttons, sides of the leather etc. We had to go but called in the next day and got the run around from the manager. Finally, they told us to bring it in for a third time and I explicitly told them what needed to be done further. A couple apologies from the assis. manager but nothing else. Detail service is horrible and I will never recommend this place to anyone. For 150.00, I expected the job to be done right, but boy was I wrong. read more

The people were very friendly and nice. The car looks shinny however the details were lacking BIG time. I just got my car washed earlier today ... It took a LONG time which would have been fin (originally they said 10, then switched to 10:20, however didn't finish until 10:35). I had gotten the interior vinyl super clean in addition to the basic wash ... The back seat didn't look vacuumed which they fixed when I noticed, however after getting into the drivers seat I noticed sand on the dash, around the plastic to view the speed and such, as well as in the center. I didn't feel comfortable asking for them to re-look after I had already asked for the back seat to be vacuumed again. Everything inside was shinny but not clean! All the buttons to control the stereo and climate were dirty ... I expected more for what I paid and felt they did a poor job of actually cleaning the car for the money and time I spent! Not impressed nor will I return or recommend to others. Perhaps it was because I drive an old car, but there should be no excuse! read more
