Went for an oil change in April that took way longer than normal, the tech had issues putting clips back on my car. One of the other even asked why it was taking him so long. The next day I hear a noise that I hadn't before. I go back to Take 5 the tech checks underneath tells me it's fine, but my motor mount needs to replaced. I drive a Nissan so I go to the dealership, they found nothing wrong with my motor mount, but there were clips missing! $233 for Take 5s negligence! I've spoken to 4 manager's who assured me I'd be refunded and have yet to see any refund! I will NEVER go back to this place again. read more

First time I've ever been there, just wanted a quick oil change. Will never return! For a place called take five with signs all over advertising how quick they are this place was an absolute joke. There was one car in each bay (three bays), so I only had one car in front of me. It quite literally took 30 minutes to get pulled into the bay and then I sat there for over five minutes waiting for somebody to come over to me. I finally told them guide me out. I've gotten my car serviced at quite a few different shops and this by FAR was the best experience. I used to go to another chain for convenience but had multiple issues with careless techs. This was my first time at Take 5 and they were professional, knowledgeable, fast, and friendly. TJ explained each step and did not try to upsell me on anything. Ashden even took the time out (while replacing my cabin filter) to fix my glovebox that had been incorrectly placed by the other shop. They were fantastic and I'll definitely be back. read more

This place was great! They were open on a holiday and they were super pleasant. These guy literally ran this place like a NASCAR pit crew. I enjoyed it and they even gave us free waters while we waited. If I lived here this would be my oil change place. Staff is extremely rude. Do not go here if you have any dignity. I was very calm and polite from the start, just a regular day. One of the staff started cussing me out before I even pulled the car up. Not sure if he thought I was someone else or was just having a bad day but it was very startling.
