So after I left on Monday and I didn't get that oil change, I started smelling an oil smell in my car that was right. Well, I come back on Tuesday and got my oil changed. Finally I popped my hood and I found out they forgot to put my oil cap on oil was shooting out the whole time on Monday when I was driving another thing too after having that big oil mess in my engine bay didn't really clean it. They're just squirted stuff on it. They didn't wipe it. Like this is really serious, but they don't think it is because if I happen to lose too much oil and if I never came back, then my car would've been messed up.. Also when taking off the skid plate underneath my car they broke the clips so then they had a zip tie. They weren't very professional and they took a long time. I had to be the one cleaning up the oil mess in my engine bay because I was getting headaches of the oil fume coming through my vents. The technicians need to be retrained. They need to pay better attention because something serious could happen like for example if I wouldn't of been able to come back and if I kept on not knowing my oil, cap has been off the whole time that could've really messed up my car I do not recommend going to this place because the technicians pay attention and need to be .

A month or so had gone by when I got under my vehicle for the first time and noticed major, deep scratches on the inside of one of the new wheels. There's NO WAY that I damaged it and I could only assume that since I had to return twice within the first month with 2 ISSUES already, ( Center cap screw was missing and a bad wheel balance ) I was betting they would say I was at fault. Funny thing is, I really like the wheels and there are 2 people that work the front counter who had excellent Customer Service skills but it doesn't change the fact that the new wheels shouldn't have been mounted in the first place. Then the owner gave me a great referral to another very honest shop. Anytime an estimate has ended up being higher is when other issues were discovered during the repair. That's normal and expected, and no way possible to anticipate and estimate over the phone. I question the brake line review as I was a boy once and I raised three of them... I'm guessing there may have been a bit of a communication breakdown somewhere and I suspect it was between his ears. I'm guessing it was more an issue of him not understanding everything. My recommendation is: a) bring your problem to Brian, b) have him look at it, diagnose it, and then give you repair options/prices, c) have him fix it.
