They had prior approval to replace the Starter and/or Alternator if necessary. They called me at work a few hours later. It turns out that both the Starter and Alternator were fine and it was just a battery cable. I appreciate the honesty and finding out the repair needed was minor compared to what I thought it was. I have now had three good experiences with Duck Creek. I will definitely be back if and when I have another issue. I really trust these guys.

They also had a screwup on one of our cars and gave us a cheap bottle of alcohol that they get local as a sorry because they refused to give us any sort of discount. Yes, your oil change be cheaper versus going to a dealership , but you must first decide if it's worth the hassle! On another occasion, it took three times to change our oil! 1st they couldn't set the sensors right then they overfilled the oil, twice! We had to return two times to get the oil drained off! And not a single apology. In fact they were quite rude when I went in.

The staff at their new sister location in Moline, Illinois are just as capable, well-trained, and efficient in diagnosing automobile issues as their counterparts in their other location in Davenport! I had unknown issues with my Lexus' air-conditioning system and wisely brought my vehicle to the Moline location. In a matter of a few hours, they were able to trace the problem to a faulty switch, probably saving me 100s if not 1000s of dollars in unnecessary charges!
