I've been using Grant's auto services for over three decades! I've personally used his expertise over all auto dealerships. He and his Chief Mechanic, John, are amazingly knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He has solved every issue within my past 7 cars (all makes and models) and continue to do so with my current car. He'll assess your car's problem, let you know the cost of repair, obtain your confirmation before going through with fixing your car. He'll also order a necessary car part (again with your confirmation) if he doesn't immediately have it. You may wait in their office for oil changes, which take about 15 minutes, and cover regular maintenance. You may also make an appointment for most repairs, which are resolved within a few days. Started with the technician refused to check the air in my tires stating the valves were on to tight. But my last oil change they checked the tires and put the caps back on. I haven't checked since last oil change. Very rude and unprofessional in my opinion didn't ask what type of oil I wanted. Been going there for years. Stopped in to have a oil change done and was able to pull right in for that. Was then greeted by the service girl and she was asking me questions about my vehicle and so forth. Then she right away is rattling off prices non of which are the one on the big banner near the street. So I said I thought there was a special going on so she shouts out to the techs I was getting a basic service, no problem but when I had made mention of the special her whole attitude changed and was less friendly than before. Over all the service was done fast and efficient but after my dealings with the service advisor it was just very awkward and silent until it was time for me to leave. read more

Grant and his crew are the best!! When I lived closer to their shop I always took our vehicles there for everything from oil changes to major repairs. Even though I live 30 minutes away now, I will still go there for major repairs, as I know that Grant and company will be honest, fair, and do the job right. They also offer a 10 minute oil change for half the cost of one of the chains - where the majority of the workers are NOT certified mechanics. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value I brought my vehicle in because I suspected an exhaust leak. After fixing the initial (worst) exhaust leak, I noticed that I still can smell exhaust and hear noise from the front end of the vehicle. After returning to have my vehicle reinspected my concerns were quickly brushed off and I was told to "Drive on it for a few days, and its probably just the paint we put on it". I paid over $300 to get half the job done, I still need my vehicle PROPERLY fixed and inspected, and was disrespected in the process. Lighting Fast to take money out of your wallet. All I can say is...wow! I was past due for an oil change and looking for something close, quick and affordable. I'd looked at other places in the area, but this one stood out, so I decided to give a shot. I drove up and was immediately able to pull into the garage. I kid you not, it was literally 8 minutes from the time I pulled in to the time I left. Granted, I got the most basic change, but this was still 20 minutes faster than even the quickest oil change I'd had in the past. Arrived at 6:30pm and there was no wait. High mileage oil change starts at $39. Squeegied windows. Topped off wiper fluid. I think they honestly clocked in at less than 10 minutes. I am glad there was a photo of the sign here, as I almost thought it was the lube place that came up just a few hundred feet before it. They were fast and professional, and didn't try to sell me crap I don't need, which I appreciate.
