Wait times: Generally, wait times at this store are pretty long. This is a very busy location. Peak times appear to be weeknights and weekends. While the lines are well managed, it takes a long time to get in. Plan for extra time during peak hours. Customer Service: Customer Service here tends to be very average. It's because it's such a popular location and there is really no time to be personable with all customers. On slow days, you'll get great service. The employees always help you reset your oil change lights, read off customized recommendations, and generally answer questions. I feel good about their knowledge level.
