I was told i had no antifreeze coolant and they wanted to charge $140. To drain it and add antifreeze!!! I went home and checked it myself and it was good to minus 45 degrees!!!!!!!!!! Testers have to be full or they don't work. Maybe they don't know how to do it right--or something else??? read more

No real ASE mechanic works here and so any work done is questionable. Had alignment work done had to go back multiple times, had them destroy a rim on my wife's new Camry changing a tire. Sold me tires and then closed the shop so no warranty. Tried to tell me entire suspension on pathfinder needed replacing at 1000s vs a couple of bushings at 20 bucks. Just went in to get an inspection and realized the car needed an oil change also. They checked everything and the price for top-of-the-line filter, oil and air filter change and checked all fluids and air pressure. The price was very similar to what we would have paid in AZ for the same service that would have taken an hour. They did it all in 15 minutes. read more

This place is up the street and I just pulled in and they did my oil change right there while I was in the car. Very informative and helpful they were super fast super nice and I have an overall great experience. It was a little shocked at the price. It cost me $20 more here than it would've if I would've gone to the dealership. I didn't really understand why it was so expensive but hey it saved me an hour and drive time and I feel confident in the work they did so yay! read more

Do not take you your vehicle here! Not for an oil change or an inspection. First off the really don't to work, second they never have an inspector working ( I have tried several times and they tell me the guy who does them is not working), and third if you can't tell if the vehicle has diesel or gas engine you should not be working on a vehicle. This week I returned with my daughter's car, recently repaired from an accident, for an oil change. The Take 5 crew identified a leak while topping off fluids and their mechanic confirmed it for free. The level of honesty here is amazing and the parking area for repairs is full. I arrived yesterday (Saturday) at 5:30 PM on my motorcycle for a state inspection. All bays were empty. I was told that they were no longer doing inspections for the day even though their advertised closing time is 6:00 PM. When I pressed the gate keeper at the entrance noting that motorcycle inspections are merely checking lights and horn, his response was the inspection technician "had already punched out on the clock". Very poor customer service. If you close at 5:30 PM on Saturdays, advertise you close at 5:30 PM. I will not return. There are several competitors in the area who would welcome my business. read more

You can get an oil change done inexpensively here. However you have to deal with high pressure sales tactics when they try to sell you on synthetic oil or a oil sludge flush etc. Although my wife and I have used these folks for the last several years the last 2 times we went there they were much more insistent in their high pressure sales tactics than they were in the past. I very much dislike these tactics and henceforth will take my business elsewhere even if I have to pay a bit more. When I go for an oil change I don't expect or want someone to try to sell me the kitchen sink. Just give me the danged oil change I asked for. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I went in for a service check appointment before having my oil change appointment. They then told me there is a leak and that they would check it out within 2 hours and call me. I had to have someone pick me and my 4 dogs up and my outing was ruined. I called after 4 hours and they still had not started on it. It took them from 11 am until 5:45 before they called and said that it would cost $850. Because the oil and transmission were leaking and that they would have to replace gaskets, etc. Because they were closing I had to pick up my car in the morning. I paid the fee to estimate the leak and took the car straight to T Car automotive. They drive me home and within an hour called me to say that there were no leaks and that it appeared to have freak transmission fluid sprayed in the mechanics to appear to have a leak. Do Not use this company!! Us T Car automotive down the street or Hillview automotive. read more
