I have paid for a membership and now it's was closed for four days due to lightning but hasn't gotten fixed. We tried to use the vacuum and they told us no. They was there so way was it closed too if we had the membership. Going to cancel. Tried to get a hold of customer service with no response. read more

If I could give this negative stars I would. I paid $24 for basically nothing. They're supposed to spray your car down before you go through. Didn't happen so all the wash did was coagulate the salt on my car. It looks worst than it did when I went in. I called and got my money refunded from customer care. I will never go back. read more

If I could give this place a negative I would. I went to this car wash and I noticed it seemed like the attendant in the bay was putting the cars too close but didn't think too much about it. Once we were in the actually car wash I had my car in neutral, hands off the wheel and feet away from the petals. We were going along and then suddenly my car slams into the truck infront of me. The attendant turned the emergency stop on but never came to look at what happened, never even looked at the car. Started the wash again. Once I was out they never came to ask what happened I had to go find someone. The whole front end of my car was damaged and they blamed me saying I did something wrong. Well after 2 hours of paperwork and arguing they still would not take responsibility and the manager here is HORRIBLE. He was so rude, he never came to speak to me, again I had to come find him. Admitted that I could file a claim but that corporate wouldn't care and it was my fault. So if you would like to pay someone to damage your car this is the place to go. read more

Posted hours they don't adhere to. They were supposed to open at 900am today. 9:15 several Of us are still there waiting. There are employees there. I get out of the car and walk over and the kid says..... oh yeah we are not opening for another hour. They could hve easily walked over at 9 when the line formed and informed everyone. False advertising. When they say free vacuums, they don't mean it. Out front on their sign they have in big red letters "FREE VACUUMS". My car needed a good vacuuming so I drove up, the attendant told me I had to buy a membership to use the vacuums. I pointed to the sign that said "free vacuums". The attendant said that the vacuums are only free to their paid members. How exactly is it free if you have to pay for a membership to use it? read more

I used this car wash back in September. I used the ONE TIME CAR WASH option at the machine and it was $25.00, not with a person. Not ever did I authorize this establishment to place my card on a revolving debit from my bank account for a membership plan of $39.99 a month. I do NOT live in Versailles and there is not a Take 5 car wash were I live. Why would I authorize this establishment to place my debit card under an authorized prepayment plan of $39.99 a month when I initially only paid a one time fee for a one time car wash of $25? This establishment is a rip off! They made two fraudulent uses of my debit card. I have disputed this with my bank as of today because they have fraudulently charged my card two months in a row, and I just caught it this morning and TAKE 5 refuses to answer their phone or return my call. Worst car wash ever! Took my elderly father's car for a wash. Came out and it was just as dirty after wash as before. I was too embarrassed to return to him telling him it had been washed. Instead, drove straight to Lexington to a quality car wash. Vehicle looked awesome and I was proud to tell my dad that his car had been washed. Had considered a monthly membership at Versailles, but now after seeing the quality of wash that will never happen. Cannot recommend this business. read more

The car wash is great. It's sometimes leaves bugs on the windshield unfortunately. It would be nice to have a members only in Lane because I get stuck often behind a non-member and it takes a long time to get them to the gate. But all in all we've been with them for a while now and we think it's economical to buy the monthly subscription especially in the gross winter read more

DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH, IT WILL DAMAGE YOUR VEHICLE. Took my SUV through and the trim was torn off the passenger side before exiting. Filled out a report with car wash, they responded and told me to get an estimate and send to them. Once they found out it was $600 to replace, they promptly told me they would not pay and that the trim was defective. In fact, they didn't even refund the wash. Absolutely the worst car wash I've ever paid for and the cost for the best wash was $21...way too much. First, the attended took 5 minutes to come out and all he did was guide my car into the channel and use a brush on the driver's side headlight...didn't touch the rest of the car. He was lazy IMHO. When I got the truck home, I realized all the dirt on the entire car was still there. It was like the brushes never touched it. Bird dirt on the windshield and side of my truck was still there. I washed my entire truck again at home and the dirt easily came off. Don't go here!!! Go to the other one across from Domino's. Cheaper and they really clean your vehicle. read more

I am leaving this review from the vacuum area of the car wash. As you can see there are bugs all over the front of my car. As there are every time I go thru this wash. I've had a membership here for months, and it was very convenient during the winter months to get a quick wash to knock most of the mud, snow and salt off my car but other than that it is a terrible car wash. I've never left with a "clean" car as the front always looks like the pictures below, the lower sides of the car are never clean and the back isn't clean. The place has great vaccums and is decent if you just want to wash dust off your car but that's it. Will be cancelling my membership asap. read more

We are legacy members of the Versailles location since their opening. Upon renewing our memberships, our payment was credited to someone else's account which meant we could not get our vehicles washed. We have spent weeks trying to get a refund for that month and no one will respond. Their help number is no help. Appears to be overseas and all they say is someone will be reaching out to you...and no one does. Will be contacting BBB and if that doesn't help, out of principle I will go to Small Claims court. read more

If I could give this place a zero I would. I want to start out by stating that I have NEVER made a review- especially a negative one in my life, but this place definitely deserves one. The first time I went there it was okay. I paid the $20/$25. They scrubbed it with their mops, and I went into the wash, and vacuumed. All around it was a 7/10 experience. The second time I went there, unbeknownst to me, was going to be awful. When I got there to pay there was a women (who I unfortunately did not get the name of) who took the payment. They payment was $25, but what she did not tell me what that it was a monthly membership. ** I would not have a problem with having a monthly membership IF they washes and this facility actually did a decent job at washing my car.** I only realized it was a monthly membership when I looked at my account and noticed $25 missing. My account said it was from this car wash. I was upset that I was not informed, but I didn't cause a fuss. I just went online to their website and canceled the membership. I didn't even care that I paid an extra $25 to them. What pisses me off- I canceled that membership A MONTH AGO. Yesterday I looked at my account and noticed ANOTHER $25 TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. Even though it was supposed to be cancelled. I've tried called the place twice, with no answer. After this review I will be trying to call again. This facility doesn't even have decent customer service, decent vacuums, or even a decent car wash. !!!!! I love this Car Wash! I have a lifted truck and I can't fit in most drive through car washes but I can through this one. They prewash my truck before I go through every time. They will run me back through if its not clean. The customer service is great!! I drive from Lexington to come here and I'll continue to do so. Can't recommend enough! read more

I visited the car wash in late April and was met with a man at the kiosk. He told me there was a special deal going on, and I could pay $29.99 and use the car wash as much as I wanted for a month. I decided to try it. He then stuck his hand inside my window and stuck a sticker on my glass. NOT a removable sticker, a sticky sticker. I was so upset about the sticker I decided not to return after my month was up. I went in May and then spent a couple hours scraping and goo goneing my windshield. I was on vacation in Montana, monitoring my bank charges very closely in June and noticed a charge from the carwash. Without my knowledge or consent, they were charging my card. I tried calling and got no answer and no return call from the message I left. I emailed their customer service line, and they asked me for inform and told me they would help and then stopped replying. I went to the car wash when I returned. A young associate was working and he helped to stop the card usage, but had no ability to refund. I was promised a call from the manager and that didn't happen. I'm now reporting it to the BBB, as no business should have access to your bank card without your permission. read more

Car wash breaks down mid wash and staff has no idea how to restart or run the system. Any concept of customer service is just that, a concept. Staff are incommuncative and act as if we are an inconvenience to them for requesting they make good on the the failures of service. I will never return. read more
