I wouldn't trust this place for much more than an oil change…read more I'm not sure whether incompetence or maliciousness but I was taken advantage of. I had both rear springs go out. Joe's fixed them but failed to mention that the upper control arms and links were broken, allowing the whole rear end to move around. The drive shaft was damaged at the U-joint, and the differential pinion seal was busted so the rear differential was leaking. They said nothing and charged four-digits for the repair of the springs. I paid thinking this would resolve my issues; instead, I drove off their lot with a heavy and persistent vibration throughout the vehicle. The dealership I took the vehicle to next couldn't believe nothing was said about all of the other damage that was plainly visible. I do not recommend service here beyond rudimentary maintenance such as an oil change or tire rotation. To do it all over again I would have called a tow-truck.

Anyway they ordered me a couple tires and I had them put on my car the day before the rain hit. I've always had good service and attitude from them and I still do. The next day the rain hit and it was an all day and night rain and quite heavy at times. But the only trouble I had was the other people in front of me but that's another story. In my opinion, this car wash is the best in Biloxi. Checking in and paying is automatic just like…read moremost other places. Where is one stands out is before you enter the wash, two humans actually scrub the front end of your car including windshield and the rear windshield area. The actual washing sequence removes debris better than any other automatic wash I have seen. Once complete, the free vacuums have hoses long enough to stretch the entire length of the car (2 hoses per car). Also available is an air chuck to fill up tires, windshield cleaner, and air detail hose are all clearly marked for use. Our experience here was good. Hopefully you will enjoy the quality as we did.
