What could improve? Everything. Horrible. First of all, I was supposed to be waiting for 10 minutes...45 minutes later!! I get helped, and they wouldn't give me the oil I wanted. They insisted that I get a certain kind of oil for my car. They refused to give me the one I requested. (The kind I wanted is the one listed for my car and I've been using it for years). The oil they were 'making' me get was $170. ONE HUNDRED AND SEVENTY DOLLARS. For a simple oil change. The employees were beyond rude. They actually insulted me when I left. When I said no thank you and left, there was a random guy with a faux mullet who yelled out, "have fun blowin up your engine" wow. Wow. Absolutely avoid this place unless you like being over-charged to be insulted. Ridiculous. read more

Came in at 11:05. Didn't leave until 12:30! 3 bays open and I was next in line. Still very slow given there was only 6 cars total. I could see the frustration in the other patrons. Looked very understaffed (which is remarkable since it was a Saturday). Also the staff didn't work with much urgency and 1 guy left to go to lunch while I waited. Only good thing I would say is the technician was polite and courteous. read more

Quick service and friendly staff. Needed an oil change. I was in and out within 20 mins. They explained some other work I needed but didn't pressure me to get it done. Price point is similar to anywhere you'd go but they have online coupons so clip those before you go. read more

The world's slowest oil change. Have never sat around this long in my entire life. Just brutal.

Hands down the slowest most inefficient take 5 ever. Waited outside for more than a half hour. Got into to bay only to be told "we will get to you asap". Employees on their phones, hot chatting and delaying service. One bay was open and could have serviced a vehicle. Unacceptable! read more

None of the additional services advertised were even close to being provided. No one checked tires or windshield wipers at all. They were never touched. I got an oil change but have no idea if the filter was changed since i cannot easily see it without crawling under the vehicle. The workers seemed like they could care less if i was there or if they even wanted to be there. They were neither friendly or unfriendly just seemed like they dont care. Customer service is horrendous after the visit. They do not answer their customer service calls, just simply put you on hold. I called 3 times and waited as long as 8 minutes. On their website, email is apparently invalid. I got an email back stating it was undeliverable. I simply wanted to give some honest feedback on my experience but they are not interested. As a woman, I don't love the condescending attitude and conversations the men try having. I don't want to learn about how to change oil or listen to YouTube videos on how to do this - I came here for you to do it. I don't need to pick up on little things like that. If you are giving me two options and I ask what is the best, I'm just asking because this isn't my specialty. It's yours. It's why I'm here. But thank you for charging me $150 for an oil change and suggesting I learn stuff on YouTube. Tell me what is the best option and I'll go with it and don't scam your customers or be condescending. Take 5 Oil Change - Just went and proof - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Seven Hills, Ohio

This place has always been so good. I pulled in today and the two guys in the garage are terrible. There is a line of cars waiting and the one guy is taking forever as he opens the oil container and hands it to the other guy. No sense of customer service. They shuffled me into garage and just had me wait while they stand around the one car they were taking forever to work on. I was one minute away from asking them to open the door and I was leaving. I know it's hard to find good help but these guys are terrible. They even had terrible death metal music playing in the garage. Hate to say it - but probably not coming back. read more

Beware, even though there are three bays, they only work on one car at a time. I was immediately able to pull into the third bay and then was told the other two bays were ahead of me. The service people are in no great rush either. Make an appointment with a dealer. Better service and better value. read more

I went there when they were totally dead, not a car there. Upon arrival they were like "dang a car just pulled in" ( I could clearly see there expressions when I was pulling in, I should have left then) So I had a coupon for a 50% off oil Change. I figured i'd try. They first tell me that my cars oil is "Special" (really a Honda Accord takes special oil?) and that its only available in there 69$ oil change package, (0 weight) so I had to buy that and not the normal oil change. In addition when filling my oil they spilled oil all over my radiatior fan blades and exhaust manifold. So I had to smell the oil the next 2 weeks before it burned off and I had a chance to clean it. Then after I paid they put some paper in my face saying to give them all 5's on a survey, yea right...as you pour your oil into my car out of a wal mart watering can? And you want 5 stars? You have got to be kidding..... 38$ for a 50% off oil change and spilled oil all over the engine. I will never go to this place again..Horrible. Nearby mechanics will be my go to place from now on. read more

