They stole money for a job they did not do. (This is not speculation. I was told by their Regional Manager Robert Ande**** who reviewed the video of the service. Found this out after I complained about damage to the front quarter pane. Of course they denied doing damage(also denied my request for a copy of the video). Robert did offer to let me watch the video with him, however it took two weeks for him to find the time. Was told by him that my hood was never raised. How did you replace my brakes and never check the fluid level ???????????? Pretty sure that is a step in the replacement!! Sooooo were the brakes done correctly. Obviously not!!! Would like a complete refund and the damage they caused fixed. STAY AWAY!!!

All of this was written on the receipt. The young man that serviced the car told us it is still pulling to the left and he didn't have a reason why. We took it to a local tire shop in our area and showed us that all 4 tires were in terrible condition. Too dangerous to drive at all! They also showed us how terrible the alignment was with the tires leaning inward. This place is dangerous!! Do not get your alignment here, unless you like living on the edge of danger!!

A short wait to get service, pulled in bay , employee asked what I needed - replied oil change, upon inspection of dip stick and oil , the tech checked with his boss to confirm his findings . They concluded no oil change was necessary- synthetic oil is the oil I use .
