I've been coming here since it opened and the quality of the wash has gone downhill. The tire cleaner goes into my car and leaves terrible streaks. It does not get bugs off- the vacuums are frequently not working. I've had an employee, Marcella, come at me with serious attitude being rude with no cause. That was the final straw for me. For the same cost you can go down the street and have your car washed and dried for the same price. read more

I've been a member at the South Jordan Utah locaction since it opened and have two vehicles signed up for the "shoot the moon" wash and was satisfied with their wash. Recently they started a new reward program for users with multiple vehicles signed up, full price for the premium wash and the second vehicle 50% off. Since the program started using their app I added my vehicles but haven't seen the price drop, so I called customer service and they told me they knew I have two vehicles signed up but they couldn't see them in the app, and somehow that's my problem. I told the person on the phone that I would share my unfortunate experience with others so they know how poorly they treat customers. I hope this will help someone else avoid this issue. read more

We were excited to see a car wash with reasonable prices. Usually I wash the car myself using a water pitcher of tap water since we don't have a hose, and I use old bath towels that have seen better days b/c it's eco friendly, saves $$, and the car wash we used to go to singed the ceiling of my car, after which I started washing the car myself to avoid further damage. We get comfortable coming here because instead of leaving your car unattended on the track, you just sit inside, so there's not someone else inside your vehicle which is nice especially now. The staff were friendly and there were vacuum stations to self clean your car mats. Overall recommend! read more

Having been a Auto Detailer for 31yrs this tunnel car wash is the best in the city. I've went through all the other different tunnel washes around rating them and which one did the best job. I looked at: best wash job, best drying, softest pads and touch, tire shine etc. The Rocket did the best so that's where I have my membership at. read more

I just got back from a really long road trip through Idaho, Montana, Washington, Oregon and Nevada. Over 35 total hours of driving and my car was COVERED in bugs. I came here and the attendant helped me choose a wash option. I was worried my car wouldn't get clean but he assured me they have a clean car guarantee and I could go through the wash again if it wasn't clean. Well it took three washes and a special spray to finally do the trick but the difference is amazing! I don't know the name of the guy who helped me out but he was amazing! Signed up for their Valentine's day promo and it was the best decision ever. They offer ceramic wax which most express car washes don't. I like Rocket Express way more than Quick Quack! Their prices are a little more expensive if you don't sign up during a promo period, but it's justifiable with the quality of materials used and quality of the wash. Quick Quack usually still leaves the car a little dirty after multiple washes, but Rocket Express gets the car really shiny, sparkly, and clean. I like that at the end of the wash, there's a large mirror so you can checkout how clean your car is while still in the car wash. I also like that they have a car mat wash station, which most places don't offer! read more

Been going here on my lunch break for about 4 years to clean my. Consider this: When I take my wife's nasty van anywhere else there's always junk left on it. When I take it here there's not. The customer service has been a 10 literally every time I've asked them for anything. When I cancelled my wife's membership because she wasn't making it up there to that area enough to make it worth the cost, they looked to see when her last wash was without me asking and REFUNDED the previous monthly fee. Not saying they'll do that for you necessarily, but they're good people. They always have clean microfiber cloths out with a bit of cleaner on them that smells nice. They don't charge you a dollar for a disposable piece of crap like the stupid duck place. They have a ton of vacuums They have four lanes that always move fast even when there's a long line. I've never waited more than 2-3 minutes ever. They don't seem to skimp. They don't seem to nickel and dime people. They don't seem to hate being there. I just really like them. I tell people at work all the time. They think I'm a dork. read more

A car wash is a car wash, right? Well, maybe. I prefer a place that offers pay-as-you-go options rather than exclusively monthly memberships. Even if that means I have to pay a little more (I'm afraid of commitment, I know.) This place offers a good wash, free vacuums and towels to dry your car. What once used to be unique add-ons has become expected. I appreciate that they offer these things and usually avoid places that do not. Location is important to -I usually stop for a wash as I'm running errands and find a place that's convenient. I pass this place frequently, so it's a good location for me. Great car wash. I've been here about ten times and always happy with the wash. Free vacuums. These folks are great and want to make sure your at is cleaned and not damaged. My gas cover flew off once and the manager chased me down to make sure I had my gas cover as well as offered me an insurance form to cover any damages. Update: they responded to my message that they would contact me immediately, and I never heard anything! Their mat washers ripped two of my mats. They sat and took all of the information and filed a claim, and told me that someone would contact me about getting them replaced. They were just telling me that to make me feel better. Never heard back and can't get ahold of anyone! They were nice, expensive rubber Toyota mats and two of them are ruined! So frustrating! read more

I noticed the recently installed air things can't remember the name for it you can use them to blow out the crumbs from small spaces in the car. I called to cancel my membership and was told it was done. A month later I received an email saying that unless I called them again that my membership would not be cancelled. I called and was put on hold for well over an hour and was finally told that it was already cancelled on their records. I will not use this car wash again and don't recommend that anyone get a membership there. read more

i have jeep and i have to pass the jeep through machine 3 times and even then i have to go over it with a hose. it does not wash the bottom of the car this is very important because of the salt. one time i passed the car and the left side rollers did not work and the back of the car didn't even get washed. i will be canceling my membership if they don't fix these issues after i speak with them. i doubt they fix it. read more

I bought a new car and signed up at Rocket Car wash. After a couple of month I noticed scratch along the running boards that wasn't coming off. Asked the manager at the car was to look at it and he said I know exactly what caused that. The tire scrubber is wearing that part and it happens a lot with running boards. We will have you get some estimates and get you taken care of. Then he collected all my information and said someone would be contacting me. 2 weeks later I went back and the manager apologized they had some trouble with the messages going out. I received an email later saying my claim was denied because it isn't a touchless car wash. If that's the case Don't tell me you will cover it and then change your mind. Very unprofessional. After trying a one month trial for $20, they continued to charge my card for the full price of a subscription I did not want. I've called the location several times over the past few weeks with no answer, or response to any of my voicemails. I tried to leave a management voicemail, and of course there's no room in that mailbox. If they did not secretly keep my card on file and charge me just because they wanted to, maybe I would have kept the subscription. I want a refund!!!!!! read more

Great car wash experience! My kids love it cause of the colors they use in there soap and the sounds that they make when dropping it on your vehicle. The dryers are the best in Utah, you still have to get out and use there FREE TOWELS to dry off your mirrors but not the whole car like other places. If you get the monthly pass, it renews every month! read more

Paid for the most expensive wash, and the car came out still dirty, plus there were scratches and chips all over our car door windows that were NOT there beforehand - one even has a crack in it. Talked to the manager, who did come out to look at the scratches and everything and took down our contact info, but ultimately he said that he couldn't see how their wash could have possibly left the scratches, chips, and the crack. Have gone here many times now and always come out with a sparkling clean car. We have the monthly subscription, so easy just pull up and it scans the badge. They always have baskets of clean towels to help wipe down the car. Even have a mat cleaner inside. Friendly staff. read more
