This is no longer Fast Freddy's now they call it Southern Shine Carwash. When you go through and it brakes you wend shield wiper off then you go in to file a claim for it you can see on there computer monitors ware it is flashing sensor malfunction. They won't pay for the repair but they will offer you a free wash so they can break it off again. The woman even explained to me how they brake them off by using a drier to give you a better wash. I encourage everyone to report problems with this business to the State AG. read more

I purchased the Freddys finest and did not receive the tire shine and my car was still very wet. not all vacuums were working and the one I had, had very little suction. No cloths available. very disappointed. read more

I am happy about the actual car wash. But I have a monthly membership and they are not open until 6pm and are also closed for maintenance often. The last 4 times I've tried to get my car washed they have been closed. So I guess I will have to go to another town to find a decent car wash with a monthly membership unfortunately. read more

Honestly, I've been going here for years, with no major issues. I know touch automatic car washes do scratch up paint if you continually use them, but with my cars age I wasn't really that worried about it, so a quick wash is super appealing. However, the last time I took my car through this wash it SCRATCHED my car so bad. I mean, little scratches all over my car. I had to spend hours waxing it just to get the surface looking even slightly decent again... . This is a super expensive car wash for them to scratch up a car this bad. read more

My daughter is obsessed with car washes. She would go every single day if I'd allow it and Fast Freddy's happens to be our most convenient location. However, back in September, they raised their prices significantly and the only way monthly subscribers were made aware was by a very small 8.5 x 11 printed piece of paper with a size 12 font posted at the entrance of the car wash. I was tempted to cancel then but I kept up my subscription because my daughter enjoys the car wash so much. Fast forward to April 2020 and the world is shutdown. My husband is out of work so we're making every penny count. I email FF as their website clearly states to do. Their email is incorrect. I email them again, still incorrect. I try to call them, no one will answer at their contact number. I ask an employee, and he says I have to cancel online. Finally, I message them on Facebook. They tell me that I need to email them at the address on their website. I tell them I did and I got an error message back. They quickly change their email address and tell me that it's correct. I have screenshots showing there was a typo. I hope they provide a refund because I hope to continue to be a patron of theirs once COVID-19 had passed on and we both are working full time again. read more

Ok for a quick, not so great wash. Pricey compared to other places and especially true if you consider that effectiveness of the clean. I typically use the car wash in Versailles and my car comes out much cleaner. Plus, they scrub the front and any other place that seems especially dirty prior to entering wash to ensure a good clean. At fast Freddie's, my car will still have significant dirt/grime/bugs on the front and very spotty cleaning on wheels and various places. Just haven't been impressed. I'll use it in a pinch but definitely a better wash at a better price in Versailles. read more

I got the basic car wash for $8. I was not impressed. I really expected my windshield to be clean after this, it was cleaner but only in the usual place where the windshield wipers get. The rest was still dirty. While it got the car wet, it didn't take the dust/salt residue off the car. I wasn't really interested in paying extra money for tire shine and considering it didn't clean the car very well, I didn't want a wax coating. The vacuums worked fairly well. Overall, I might come here again to knock the crusty salt off, but not to get the car completely clean. This wash was barely worth $4, so I feel like $8 is not a good value read more

Paid $18 for a "Freddy's Finest" which is their top tier wash. After running through the array of automated brushes and pressure nozzles, I parked to dry and vacuum. This is where I learned they don't have courtesy towels for use. Luckily I had my own. The wash was pretty awful and did not thoroughly clean my car (which wasn't THAT dirty to begin with). After complaining to a manager that told me I could tell the owner any complaints... he asked me to wait as he fetched him from the back room. If the man who spoke to me is indeed the owner of this car wash, bless his heart cause he knows nothing for people skills or handling a complaint. He told me because of insurance categories they don't touch the car (wheels and tires) with any brushes by hand and that this is an "EXPRESS WASH." Not a detail. I get it, I know the difference. My dealership has my car sparkling like new and that's an express wash... this place is a joke. Save your money and wash your ride somewhere else. I won't be coming back EVER. I lost my mind at this business with a young female employee. Reason? I was looking for just a vacuum & pulled in out of curiosity but decided I didn't want to wash. Vacuum is free with a car wash. As I'm looking for an exit other than the one-way I had just pulled into, the female employee walked to my car & asked if I'd wash. I said no that I knew it was free only w/wash. And I was leaving. BUT then she sarcastically said, Vacuum is free ONLY & gestured to the sign & I, in shock said, HEY! The Attitude? Said I was leaving. She continued her snark & attitude. I'm like Wow! No reason! I was just trying to exit the right way. She pointed down the one way & said GO then! But WE are the only place that has vacuums. (Not true. Versailles Road. ) At that point I lost my temper & just let out a stream of adjectives that would make a sailor blush. I Literally lose my mind at unnecessary & blatant rudeness from people. I seriously wanted to ask if her momma taught her to be such an a-hole. Regrets? None. Could have complained? No point. SHE is the exact type of employees they hire. Bottom of the barrel. Was completely disrespected in front of my children when a skinny girl with glasses started insulting me because I was vacuuming just before closing at the inconvenient time of 6 pm, she told me I had 3 minutes to get my vehicle washed and to stop vacuuming immediately. I asked to continue vacuuming and she said no because I can't use the vacuum without a wash. I asked where the sign was and she said it blew away. I send 4 company vehicles a week plus personal vehicles for a wash. I will not return until they get rid of that disrespectful mouthy employee. I went to this car wash because I heard it did a great job. The first time II wasn't that impressed... my car is black, I drive. a lot for work and I get bugs splattered all over it! After the initial wash, my car came out with bugs still on it! I was frustrated, after spending $10 for a car wash! However... I always try to give businesses a chance to redeem themselves, so the second time I went, I spent $15 to upgrade my car wash thinking it would be better....yet it came out looking just as bad as it did when I went in!!! With bug splatter remaining on my windshield and all over the front of my car I will NEVER waste another penny on this sorry excuse for a car wash! Don't waste your money!!! read more

A pretty good car wash. However there are never enough buckets for you to use for pre washing those bad spots on your vehicle and they only put just water in the buckets no soap . Sad to say, this used to be a good place when it was Kentucky Carwash. But it closed temporarily, was remodeled & reopened as Fast Freddy's. Now it is ALL SELF-SERVICE. You pay a fairly high price to have your car pulled through the wash while you sit inside. Then you must vacuum, wipe, dust or otherwise clean the interior, wheels, ArmorAll the tires or any parts that need such treatment. I'm an old woman with a bad back and therefore strongly disinclined to engage in such gymnastic activity. I was pretty satisfied for an $18 car wash. I do miss the detailing from the Kentucky Car Wash, and it didn't get a lot of the bugs off the front, but besides that it's up to par for a quick carwash. Will be returning. read more

Not happy!! If you want EVERYTHING off your car you have to go up the street pay to pressure wash and then come back here and pay for a car wash!! They have a sprayer at the entrance of the car wash but it's used to clean out the CAR WASH!!! WTF?!?!?! I was told this by a worker himself! read more