Horrible. This was my first and last visit to the new take 5 near me since they opened recently. Started out by waiting an extended amount of time 25 min, so much for the fastest oil change my rear! Why do I have to wait so long when I am the only one in line and there are 3 people running around inside? When there is a line of cars it makes sense to get the people inside before they drive away. Had I waited 5 more minutes I would have left. Somebody needs to explain customer service to the people running this location. I received no explanation as to why it took so long to get me inside. After my worlds fastest oil change I paid the exorbitant $78 and left. Before I even pulled out of the parking lot I tried to clean my windshield and low and behold there was no washer fluid. So the question is "what did they actually do for the 78 dollars that was paid?" Or better yet what else wasn't done! I have never had an oil change that was so expensive, even the dealer is cheaper. It wasn't even my money, it was a company vehicle. Just too damn expensive and nothing else was done! Update 3/14/2020 After a response for contact information from the company that I submitted earlier this week, there has been no attempt to reach out to me. The "Salesman" started his UPSELLING as soon as I pulled in!! They tried getting the tire pressure (my car tells me when it needs air) they started messin with my Wiper Blades to try selling me a new pair, they crawled all over the car and I had to stop them before they said I needed an Air Filter, Fluid top-offs, or any other thing that I was fully aware of NOT needing or (if it WAS needed) waiting until I chose to get to it. I wanted the oil changed quickly,,,,,,, I was in a hurry,,,,,,, I didn't need berated and told them so but the "selling" continued regardless of my attempts to dissuade them. I had just gotten my Sway Bar replaced and after a few days I noticed fluid on the ground. I smelled it and thought it was Power Steering fluid. I figured the Sway Bar procedure caused something to get bent or broken because of the weird way the Sub-Frame needed to be lowered (if you choose not to remove the pinch-bolt) and the place I took my car to was cheaper,,,,,,, so I was nervous they messed something up!! I made an appt to get the leak looked at and continued driving the car. Few days later, my Oil Pressure light came on and scared me so I poured over it to find the leak myself and discovered the Oil Filter was spinning freely....... I lost my SH*T!!! I will never go back. My car chatters now so I think the engine is damaged. Who will believe me that this actually happened? Not the courts, not those children working there. I have to bite the bullet and lose $3,000 WAY before I should have to and along the way deal with issues the car never had to begin with. Do yourself a favor and say "I've heard horror stories, please be sure the Oil Plug & Filter are TIGHT." Good luck drivers!! read more

I don't usually write reviews, only if I feel it's necessary. But the guys at Take 5 are absolutely wonderful. I had a great experience getting my oil changed this morning. They were quick, efficient, friendly, and just all around pleasant. I know nothing about cars, so they informed me what they were doing but not trying to upsell anything that I didn't really need. Dean was absolutely wonderful, and I will definitely going back here next time I need an oil change! Highly recommend. read more

Went to Take 5 around 6pm on a Tuesday. Two cars in front of me, took them 25-30 minutes to START on my car. One of the two cars in front of me was probably half done by the time I got there. No sense of urgency, no apology for the wait, one of the employees was sick(the customer facing employee - i.e. the one I wouldn't want to be sick. You would think when you have people waiting(there was also at least one person behind me) you'd have a sense of urgency but not here - they were all extremely lackadaisical. I've never waited this long for an oil change, let alone one advertised as "The Fastest Oil Change on the Planet." Even if I take out the wait time, the oil change itself took roughly 25-30 minutes. Sorry, that's not "the fastest oil change on the planet." It's not even the fastest within a 5 mile radius. read more

I only take the time to write a review if my service is 5 star or 1 star and Take 5 was definitely 5 STAR yesterday! The staff was pleasant, respectful, courteous and knowledgeable. Kudos to Trayveon and Moses who checked me in! Other names I noticed were Ronnie and Mikey, all seems to be working well together. read more
