Came in after trying to leave & got a warning one of the tires had low pressure. This location was 2 minutes away from where we were staying so very convenient. They were open early at around 7:30a which was even better. Guys were nice and helpful. Would come back if we needed to again. Honestly I never take the time out to do a review but I am completely against businesses taking advantage of their customers. I visited to get a tire patched because of a nail and was told it was not repairable due to there being 4 nails in the tire, 2 of which were close to the sidewall. This would result in the purchasing of a new tire for around $150. I went and got a second opinion at a locally owned tire shop which they informed me there was only 1 nail and it absolutely could be repaired. They even brought the wheel out so I could visually verify myself. It really is unfortunate when you can't trust a business. I can't imagine everyone else they have taken advantage of. read more

I had just gotten off of night shift and noticed my drivers side rear tire was very low I stopped at a gas station and added some air. Upon filling it I heard a leak and seen a screw or nail in the center of the tire in the tread. I knew my work truck needed a TPMS sensor replaced on the Front drivers side and an oil change as well. So i found the nearest Firestone cause they are open on Sundays. Upon taking it to them I asked them to plug the tire, fix (replace) the TPMS sensor, and do an oil change. The fleet card company approved the 3 repairs. Seemed like it was going to go well. The guy working the desk was very friendly at this time. They took the truck back to the back. My truck was the only one in the shop for a short time and it sounded as if they had intentionally ruptured my tire. But I didn't know what the loud noise actually was from the waiting room. Upon check out the clerk told me the tire had to be replaced and that they had already gotten it approved by the Fleet company. The receipt now read that there was a hole in the side wall which was not true, the leak was in the tread in the center area of the tire I seen it myself before i took the truck there. But I didn't mind it it had a new tire so that was just kind of it is what it is. Once I left i noticed the TPMS sensor was still off I walked back in and the clerk said it should sync once i drive a short ways. So I drove my 20 minutes back to the house. Killed the truck and started it again. It did not sync. I called up to Fire stone and was told that there was fix a flat in the tire that had to be changed (no there wasn't) and that's what messed up the sensor (wrong tire TPMS sensor). I said the receipt shows they checked all sensors and repaired the one that was broken, so why is it still off... Then I was told their system crashed at the end of said repair. So the sensor wont sync due to that. I called bullshit and said then why did they charge my company for something they knew wasn't fixed? And why they wasted my F-ing time instead of being upfront, as well as why they lied about what the tire needed and why they intentionally blew out a fairly new tire? The service advisor on the phone got mad and was trying to talk over me the whole time i was trying to get my questions out and then proceeded to tell me not to raise my voice or cuss (I never cussed the man though i did cuss the situation in my question) I said dont tell me to be calm when you just screwed my time over and charged my company for shit you didn't even complete and dont try to speak over me again, he then handed the phone to another tech. I tried to change my tone to a calmer point, At which time his only response to me was to take it up with his boss on Monday over and over To each question. Jonathan eventually just hung up on me because he didn't want to answer for the shady service they half ass rendered. The people on my paper work shows (Service Adviser Robert) and (Technician Jonathan) Johnathan was the one speaking to me when he hung up while I was asking why they did the shady crap they pulled and charged and lied about repairs done. So long story summed up they ended up possibly Intentionally blowing out my tire and charging to replace a tire that only needed a plug I seen with my own 2 eyes where the leak was from, charged to fix my TPMS sensor (still broke), did the oil change. Once questioned on the situation lied and changed their story about issues and why the sensor isn't working (that was charged for) several times. Then was rude and hung up on me at the end. Firestone has always been a terrible place to do business. Do not bring your vehicle here. read more

If you need your tire or any kind of service this is the place to be . Mr. Alan had took care of us without charging and arm an a leg . Before we had went to him . We was told at a Toyota dealership that we had an egg on our tire that why the car was shaking . Now when I drop it off at Firestone on Howard .not only mr Alan and his staff look at 4 of our tires and say nothing was wrong with them and didn't charge us a new tires . You will rarely see excellent and honest service these days . If I could of give them a ten star I would .. please go support these fine folks and the crews that works there .. read more

Walked in without an appointment on a Monday afternoon and was taken care of immediately .We had driven up from Florida the day before and our car developed an annoying sound in the engine. The tech took it for a drive and let us know he could get it done in a couple days. The fact we were in Biloxi for a few days worked out perfectly! My son told the service person that he thought he needed a lot of work based on noises coming from his front end. The HONEST mechanic looked at the truck and told him it was NOT needed. He quoted him a VERY reasonable price to eliminate the noise and did not try to take advantage of him. NICE! read more

Super disappointed! Was in town for the long weekend and noticed my brakes started to squeal. I was sure I'd need new ones. Brought my Jeep in and was told the humidity caused the squeal, but they took it back to check. Came back and said all brakes looked good overall, but to come back in about 2-3 months as the back brakes would likely need to be replaced then. I was assured I was good for the 400 mile road trip back to Georgia. Well, 500 miles later, I had metal on metal for my back brakes and now it's much more expensive to fix! I was in Firestone in Biloxi today and I first arrived at 9:00 am, the gentleman at the counter told me to come back for a 1:00 appointment and it would take an hour and a half to put the tires on my car. I already purchased them so there wasn't much to it. I waited an hour and a half and at 2:30 saw them just driving my car into the rack.. There were three men behind the counter and none acknowledged my presence. There were no cars in the bay, so I asked if they were just getting to it. Kyle looked at me shrugged his shoulders and said I dunno I didn't write the ticket. He then became increasingly rude and defensive which made the situation so much worse. They then put two gentleman to work on my car and did tell me they wouldn't charge me. This is a good thing because we now have to take it back because the tires are not balanced on one side. It was such a horrible experience and ruined my entire Saturday. All those gentleman had to do to diffuse the situation was acknowledge my presence and not be so flippant and disrespectful. I should have paid attention to the review by Amy B. and gone somewhere else. read more

Do not trust these people. I had an extended warranty and took my 04 Expedition here. After 4 days of no response I called and they said they were waiting for the warranty company to call them back. As it turned out they never even called the warranty company. No notes as to who they spoke to when questioned. Warranty company has no record of Firestone calling. The guy was trying to fill out comments while I spoke with him. So after 7 days I went back to Firestone and called my warranty company from there. I had to do their job for them...took me about 45 minutes with the warranty company. Yet 7 days and they couldn't figure it out....??? They also fixed a vacuum hose...but forgot to hook the AC vacuum line back correctly so AC wasn't working. Had to bring it back for that. Found tools left under my hood. Just a bunch of amateurs and non professionals. Overpriced under qualified...avoid this company. read more

I brought my vehicle in for 4 new tires. I had a print out of the cost of the tires I requested and the price was supposed to be $591. I requested that the oil also be changed which I had a coupon for that was supposed to be $20. After several "other things" they found wrong, my total was over $720. Well, I paid the price and went on my way. A couple of days later, I noticed that my "SERVICE TIRE MONITOR" light would blink, so I checked and the Left front would not read the PSI of the tire. I brought the vehicle back to Firestone, since the monitor is attached to the new tire, and they told me the battery must of have died in that one, but not the other three, and it would cost me $150 to replace it. What a coincidence that it happened a day after the new tires were installed. Anyway, I told them I couldn't afford that right now so they charged me $15 because they checked it. Several people I work with said they would not take their vehicle to Firestone because they always find more things wrong and Jack up your price. read more
