Came in with an exact same wheel all they needed to do was jack up the car take one wheel off but the second one on and that's it would've took less than five minutes. They charge me $22.50. I brought 20 bucks cash they couldn't give me a discount for $2.50. I did not end up doing it at all. read more

Needed an oil and filter change, and the crew there got us in and out in 30 minutes. This was on a cold and miserable day and they were short handed to boot. As a side note I thought I had left my phone there and my wife went back to look for it while I was running another errand. Our car wouldn't start due to a low battery on the key fob. The guys helped her get the fob working and she was able to start the car. Thanks guys for taking care of her. read more

My 1999 E320 station wagon was due for its annual state inspection. I arrived at Conley about 7:55 am, and saw that there several cars ahead of me. Around 8:10, one of the staff approached, and as I handed him the key, I said that I would walk down to Sip on the Square for a coffee. I was not in any hurry, and by the time I ambled back the car was ready. The inspection fee is $7. There is a county tax collector office just on the other side of the Blanco River, near the Wimberley City Hall. There was no line there, I paid $74 and left with the sticker to put in the windshield = good for one more year. read more

I just found out I have no oil cap after taking my new to me car there for an oil change. The oils been leaking all over my engine for over a month and they could care less. read more

I went there to get my oil changed. They were busy but still managed to get me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Their waiting room is a bit smaller but still with enough seating for up to 8 people waiting. Their a/c was working wonderfully in their waiting area which was a nice relief on this 103 degree day They've always given me great service and are considerate and respectful to your vehicle while working on them. I like too that they offer a full viewing window from the waiting area. Gives me security in knowing I can see how things are coming along with my truck. All-in-all they never disappoint. Prices are fair, service is quick, and techs are skilled and polite. read more

I took my car in for an oil change and they broke the oil filter. They proceeded to tell me that it had been put on too tight from the last time I got my oil changed. Which was literally the dealership. They made me pay for the replacement and said I had to go to the dealership and request a refund. I went directly to the dealership and just as I suspected Conleys used the wrong tool and it was their fault that they broke it! The dealership did not reimburse because they weren't at fault. I would NOT recommend Conleys at all, go anywhere else for your vehicle needs. read more

Called today to see if they do inspections and if they make appts. since I live 20 mins away. They replied that they do not take appts but they weren't busy at the moment. Mentioned their inspector is there until 5pm Mon-Friday. I said great I am on my way. I arrive and a guy tells me they aren't doing inspections today, the inspector stepped out. I said I just called, and his only reply is "he will be here tomorrow." Customer service could have been much better. read more

Been trying to use this place for an oil change for weeks now. First time I tried, their computers were down and I was told they were waiting for state to help. Next week it was they were too busy. Today I went by and waited about 15 minutes and saw no one working. One employee finally showed up in the bay but didn't acknowledge me, so I went to wait inside. No one inside so I just left. When I called to ask if they were open I was told they never go in the lobby unless they are cashing people out. It's been awhile since I felt this much like the place really didn't want me as a customer, poor poor poor service. read more

Will never return! Waited an hour for my oil change and state inspection. Then was told it would be another half hour. Meanwhile all the guys were standing around making and receiving texts and phone calls! At the 90 minute mark I said I was leaving after being told "you can go someplace else, we're all the same". The most unfriendly service I've ever received. Would be totally afraid of getting service here. Will never return. You have been warned. read more

Michael at Conley's was extremely attentive to our needs; he was very professional and accommodating. Before I could even hop out of the car, he was already in the parking lot assisting us. While I was visiting my 89 year old grandmother in Wimberley, her car battery died the morning of one of her many doctor's appointments. On our way to her first appointment we pulled into Conley's to see if they fixed batteries. Michael quickly addressed our dilemma and gave us charging cables to borrow. Once we got home, we realized the cables weren't long enough to reach the car battery. Needing to get to my grandmother's next appointment, I called Michael and told them they wouldn't reach. He offered to come to her house, jump the car, drive it to the shop, replace the battery, and return it! I was in awe by his customer service. Once we arrived home, we pulled into the driveway to a new battery and properly working car! Keep up the good work, Michael & Conley's! You saved our day! read more

The two guys from NPR that you just know will always be straight up, skilled, and humorous. I had my oil changed there and when I got home it leaked in my garage making quite a mess. This happened the last time I had my oil changed there. I took it back and the third time I took it back, they just changed the oil again and it was fine. This time, I took it back and they said that I had a leak/or crack in the lower pan. They said I probably bottomed out somewhere and I needed to have the lower plan replaced. They wrote up an estimate for fixing/replacing it and said it would cost $300. I took it to Davis and when they looked at it, they said the gasket was missing or damaged--I can't remember. I took it back to Conley and told them--- they said they stood by what they quoted me. Davis fixed it for $38. It has been 4 weeks since this has happened and it still isn't leaking. I will not be going back again. read more

Guess "Express Lube" says it all. Apparently they don't have the time to look at anything else other than your engine oil. Friend took her car there for an oil change. She returned with the power steering fluid well below the MIN marker, the brake fluid below the MIN marker, and the radiator reservoir empty. If you're relying on these guys to check the other fluids in your car (like all oil change places do), don't! read more
