All of the workers communicated amongst each other and seemed to work really well together. They checked over my air filter, tire pressure, and wipers as well. I chose not to change my air filter or wipers. At the conclusion of my service, I showed my military ID and got a military discount I paid and was then guided out of the bay. I'll definitely return here for future oil changes.

I made an appointment online which was super easy and drove over to the location. I found out when I got there they had been trying to reach me to move my appointment up, but fortunately I got there early. The waiting area was clean and they had a tv on for you. This location is right beside the mall so I went over and killed some time there. They said the oil change would be about an hour or so and they were pretty much right on the money. I thought the staff inside were pretty friendly. They did try to get people in and out as soon as possible. When I checked out they took my 25% coupon I found online. I was shocked that an oil change ran me over $50 even with a coupon, but when you're in a bind, you do things like this. To be honest, I didn't look up the price of it, but had I, I might have reconsidered where I went. But overall the experience itself was perfectly fine. I'd go back if I needed to but I'll make sure to do some research prior.

This was the whole reason we went to them in the first place. Took my car in on a Tuesday. Called Wednesday and they said they were "looking at it now." And then they called a few hours later asking how to start my car (it's a wonky start, I will admit that), so obviously they lied about "looking at it now". Thursday I called again and they said they were "looking at it now. We'll call by the end of the day." Friday I called and said I needed my car back. He started with "what the hell did you do to your car" before backtracking and saying he had the wrong file. He then quoted me $1400 just to replace the water pump, not including any other issue I had (a belt needed replaced and the wonky start). He was extremely put out by the fact that I had a wonky start. I ended up saying that I just couldn't afford $1400 for a repair and then he said I needed to pay a diagnostic fee of $200-something. The whole reason we went to him was because he said he didnt do a diagnostic fee. It absolutely felt like it was an annoyance fee for the wonky start. I compared a price elsewhere for the water pump and labor and everything and they quoted $600-ish. So not only was it extremely delayed service, (someone else even came in while I was picking up my car asking if they had looked at his car yet and they told him they didnt know cuz the guy was at lunch), but it was extreme price gouging and unprofessionalism overall. Also, they claimed they broke a pin in my dash and that they were taking responsibility of it and they would call to let me know when to come back for them to replace it. Its been weeks now and no call. Somehow they also broke my radio, it wont stay on. When they sent their "hows everything with your car" follow-up text, i told them about it they just responded "might be a fuse" except that the radio turns on, it just wont stay on. I told them that and they never responded. Again, its been weeks. AWFUL EXPERIENCE!! DONT GO HERE!!!

Went here to get a flat repaired on my travel trailer from running over collision debris on the…read moreinterstate. Mechanic said that tire was riddled with about a dozen holes and couldn't be repaired. Also told me another tire had a bulge, and a third had a gouge in it (that defect was visually obvious). Ordered three new tires, specified Carlisle Trail HDs, same as were on it, had them write that on my receipt, and was assured they could order those to arrive the next day. Paid a 50% deposit in cash because "credit/debit is down at this time." Showed up the next day and they started installing "Trailer Master' tires on it. Had them stop and talked to the owner, Lots of "who promised Carlisles?" "Carlisle doesn't make these anymore" (Amazon still carries them), and "We used to be able to get Carllisles from our distributor but he doesn't carry them anymore." Already late for my destination, I was over a barrel. I told him I'd have to take the China Bombs instead of the quality tires I paid for, at the quality tire price, but I wouldn't be happy about it. This is me not being happy about it. Learn from my misfortune if you are wise. (No price reduction was offered, and of course, I had to pay the balance in cash, because these guys take cash only. I wonder why?)
